I requested a quote for to replace my pipes and bot o ly did he and his team come through, they did a great job. My house is on the older side so the team went in for 3 day the first time replaced galvanized pipesas well as installing a tankless water heater and the main pipe that connects to the city. In order to assure my house would be fine they came back to replace out going pipe. They did a great job in removing, hauling and replacing all pipes. I go back and forth between states and as was visiting my dad I had noticed a leaky tub and faucet and slow drainage. I had gotten a few quotes but held off since it had been temporarily fixed. However, after my continued visits the leaking continued. Much wasted $$ literally down the drain in increased water bill, as this had went on for a few months. While visiting my dad who is a WWII veteran for his 98th birthday we called again for quotes.

A young man by the name of Dakota showed up very clean presentable in white shirt and blue pants wearing mask due to COVID-19 and shoe coverings to check out the problem. Dakota did an excellent job in inspecting the entire house, he did a thorough job in crawling under the house too which the others didn't bother doing. Through his walkthrough he was very patient and respectful in listening to my dad's questions and stories without interrupting.  This was a much bigger job than what we all expected so he had to call his manager for an appropriate price quote.

HomeX plumbing was very thorough in explaining and showing us video of the issues we were facing of old  pipes full of corrosion and previous plumbing jobs that were done incorrectly.  They gave us several options keeping our budget in consideration. Such as simple fix of replacing bathroom valves or replacing various areas. The job and price only became bigger due to the house being sooo old and things needed to get done but within reason. HomeX explained how this entire process was going to get done and places they would need to tear through to fix and replace pipes. They included my dad's veteran and birthday discount too. Immediately they began prepping for them to start the next day.
The team showed up on time and they were all very pleasant and respectful with us and with one another. Dakota kept us informed of everything at all times and we would ask and add a few more things for them to do, like replacing our 20yr old water heater and kitchen faucet.  At the end of the day they showed us video and pictures of all the work done.  They did a lot of work and of quality for a reasonable price and we have the peace of mind of the work guarantee. This company was recommended to me when I was having a major plumbing problem at my house..of course, I discovered this when I get home from work about 5:30pm---I contacted them and they had someone over in about 15 minutes! Siad came and unclogged my sink and while he was here--I had him roto rooter my son's sink and my kitchen sink too....about a week later, I noticed that my kitchen sink was still a bit sluggish and I called to see if they could send someone out again ( I live in a townhouse complex and share a sewer drain)--Said came back and work for about half an hour, location a clog way down the shared drain. Of course, this was provided to me free of charge. I can't be happier with this company and I am very pleased to recommend them.

Bert is my go to plumber. I've used Bert a few times in 2020 from leaks in the backyard, re-routing some water from a whole house filter to installing a new tankless water heater. Each time Bert has been responsive, shows up on time and his quality of install/work is awesome. He's efficient and finishes the work in a timely matter. We had this awful sewer odor. Sal's Plumbing came out & found a break in our sewer line. Actually 2. Plus a ton of issues in the main line. It took a couple of days and a few big holes but they fixed them all! Thanks Hector & crew!
