Needed a new gas line installed for a dryer and they were very responsive. Pleasant to deal with and highly recommend. Even came all the way out to Gardena for it. Will be keeping them in mind for future needs!

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

I have my mainline drain cleaned yearly due to root issues.  The company I had been using had raised their prices.  I checked with Western Rooter & Plumbing and was quoted $100 for a mainline maintenance cleaning.  Renee came out and spent probably an hour making sure my line was clean and clear of roots.  He was extremely efficient and concerned and gave me suggestions for a more thorough hydra jet cleaning should I opt to do that in the future.  No pressure at all to have it done, merely a suggestion.  The $100 charge was $25 less than many other companies charged for the same service.  I was very pleased with the service and with Renee's customer service and demeanor.  I highly recommend that you give Western Rooter & Plumbing a chance the next time you need rooter services.

Adrian was the first to respond when I called for help regarding the water pressure situation at my house.  The water pressure has always been an issue ever since we got a water softener 7 years ago.  Long story short, my dishwasher began leaking this year and thus began my journey to trace the issue to the source.  4 technicians (and LOTS of $$) later, the source was traced to the water regulator valve.  

The water softener technician tinkered with my valve yesterday and said I should replace it.  I decided to do some research and got a second opinion.  Adrian came and quickly adjusted my valve and told me there was no issue whatsoever.  He even purchased a water valve just to be safe before he arrived.  He could have easily said that my water valve is broken and needed replacing, but he didn't.  He was honest and said it was my call.  

As of today, 7 years later, I finally have GREAT water pressure.   I can use the kitchen sink and take a shower at the same time.  I can even run BOTH showers at the SAME time!  It's life changing when someone who knows what they are doing comes to fix something.  Thanks Adrian for your help today.

We recently moved into a home and I tried fixing my dryer gas line. No matter what I did it continued to leak gas! Also, one of my bathtubs did not have hot water! Dave was my technician. He did an amazing job. Very professional and on time. He walked me through what he was going to do and answered all my questions! Excellent service! Now I can finally do my laundry I told my wife had been done before the move!

Had an emergency plumbing situation and needed a plumber asap. Called a couple of plumbing company and I was just transfered to a voicemail to leave a message. My third call was answered by Rachel and she asked me a couple of questions and she right away understood and told me whats going on and gave a price qoute for the job and dispatched a plumber right away, gave me an ETA and sure enough ealier than what was the ETA Javier arrived and right away worked on the issue. Overall very satisfied with the company and sure enough they will be my go-to plumbers. Thank you guys.

Responded immediately for a quote, which was competitive. Was also able to come sooner than most who I contacted. Ultimately went with my original plumber who repiped my home several years ago who offered to take care of a minor leak for free.  Wasn't able to respond earlier so that's why I reached out to other vendors.  VIP was professional and timely in their responses. Will consider them in the future.

I requested help on the Yelp requesting system. Tony was the first to respond and I can't believe I got so lucky! My business had a water heater bust which turned into a clogged gas line. I cannot say enough good things about Tony! He helped us out in a pinch. I was in tears over it and he was able to calm me down and fix our issues. If you need a plumber please call this company! They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Such a nice guy and I feel so blessed I got him to help us! If I could give 100000 stars I would!

VIP was a recommendation. When I called to get a quote it was a friendly easy person who answered and gave me a fair price so I didn't even hesitate in doing further research. I got an appointment right away. Nick came out, he was friendly and easy to work with. Alvino also joined him later and again friendly and easy to work with.

Oscar was great. Super quick and reliable and didn't leave a mess. Replaced the garbage disposal and some pipes in a short amount of time. Use these guys, they're great.

I have lived in the area for 8 years and have used them 3 times. When we first moved in i had them come out and inspect our furnace and airconditioner before we started using anything. The guy that came out was very professional and thorough, he even went into the attic. I have had them out for plumbing issues also. They always send out specials through the mail so i just hold on to them in case i need it. I will continue to use their service and recommend them.

Today I had a leak in my ceiling and Scott Linder (the plumber) came out to help me.  He looked at the problem and diagnosed it right away.  He told me it was coming from my toilet upstairs.  Sure enough, when he removed the toilet he showed me where it was leaking.  He replaced the parts under the toilet, cleaned up the old mess, and put everything back together again.  He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and a nice guy.  Next time I call Rooter Hero for a plumber, I hope Scott comes out!
