Very disappointed in this business, I have used them several times over the years and they seemed to have gotten very greedy. I called them out for a quote and was charged almost $300 for just the time it took to quote me. (about 30 minutes)
I ended up having to go through insurance and had to use a restoration company.
I was quoted $1675 from B&B and they were going to let me use $200 of the $300 I paid to credit towards it, then I also got a quote through the plumber that the restoration company recommended and was quoted $750 for the repair. I was honestly shocked and now I feel stupid. Will not be calling B&B again.

These guys gave me a quote to service service a clogged drain for $79.  Then they show up and and claim that its gonna $145/drain.  What a rip. They bid low, then run-up the cost when they show up. They never mentioned that the $79 quote was based upon having a cleanout access point.  That's a lie.  They just made that up , after they arrived.

Just had John come over our house to fix loud noise coming out of our plumbing and he pointed right away the issue with the water pressure regulator! That just shows how expert he is. He understood our financial challenges and gave us a really good discount! Job was excellent and neatly done! Will be glad to have him again! Highly recommended!!!

Ron and Mike tackled an existing mini split a.c. System that they had not installed. They discovered multiple problems with the initial installation. The system had always struggled since we purchased the home a year ago and really couldn't keep up on very warm days on full power. Wow! After a lot of effort on their part finding the issues our system is working fabulously! I'm certain our power bills will be reduced too as it is now working so much more quietly and efficiently and we don't have to turn on all the zones at once! Thanks again Ron and Mike!

Wonderful experience with Overtime Plumbing!  They showed up in less time than they initially quoted me, were nice and polite, offered helpful advice, and were really reasonable in their charge.  I would definitely use them again.

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

Worked with Todd for a few jobs.  He did painting for a two rooms and did an amazing and meticulous job.  The second time Marco came to the house and did some handyman jobs around the house.  Todd has become my guy for any home improvement jobs.

Rick not only responded quickly he also came and fixed our plumbing issue in our kitchen at a very reasonable price. He also provided us with some useful tips to prolong our kitchen pipes from being easily clogged.

Mon-Noticed there is no hot water. called insurance company who assigned to Downey Plumbing. Quickly I received the call from them saying they will fix next day. Good.

Tue-One tech showed up at right time, 5 min, he said pilot out, he relighted it. Everything is back to normal. I felt great.. and ....

Thu-No hot water again!!! Pilot out again!!! I phoned them. A guy named Marco seems the owner or manager said Oh your GE gas heater has bad reputation for the thermocouple... Come on, If you know that, why cant your tech checked the thermocouple on Mon to make sure it is normal before he left? Do not you know you can use meter to test?

Fri-Another tech showed up and said that thermocouple is bad, he ordered replacement part through overnight shipment. call them once it arrives. I asked whether he has tracking #. the answer is 'NO'.   CAN YOU GO TO HOMEDEPOT TO GET AN UNIVERSAL PART?

Sat-no arrival. No hot water at home.

Sun-no hot water.

Next Mon-called them. They said Oh, this part should arrive later today...call them when it arrives... At 2:30 PM, my son went home and found the delivered part. I called them again and they arrange to be on site from 3:30-7:30 PM. I told them I was still working, PLEASE give me heads up  so that I could leave my office. At 4:30 pm, my son called me saying a tech fixed and left even without a customer copy!!!!

Bottom line: lack professionalism and lack communication caused us live without hot water for 4 consecutive days!

Our toilet wasn't Flushing so I called on Trusty Plumbers. Daniel was scheduled to come out on Friday morning between 8 and 9 a.m. and he arrived about 8:20 a.m. and provided us with very prompt & efficient service with a smile. Our toilet was back in good working order in just a flash! I would highly recommend Trusty Plumbers to all my friends and family as they are honest, not overpriced and provide excellent customer service!

We had an issue with our water heater tank and contacted Prodigy Plumbing. Matt arrived within an a few hours and resolved the issue for us right away. Matt was great to work with. He explained what he was going to do to troubleshoot the issue prior to performing the work.  I appreciate the professionalism that Matt demonstrated and the fact that he took the time to explain  things to me.

This is not the first time that we contacted Prodigy Plumbing for plumbing service over the past few years. We have been very happy with their great service! So glad we found them on Yelp.

Our water heater broke down on us and needed replacing as it was over 15 years old. We were without hot water for almost a week when Biard & Crockett Plumbing came to the rescue. After almost a week of looking for a plumber, I came across them, called and made an appointment for the next day. They were very responsive. Everyone that I encountered were all really nice and courteous: The guy on the phone, the person who did the initial inspection, to the guy who did the job, all sounded friendly. I could tell they value my business unlike some other companies that would make you feel like you're only one of their many clients.

I was waiting on a new credit card to arrive in the mail and I was going to use that to pay. They were really accommodating to my situation and was told that they can do the work for us that day to get us settled before the holidays (this was on a Friday before labor day weekend) and just pay when the card arrives.

The price was on the reasonable side. I called SEVERAL companies before I found Biard and Crockett. I was quoted by others so much more for the same work. They did a really good job and we are now with hot water once again. It's been a month since then and so far, I haven't encountered any problem with our water heater. They are now my go to if/when I need plumbing services.

Daniel was nice, professional, & knowledgable when he serviced our home. We got our water system flushed/cleaned for the annual maintenance. Pleased with his work and timely appointment. Thanks for the service Daniel! -Christine & Prince

I requested a quote on yelp and he came back with honesty and sincerity of what he thought the problem was. I appreciate his willingness to help, even without $$ involved. We will forever call him with any pluming or water heater needs from here on out.

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

Most honest plumbers I've ever meet. If you're looking for a cheap plumber, whose work you'll have to re-do in a few months, look elsewhere. But if you want someone affordable and reliable, and that guaranty their work these are your guys. Ask for Fabian. He puts his job above personal errands and will be ready to help you asap. They get the job done right the first time and in time! Try them out for yourselves. You'll be glad you did.

Had a very positive experience with NexGen today. I requested a maintenance service for my AC to get ready for the summer. Juan, the technician, was very knowledgeable, he walked me through the process and recommended the corrective actions to keep my AC unit in good shape for the summer and beyond. I'm very pleased with Juan's service and strongly recommend NexGen.

Great service. Quick turn around time. My family likes to put stuff down the drain they shouldn't and from time to time the drain backs up. I have used Andrews drain service before and will again in the future
