Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Durham NC

Our water heater went out the day before Christmas Eve.  We received a quote that night from another company and it seemed really high.  I contacted Jayk's on Christmas Eve morning, via yelp messaging and received a response almost immediately (and this was early, around 7:00).  They gave me a quote that was over 1000.00 less and could install the same day! Jose and Cody showed up on time, worked hard, had great attitudes and were really great!  I would recommend these guys to anyone! It's stressful to have the unexpected expense, but these guys made it better all around.  Thank you!

I got a same day appointment for repair of a hot water heater l. Within a couple days the unit was replaced. The team was very professional,  very punctual, and  the price was very comparable to others in the area.  I would highly recommend them

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. Excellent!  I called the top 5 rated plumbers on Yelp to find the best price on the plumbing work that I needed to have done.  Eugene beat them all.  He is professional, polite, timely and reliable.  He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!  I've asked him to get me some quotes on some more work!  He asked me what kind of hot water heater I wanted.  I told him a pink one.  He didn't come through on that but he did offer to paint it!  You can feel good about working with Eugene.

Joseph Rose plumbing provided excellent service at a fair price. I had another company come out prior ( as they would not quote anything over the phone not even ballpark figures) and give me a bid that was ridiculously high. No way would I go with them so I paid them the $92 service call to tell me they were a joke, though that $92 would have gone towards the job had I been foolish enough to accept it. JRP quoted a price over the phone which was $300 less than the previous company. Joseph Rose Plumbing was clean, conscientious and thorough and they saved me a boatload of money. I highly recommend them!

Call them for the first time. Did not have them complete the job - I found them to be very expensive. They also do not do free estimates. I did find them to be polite, professional and willing to explain the situation. No problem there. I had to pay for their evaluation and their service call and did not follow through with a water heater and PRV replacement due to pricing. Called several other places and received better pricing.

This business was a pleasure to work with! I contacted the owner about a problem with my kitchen sink. He was so responsive. He was even able to fit me into his schedule the same day which was a blessing. He was knowledgeable, polite, and worked quickly. I highly recommend this business for repair needs.

A water heater not making hot water is a pretty urgent issue in cold weather. ARC Plumbing was able to come out the same day! It was a tricky problem as it was related to an electrical issue, but it was clear that ARC Plumbing was going to stay with the problem until it was solved, even if it required working late. I'd definitely hire them again.

I found these guys very professional and pleasant to work with. They showed up on time promised and made quick work of something that would have taken me the better part of a day to do myself - even if I could have figured out how to do it myself. I thought they were very reasonable in their pricing - I think J M needs to think about how much time he would have invested himself, or even if could even do the work. My job only took them about 30 minutes but they had to drive 30 minutes to get here!

I will definitely call them again if I need the help.

      Having an underground leak with a water feed pipe to the house from the road to the house. I myself dug the hole up where the leak was and found the leak hoping to be able to fix it myself. Afte locating the leak and realizing this was a little above my expertise, I called Plumbserv. The graciously responded same day without the issue being and emergency response call. After seeing the issue the technicians tried to locate the water meter shut off. Tried for well over an hour to locate the meter for shut off and could not. They charged me a service call fee of $150.00 for about nothing. After a week of waiting for NC811 to locate the water meter at the edge of the property i had Plumbserve come back out to fix the pipe.
This is where it gets good.
The technician was great. Fixed the pipe correctly, timely and purposely left the hole open for in case the pipe was not fixed correctly and did not charge me at that time for the repairs. It was when i was satisfied with the repair that i was to call the office and pay the fees. I called to pay the fees and the office associate was awesome and was able to roll the earlier fees i paid into that bill i needed to pay for the final bill and that was over the top awesome. Please don't hesitate to call these guys to have them wotk on you plumbing needs. I will recommend to anyone to call them, they were great.

I would defiantly use Sublime Handy Work again for any projects around the house that I cannot figure out myself! :)

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

Long story short.  Had toilet back flowing into shower.  Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job.  Was professional. Courteous and very thorough.   Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience.  Would highly recommend blantons.  
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't.  I know nothing about plumbing.  And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right.   Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall.  Thanks blantons. Great service. Took care of the multiple jobs quickly and followed up as needed. I like that they offer different price points to complete the service.

DO NOT CALL THEM! Charged me $79 trip fee then extra $130 to turn a pressure valve under the house. Didn't tell me it would costs $130 until they turned the valve. Way overpriced and not upfront with what they are charging at all.

I was in desperate need of a plumber as my garbage disposal was feeding into the dishwasher. I placed many calls and the only one who was available the same day was Mr. Rooter. To my surprise they arrived about 20 minutes later. Arthur and his partner did such a good job, were courteous. and very professional. I would highly recommend you using them for your plumbing needs and I would ask for Arthur. I know the next time I need plumbing service I will call the for sure.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
