Best Septic Tank Installation in Anaheim CA

David and Andrew fixed my toilet when my bathroom started flooding.  I had called around and got estimates from three other plumbers that wanted more than $1000 to replace it!  David arrived on scene and was like it's just a part and gave me a really good price.  I don't write too many reviews but it's hard to find such honest plumbers.  

I told my grandma about them because her old house is breaking all over the place.  They've taken good care of my little ol' sweet grandma.  They've been in the process of doing massive amounts of repairs like digging enormous trenches in her front yard.  They are my official family plumber :)

Anytime we have plumbing or A/C & Heater issues, we call these guys. 

   We weren't having any issues this time around, just some regular maintenance on our A/C unit.  Tyler was beyond helpful, explained everything to me, made some observations about the unit, made a suggestion that I went with, and it probably saved me $ down the road.

   We've depended on them for years and have never had any issues with them. All the guys that have come over are courteous and professional. They give a decent window, usually 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to show. We've even had guys call to say that they were running late or on their way. 

   When working, they are always eager to show me what they are doing, why, and how often it should be done. All the guys usually don't mind answering questions about what they are doing. 

   Prices are competitive, but I've learned when it comes this type of work, you get what you pay for. And these guys know their stuff, so I don't mind paying. (They usually send coupons in the mail.)

   Next week they'll be here to descale our tankless water heater. I almost look forward to them coming out again. LOL.

Called this AM & they had somebody there at 9:30 Kenny Sr. addressed the issues & went for it. I was surprised at the ease he showed with each issue. All said and done! By the way, I appreciated the quality parts selected as I am a retired plumbing representative

I HIGHLY recommend So-Cal 1. The main sewer line had separations. I did my due diligence and talked to several plumbers. Federico from So-Cal 1 was great. He was friendly and professional. He carefully explained everything and gave me a few options to repair it. He was on time for every appointment. We decided to repair the sewer line using a liner. Once completed, they spent the time to show me the liner with a camera. Everything looked great! If you need a plumber, I HIGHLY recommend them!

I called for an inspection because I had a leak in my garage ceiling. Dakota D was the tech who came out to inspect my home. He was very patient and thorough and knowledgeable and he fully inspected my house to try to find the source of the leak. He was courteous and helpful and made me comfortable.

Very glad that I chose this company. When I had a overflow problem in my yard, I called Albert and he tried to explain to me what could be the cause over the phone and offered to come in to fix my problem on the same day. At the end, he came in just after a short few hours and fixed the problem right away. He even offered me tips on how I should maintain my sewage piping system and rest assure me the problem was solved. His charges were reasonable and very transparent - no catches and surprises ! I will definitely use his service again and recommend his comany to everyone.

Our other shower knob decided to start getting hard to turn. The great news is, we were able to get someone out to fix it the next day. Martin to the rescue, he took care of the shower knob and also fixed some old chaulking. Thank you Martin for taking the time to do such a through job. Anytime we need plumbing we contact the Clean out King's. Thank you. 2 separate jobs and both Tony and Martin were knowledgeable and did an awesome job. 5 stars all the way.

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

Great service. Arrived very quickly after call. Efficiently cleared clogged toilet and checked sink and tub drains. Very neat

Adrian and his colleague came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem quickly! He didn't try to upsell us on anything, he was straight and to the point and very kind. I hope we don't HAVE to call him again anytime soon, but I am keeping his number in case we get into another plumbing situation!

Bert is my go to plumber. I've used Bert a few times in 2020 from leaks in the backyard, re-routing some water from a whole house filter to installing a new tankless water heater. Each time Bert has been responsive, shows up on time and his quality of install/work is awesome. He's efficient and finishes the work in a timely matter. No more leaks in the backyard, my irrigation water line bypasses my whole house water filter and my new tankless water heater is awesome.

They are not 24/7 their customer service center is open 24/7 but when you need some plumber they are not available at night! We have pipe bursted last night and we can heard the leaked through our walls and some of our floor boards are wet so we are trying to find someone to come out to take a look for us! So I saw this Place is 24/7 so I called around 11:12pm explained everything to the lady then she said yes Leo will call you within 30mins so call back if you don't hear from him. Then I ask to make sure if he will come today? She said yes. Then we waited called again at 11:42pm and she said it's weird he always response. Then told us the same thing if you don't hear back in 30 mins then give me a call back and I will send the message out. So this goes on for 4 -6times so my hubby and I stayed up all night don't know if this person is going to call? And even that lady at the customer service center was like I can only sent the message to the plumber?!?! But can't you give him a call? Isn't he part of your team? We are the first time home owners so we are lack of knowledge on when this kind of situation happened what should we do? That's why we have reach out to the professionals but I guess don't trust the 24/7 signs on their profile. Because it's only the call center or disbatch center is open 24/7
We both stayed up all night keep on waiting for his call and also hoping our wall won't explode!

I have used flush right twice drain cleaning twice now.  Albert is very knowledgeable and helpful.  Will definitely use them again.  Thanks guys!

Xtreme Plumbers...an Xtreme Waste of Time!

We had a leaking pipe at our commercial facility that needed fixing. It was a very simple job...only a 20-foot section of copper pipe had to be replaced. Called them to see what their availability was, and they said they could definitely take care of it the next day! I told them our hours of operation and wanted to make sure that would work for them...not a problem! they said.

The next day, one of their plumbers shows up around 9am to check out the problem and give us a price. The price seemed very fair, and he said he would be back shortly after getting together the necessary supplies. This is when things went south...

For some reason, the plumber decided to turn off our water main without telling anyone, or even asking permission to do so. He then left without saying a word to anyone about it...why would you shut off our water and just leave? It was completely unnecessary, and only caused us trouble while trying to figure out what was going on.

A few hours pass by and we haven't heard from the plumber. I call their office to find out when he was planning to come back, and after waiting on hold for a good 10 minutes, I was told that he was just gathering his supplies and would be on his way over soon.

A few more hours pass and we STILL haven't seen the plumber. I call their office again, and after waiting on hold for another 10 minutes, the lady tells me that she will give me a call back in just a few minutes with an update...30 minutes go by and I've heard nothing. That is the last straw! I call them back to find out what is going on, and they tell me that the plumber won't be able to make it back today.

Thanks for being an Xtreme waste of our time! I should have hired a reputable company to take care of our problem...lesson learned!

Jose  replied promptly to my inquiry and was able to come out the next day. He and his associate, Charlie were professional, punctual and courteous! I will use this company again for any plumbing needs.

Called on a Saturday and got prompt service.
Thomas came and did an amazing and thorough job fixing the issue and explaining the process. He was fast, efficient, and kind.

Met Tony and his crew through Yelp due to a slab leak at my father in laws house. Tony came and gave me an honest assessment of the situation. We decided to repipe the whole house instead of the reroute way and we couldn't be more happy. Tony and his crew are very meticulous of the work. He will also go out of his way to make the work look nice. His pricing is also top notch. I honestly believe you can get a better deal and work from anybody else. Will definitely go back to him for any plumbing work and highly recommended!!

Service was outstanding. Definitely sense he took pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable. Has a very courteous and friendly demeanor. Felt like as if a friend was coming over to help me. I couldn't have asked for more exceptional service! We had a drain blockage in the middle of the night. Our toilets overflowed and we were without the use of plumbing all night. I called them early in the morning and we had a technician, Pedro Padilla, come service our house. He was not only on time and professional, he made the experience so much better! If anyone in the Anaheim/Cypress area needs an emergency or just plumber in general I highly reccomend!
