I had low water pressure coming from kitchen sink, so posted the job on Yelp. Joseph responded quickly and consulted with me via chat to determine the cause. I was able to prepare for his visit based on his instructions. He came to my place on time and got straight to work. Very friendly and professional. I would hire him again for the next job.

I will TRY and make this short - but it won't be.

We had what we THOUGHT was just a clogged kitchen line. We decided to go with B&B plumbing because of their support and contributions to our high school's football program. After calling, They sent Joe and another person out to clear our drain. After working quite a while, they were unable to clear the stoppage with their conventional methods. Joe was VERY knowledgeable, courteous and CLEANED EVERYTHING after this initial visit. After which, he explained to us our lateral line was unable to be cleared and would have to be REPLACED - which meant cutting into the concrete foundation, digging out the old cast iron pipe and replacing it. Joe said it wasn't his place to give the estimate for the job, but gave us a ball-park figure. After the initial shock of what this could cost, I asked if it would save time AND money if I were to demo the area myself. This included tearing out the cabinetry, and removing the drywall to gain access to the area they needed to work.  He said estimates were based on hourly prices for the plumbers and anything I could do to eliminate their time would help in the cost. This was on a Thursday and Joe said they were pretty much booked on Friday. If I didn't want to be charged a premium for weekend work, it would have to wait until Monday. No kitchen sink and no bathroom sink for three days. Joe called into the office and asked what we should be billed for that days work. For the amount of time they had spent there and for what they had to do, the price was extremely fair. The big cost was coming later.

When B&B showed up on Monday, I had the cabinets removed, tile was torn up in the area and the drywall was removed from the wall. I even removed the shower anticipating they would have to do it. (Mistake).  B&B came in, cut the concrete, dug up the old pipe and had re-plumbed the whole lateral line, in just about 8 hours. There work was TOP NOTCH and even if you are not a plumber, you can tell they know what they are doing. And once again, they were VERY CLEAN. Keep in mind, they had a concrete saw cutting our foundation and had to dig up the old pipe. These guys were GREAT. I had found out later Joe, our original plumber, did not work this job. He was scheduled somewhere else. This tells me B&B knows the importance of keeping jobs CLEAN!

After completing the work that day, my wife wrote the check. After going thru the invoice,  I thought they MAY have overcharged us for the work performed. I called B&B and spoke with Brian. Brian said he actually came by the job that day, saw what needed to be done. In speaking with him later, we discussed what the workers actually performed, the amount of time his workers were on the job and what I had done to get the job ready. Brian said he would re-evaluate our invoice. Brian had contacted me later and offered a partial refund for the effort performed. We had discussed the amount and both came to an agreement. It was an odd scenario since I believe I had helped out in doing part of the demo and actually how long the workers worked on our job. In the end, I was EXTREMELY happy with the work they performed, and what wound up being the final price. I received a check from B&B within the week!!!

If you're looking for a plumbing CONTRACTOR, I would highly recommend B&B. When I say CONTRACTOR, I mean just that. They MAY not be the cheapest, but they are NOT going to advertise in craigslist either. B&B is LEGIT. Don't trust your plumbing issues with someone who rents their snake or any other equipment. Plumbing issues can turn serious, and if you own your home, you want someone who is a professional and who knows how to do the work.

Our company (M.H. Powell & Co., Inc.) has been going to Downey Plumbing for years for our A/C needs. Just recently-this Summer, our furnace, and central A/C unit broke in the middle of the heatwave. We reached out to Downey Plumbing, and Paloma, who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. She was able to get a technician out to our office the same day! Their quick responsiveness to our situation was greatly appreciated during those hot Summer months. As far as the technician, he was also very friendly and troubleshot our problem fast. Our problem was explained in terms we can understand and our questions were answered. In the end, the problem was fixed quickly and at a great price. Thank you Downey Plumbing team!!

Wow! They did such a great job. Came the same day I called to unclog the bathtub. Rick was super nice and I'd definitely recommend ASP!

Well, another five star review for Mike. I heard water splashing under my house, shut off my water, and called Mike. No need to call multiple plumbers anymore, he's my guy. Once you meet him, you'll know why. He came out, went under the house, and found a BB size hole in my copper pipe. I asked how hard it was coming out and he said, squeeze a squirt bottle as hard as you can and times that by a thousand (luckily it was pointing straight down into the dirt). It was right where the pipe is at a 90 degree angle. He had to cut out that section and replace it with a new piece. Incredible service, knowledge, and integrity. Top notch service for a bargain price. Stop looking for a plumber and call Mike. You can thank me afterwards.

Andrew is a life saver! My tub stopped up and I needed someone asap. This company was able to schedule service same day and even came exactly on time. Sadly, my drain isn't a quick fix situation, but I do hope to have my landlords approval to use them asap! They really know what they're talking about and are cost effective. They event fixed my slow running water spout free of charge. I truly feel I received white glove treatment in my own home and cannot thank Andrew and the team enough for their support.

From first contact to last conversation, it was a pleasure to have been in contact with Mike (the owner)- via message through Yelp, Lela (contacted me by phone) and Ron (the expert technician). All very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

Fabulous work and reasonable on price. I got my quote quickly enough and felt it was the best out of my options and inquiries plus he said he could have it done the next day! I went for it and his electrician arrived on time reviewed my request, got his ladder and went to work! I had 3 integrated LED SS pendant lights over my kitchen island that quit working within a year replaced with modern farmhouse pendants that I can change bulbs on. He knew exactly how to measure them next to each other so they all hang at the same level. Everything looks great! Plus! Sometimes I use Edison bulbs and sometimes I use regular bulbs all on dimmers too! Thank you ASAP... I will call again.

I called Rick to deal with an emergency situation with a clogged drain line that needed a liner-he delivered the best price and superior product. I felt comfortable having Rick on the job and he made everything run smoothly. 100% trustworthy.

Anthony was awesome.  Really thorough and made sure he diagnosed the problem.  I've come across so many flakey plumbers and Anthony and trusty came through right away!  We would definitely call him and trusty plumbers again.

Edgar showed up and was professional, kept the place clean, and practiced save covid 19 guidelines. We had a hiccup, but he came back and adjusted the issue and it works great.

Installed a Falsken Greg water softener and de-scaled (2) Noritz tankless water heaters all in the same day!
