Joseph was quick to respond to my Yelp quote request with a price range and availability. I have guests arriving tomorrow and he was at my place in less than 2 hours. I was lucky since he was just completing his last job for the day. He quickly identified the issue with my shower and was nice enough to look at my kitchen faucet too. I'd absolutely call him if I have any other plumbing issues.

Needing a plumber in the middle of pandemic was nerve racking. We put it off until, well we couldn't. Thankfully everyone we interacted with at B&B handled everything with the utmost professionalism, care and efficiency - from the office staff to the technicians, all were courteous and always helpful. Our techs took care to wear shoe coverings and face masks during their visit(s). They were on-time with thoughtfully laid out options for us. We were also truly impressed how well they handled unexpected obstacles and found seamless, hassle-free solutions for us. We had a new toilet & bidet installed, as well as a new bathroom faucet (which our tech went out & purchased at Lowe's after the one we bought wasn't going to work - AMAZING!)  We were so grateful that they took old toilet and parts away, and clean-up was impeccable. Surely cannot recommend B&B Plumbing enough. Thank you for a fantastic experience despite the awful circumstances of it all :)

Always get a second quote. ASP quoted a specific price for our slab leak in the bathroom, we made an appointment for the work to be performed, once they cut into the wall he stated he made a mistake due to the manifold was in the slab not above it. He stated the only way to repair was to either jackhammer the foundation or totally re pipe the whole house. Quote increased by approximately 4K +.  I called another company, they located the copper pipes in the bedroom wall, cut a 2 x 2 ft square and located the manifold. Long story short, I saved $3,000.00 and my issue is now fixed. I am giving them 2 stars as they were prompt, and do not think they were trying to upsell , the plumber just didn't know.

I was dealing with a persistent leak in my kitchen sink that developed into a pretty steady drip. Called Mike 15 minutes before his closing time and I was able to send him pictures of what we were dealing with. Said he could fix it the next morning bright and early. Mike is a true man to his word. Showed up on time, fixed it in 20 minutes, and I was still able to get to work on time. I will definitely be calling Mike for any future plumbing issues.

I was at work on Friday when I noticed my toilet was clogged up.  I tried the old trusted plunger but no luck.  That's when I knew this was a professional's job.  Did a quick search on yelp and Team Rooter was one of the companies that came up.  I called them up and the receptionist was very helpful.  She scheduled a service call for the following day.  The next day Jacob showed up from Team Rooter.  He was on time and very professional.  He snaked the toilet and and was able to unclog it in under 20 minutes.  Thanks Team Rooter for the timely and professional service.  I would highly recommend these guys to whoever has a plumbing issue in Orange County.

First off, I just want to say how thrilled I was to have Mike come out for our tankless water heater install. He has amazing knowledge of the products and amazing service. I can tell he has a lot of value doing a job correctly after what he and his partner Ron did for my family.

We had a really bad experience with an install of the tankless from someone else. Mike and Ron came in here and CRUSHED IT. Made everything back to normal and gave us an amazing Navien product.

I'm going to use them for years to come.. if you want to get treated like family and have an honest , reliable, and amazing company I would highly recommend using Mike and his team!

I had old galvanized piping in garage where some fittings were corroded. Chris asked me to send a picture of the corroded fitting. I send him the picture of this fitting with adjoining piping. Chris told me to swing by and look at the situation and to figure out how he can repair the piping and gave me an estimate to do the job. After I gave him OK he came on the very next day and replaced the galvanized piping with copper piping. He completed the job on time with my full satisfaction.

Very grateful for Fed!  My Mom's house had an issue with water not draining properly.  Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away.  He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones.

There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through.  He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area.  Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well.

Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue!  Fed was honest, reliable, and friendly.  Would highly recommend!

Worked with Todd for a few jobs.  He did painting for a two rooms and did an amazing and meticulous job.  The second time Marco came to the house and did some handyman jobs around the house.  Todd has become my guy for any home improvement jobs.

So my water shut off valve pipe bursted and I was in a major panic not knowing how to shut the thing off while it was starting to completely flood the outside of my home...

My helpful, generous neighbor was a real lifesaver shutting it off for me from the curve side, and he was also the one who recommended Rick.

Word of mouth is always the best way to go, but all these 5 star reviews here speak for themselves too.

Rick came on a really short notice, on a really hot Sunday morning to get the job done for me. He texted me when he was coming and arrived on time. He made sure to get it done properly, and he did it for waaaaaaay less than what others would have charged... definitely not the kind of person who would try to take advantage.

Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into emergency call territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and my husband called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!

Our faucet had trouble shutting off, so we called Prodigy and Matt came out really quickly (faster than I expected).  He took a look at it and found that he couldn't repair it.  He went over options for getting a replacement and told us to call back for installation of the new one.  A couple of days later he came back and quickly installed the new one we got.  There was a little glitch with the new faucet and again he was very explanatory on what the options were and how much different choices might cost.  He is very helpful and friendly.  We will call Prodigy again for our plumbing needs.

This business is thee best. A/C went out on a hot day, of course.  Call scheduler, Melinda, couldn't have been more helpful, very professional. Once Darryl and Hussein arrived, they got right to it, found the issue and fixed it rt on the spot (wiring). They worked clean, efficient, and charged very reasonably. I would absolutely recommend this business.

Brian was awesome. He stopped by to provide free quote. He took his time explain everything and provided reasonable quote. Although I got a cheaper quote from somewhere else, I highly recommend Brian and Clean-out-kings for all your plumbing needs.
