Joseph is awesome.  I messaged a few plumbers for quotes on installation of two toilets and nobody would give me even a ball park for an estimate, they wanted to come and look and chat.  I'm very busy and wanted an estimate, Joseph gave me a good range of the cost after seeing some pics of my old toilets and the new ones I bought.  He is super responsive and we coordinated a time for him to come.  

Toilets were installed without any issues and look beautiful.  He didn't make a mess and hauled the old toilets for us.  We are having him come back to install a new tub and shower.  He advised us on which to buy, he said he does not do tile but his brother does, so we are looking forward to working with Joseph again.  

Price is very fair and he is very pleasant to work with.  Super efficient and quick!  Highly recommend.

I had all my family coming to visit for a week & the night before they were going to start showing up, my plumbing started backing up in the bathroom. I called a plumber I know & he was busy with a huge job & referred me to Scott. I called Scott, told him the problem & he & his brother were at my house first thing the next morning. They had to clear the main drain & ended up having to remove the toilet to clear it that way. I figured I'd have a mess to clean up when they were done but they put plastic down all through my place & when they were done they totally cleaned up all the mess, including the bathroom floor! They were done pretty quick & were gone right before my brother & nieces showed up. Thank you! I've already referred them to my sister & will continue to refer them to family, friends, & clients.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Mike was on time and took care of my clog in no time. I will definitely use this company again if needed.

My water heater went out so I read some reviews and started calling plumbers in Yelp. I actually spoke to two before calling Bigos. The first one called sent someone out to look at it while and when I got a call back it was from their receptionist who told me she had just emailed me a quote for over $1300 to replace it. She wasn't able to answer any of questions about how they arrived at this number or if I had other options to repair it. I never actually got to speak with the person who looked at it. Then I called another company who said they would come the following day and never showed up. All the while we had no hot water.

When I called Matt Bigos. It was after 6 and called me back within about 20 minutes. He came out and showed me the problem. Unfortunately it did need to be replaced. He explained my options and how the water heater worked. He was very knowledgeable and profession. He even helped me call the manufacturer to see if there were any options under a warrantee  (which I was so grateful for because I don't speak water heater and probably would not have been able to answer their questions). He offered me a great price, about half of what the other company had quoted me, exchanged the old water heater and install a new water heater within a few hours. It's working great.

I would recommend Bigos Plumbers to anyone. Matt is professional, patient, responsive, knowledgeable and comes off as an all-around nice guy!

Andrew is a life saver! My tub stopped up and I needed someone asap. This company was able to schedule service same day and even came exactly on time. Sadly, my drain isn't a quick fix situation, but I do hope to have my landlords approval to use them asap! They really know what they're talking about and are cost effective. They event fixed my slow running water spout free of charge. I truly feel I received white glove treatment in my own home and cannot thank Andrew and the team enough for their support.

Federico has worked twice at my home, and yes, you can buy peace of mind at a reasonable price. First, there was a leak in my home's sewer line to the main line in the street. After a camera inspection, the exact location of the break was found. The pipe was replaced using a pipe bursting method, and the clean out near my home was replaced. Most recently, Federico located and repaired a leak in the pipe from an upstairs bathroom. His work is minimally invasive, because he knows how plumbing is configured after a quick assessment. Both times, Federico arrived quickly, and worked diligently. I trust this company to fix any plumbing issue because Federico is extremely knowledgeable, technically adept, and honest.

Had a gas leak reported by SoCal Gas and Overtime plumbing came out to identify the issue. They found the issue which included digging up and replacing the gas line running from the sidewalk to the front of the house through my front lawn. The team did a great job fixing replacing the gas leak at a great price, just wish they would have put back the grass a bit better.

Called HomeX for a slow water main leak.  Marilyn gave me a price range of $185-$275, and I scheduled them to come out on Monday.  

Ismael and Victor showed up on time and went right to work.  They were both very pleasant and professional.  Ismael explained what he was doing and invited me to inspect the condition of the old copper pipe.  He also made a recommendation for future replacement of the pipe.  They were done in about an hour, and I had running water again!  Good work guys!

First time having to call a plumber and Trusty Plumbers made is very easy for me. Got a free estimate same day I called in and got a great quote to replace a major pipe underneath the house. They came the next day fixed it and only took 2 hours. Daniel and his apprentice did amazing work. Definitely the only plumbers I will ever call.

Turns out they did not find the gas leak after all. The part they replaced was not the issue and the gas kept leaking. I had to hire another company beacuse I had no faith they would find it. The company that I hired, second company listed here on Yelp, had devices that could detect gas in the air. Used it to locate the issue and got it repaired. Wasted a lot of money on these guys. Also the bathroom sink I hired them to unclog had issues weeks after they did the work. Nice people just didn't do good work.

I had the (unfortunate) need to have a new sewer line installed in a home just purchased.  The home was bought with the knowledge there was a potential problem.  Researched companies before closing escrow and had Rooter Champion come out shortly after escrow closed.  Sadly, Bryan confirmed my thoughts and began the work.  What a project!  An entire team was assembled on my property for almost 3 days.  These guys worked hard but maintained their professionalism an respect for the property.

Fast forward a week later, I have an issue with a rental property I am remodeling.  Didn't think it was a big issue so I called one of those firms that offer coupons for $77 drain cleaning.  Big mistake.  Within minutes of arriving and without a a camera, they diagnosed the issues and offered me a fix well over $8500.  Suffice it to say, I kicked them out and called Bryan.  

Unfortunately the job involved more than a clean out.  Bryan and his crew worked with me, offered the right fix and took care of the problem.

This is the only company I will call or recommend from now one for drain or roofer issues

In 27 years I've not found a septic service that was reasonable, respectful and on time. These guys are the best! I recommend them hands-down. They are my go to septic service from now on.

Clean-Out Kings are simply the best. They responded immediately to my request for a quote and scheduled someone to come to my house to do a visual assessment at my convenience. Luis arrived on time, provided me with a good quote and proceeded to complete the job in less than 15 minutes. I have never experienced such fast and friendly service and will not hesitate to call them again.

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

Beyond amazing@ I heard a gushing sound in my bathroom wall and had warm floor tiles and new it was a slab leak.  My landlord put me in touch with Rachel immediately and Ted was here the next morning. He quickly found the leak, opened a wall in our closet, re-routed and installed a brand new pipe rather than going through the floor. Ted and his assistant were friendly, worked so hard all day, and wore masks the entire time. I feel 100% confident in the job they did. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!!

Paid 250 to fix leaking ac condenser. Starts leaking within a week, I message them and I get ignored. Btw they were really pushy on two floatation devices that costs 400+ each... excuse me now, gotta call someone else to fix my leak.

Reaches out immediately after review and tried to solve the problem. Which is cool.

Update, the assistant service manager and field supervisor Ruben and Anthony came out and saved the day. They spent a lot of time and communicated with me clearly about the problem with logical reasons. This is the kind of service I would appreciate.

Had a problem with my shower and Andrew showed up. He took a quick look and fixed the issue in no time. Highly recommend this service.
