Awesome Service, I will use these guys again for sure! Nester came out and replaced 2 bathroom fixtures and a shower faucet that was poorly installed when the house was built. He fixed it all for a very reasonable rate.

Price Point Plumbing was contracted out through Lowe's. I purchased a toilet through Lowe's and purchased their installation add-on. It covers the removal & disposal of the old toilet and the installation of the new toilet. Sunday (his name) shuts off the valve and disconnects and states the shut-off valve is broken and we need to turn off the circuit breaker for the water. He removed the old toilet and partially installs the new toilet. Sunday states that there is an issue with the PB pipe, and it needs to be replaced as well as the shut-off valve to connect it to the tank and that Lowe's doesn't cover anything outside of the scope of a simple replacement. To complete this project, he stated it would cost $350 plus tax. So, I'm paying Lowe's $200 already and now I have to pay an additional $350 to complete an installation? Are you crazy?! He leaves to get the parts and my husband who is home (I'm at work) tells me to tell him to hold off and we'll get quotes elsewhere. So, the three of us are on a conference call I say to my husband to turn the circuit breaker on and see if the valve leaks. Sunday exclaims, no don't turn it on I promise you it will leak, and you'll have a flood. Well after the call we turn it on anyway. And guess what. Not a drop comes out. LIES! Additionally, when he came back to try and cap off our valve that didn't need to be capped because the valve wasn't broken. He tried to come and uninstall the new toilet that I already PAID for and install my old one. Are you kidding me? All we needed was a shark bite connecter, a 2' pex pipe, and transition coupling. We already had a pipe cutter. Total cost $36. Time spent to do it, not even 10 minutes. I know times are tough, but you guys were straight-up despicable! And for shiggles, I called around to other places and with parts & labor they all told me around $125-150.

Not only he answered the phone, not a machine.   He responded to my panic of my whole Hse water being off due voto a disaster in a shower valve.  Joseph not only provided the proper cartridge, his craftsmanship and offers of other services while here was unforgettable.   I'm glad he left a few business cards.  I am going  to recommend him to family and neighbors.

I called for service and someone was her to fix my shower and leaking sink valve within 2 hours. They actually showed up 10 minutes early and had me all fixed up in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with their work, professionalism, and pricing. JOSE was awesome. I will definitely be calling Jayk's for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

The gentleman was both courteous and professional during my recent service call. He changed out an existing kitchen faucet for a new one and connected both plumbing and laundry tub to pre-plumbed connections.

I had a water heater leak and called for service. The very nice owner Eugene sent the technician to take care of it in half an hour. I changed the new tankless water heater. Very nice job and done right. The price was also reasonable for the quality job.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.

I've posted about a good but less than stellar experience with Sparrows, before, but I wanted to say that I just had a busted water heater and they were prompt, helpful, thoughtful and got the job done. They came out the same day I called and were wonderful! I will use them again!

We had an unusual problem with our tankless water heater, and after a visit from 2 other plumbers and the gas company, Archie Hunt helped us finally get to the bottom of what was going on, and communicated clearly with us about the problem and his recommendations. It was by far the best experience I've ever had with a plumber, and we are going to call him first next time.

They have been to the house on 3 occasions to work and only had the correct equipment one time.

Said one thing, arrived and something said else with a new cost was the issue.

Will not use them anymore.

Horrible experience. Completely misdiagnosed the drain problem. Then they had the audacity to send me an estimate for work not needed--nearly $3,000! I asked for a second opinion and, sure enough, it was a simple fix which was taken care of on the spot. Be aware.
