Joseph was VERY responsive, even late at night. He gave me a quote before seeing the issue and came out multiple times to adjust our shower valve when we were still having the same issue. He's a genuinely nice guy. The communication is A+.

I have been needing to hire a plumber for multiple properties. Today, I decided to call B&B.  I spoke to Candace and she made the process comfortable for me.  She is willing to handle everything with my tenant, what a load off my back!  Now I hope my tenant is satisfied with their service.  I shall post again!

Our main sewage line was backed up and my wife had Roto-rooter come out and fix the issue.  Upon further inspection, they advised us to repair a portion of the sewage line citing root damage and gave us an estimate of $1500.

I decided to get a 2nd opinion since $1500 is no drop in the bucket.  I called John on a Friday afternoon and setup the appt the next day on Sat.  John and Mike came right on time and inspected our lines.  John had us watching the monitor with him while Mike dropped in the camera down our line.  

He said there was absolutely nothing that needed repairing and explained to us certain situations that the line might get backed up.  He gave us some great tips to avoiding any future issues.  My wife an I were very relieved to say the least.  

I asked him how much we owed for the services and he said there was no charge!  These guys are truly professionals and will be our go-to plumbers in the future.

I used Complete Plumbing, Heating and Air 4 times in the past 4 years. Mike, who is the owner, always quotes a fair price, even during the heat waves of the hot summer.
I use Complete Plumbing twice this past July.  Once was to replace a hot water  heater that was under warranty.  I was charged only the labor cost to return the old heater, pick up a new heater, and the re-installation cost. Not only was the quote was very reasonable, William, the plumber, installed the water heater very neatly. His workmanship was second to none.  If you look at some sloppy installations of other plumbers, you will immediately know what mean.
The second time was just a week later when my air conditioner condenser started to leak at the coils.  I was quoted a great price for a high efficiency condenser.  Please note that this was during a heat spell when other AC companies would take a few day just to make the service call.  Ron, the HVAC tech did a phenomenal installation.  He did not rush, as installing a condenser has many important steps.

Update: February 13, 2019
Complete Air just installed a second air conditioner system in my home.  I figured to get a heads start before the cooling season.  Again, Ron installed the condenser outside and the evaporator in the furnace (located in the attic).  Perfect and tidy installation.

I requested a quote for to replace my pipes and bot o ly did he and his team come through, they did a great job. My house is on the older side so the team went in for 3 day the first time replaced galvanized pipesas well as installing a tankless water heater and the main pipe that connects to the city. In order to assure my house would be fine they came back to replace out going pipe. They did a great job in removing, hauling and replacing all pipes. I'm a highly satisfied customer who would recommend SO-CAL 1 PLUMBING to any one who wants a job done well and effiecient.
The crew was very respectful and on time and a job that was told was going to take a day and a half was completed in just one day.

Dont even need to try calling anyone else!

Its 2021.  I have been having draining problems in the atrium and backyard since we moved in the house in 2014.  The outside drains would backup during heavy storms.  I finally decided to find a solution for it and called a number of plumbers.  Interestingly, I found out most plumbers do not want to get into working on storm drains.  

I know a bit about construction work myself and usually when I hire a contractor or crew, I dont mind rolling up my sleeves and jumping in the ditches to help alongside.  

During conversations with friends that are also in construction fields, all of us were wondering where would you even start with something like this on a house that was built in the 70s. No one can even tell where these pipes are going or what the problem might be.

Finally, the last plumber that came over referred me to Overtime Plumbing.  I called Armando and he picked up right away and we set a data and time to have the drains examined.

I can tell you these guys know exactly what they are doing.  Once I saw them in action, it all made sense.

We did some jetting and camera work and found out where the problem area is.  They excavated and found out a portion of the pipes draining outside to the street is completely gone.  So, all these years, the water was just soaking into the dirt in the yard without having anywhere to go.  You could also tell by the wet ground once we dug it up.

We ended up excavating the pipeline which thankfully was outside the building and we replaced that entire portion with new pipes.  We had to also take out a small portion of a concrete sidewalk.

Diego even put me in contact with someone that ended up redoing the concrete sidewalk for a very fair price.

At the end, we did a final set of tests, jetting and camera to make sure everything is working and looking well.

It has rained heavily a few times since and it is nice to see the drains all working so well and the heavy flow of clean and clear water draining to the street curb like it is supposed to.

All and all, the work took 3.5 days, the crew was professional, friendly and amazing, and to top it all off, the price was very fair.

Armando, Diego, Manny and Eduardo don't just do a great job.  They are great people.  

They also communicate well and respond to calls and texts right away.

I am actually about to call them again for some plumbing work for a relative.

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

Spoke w Todd at 2 PM for a job that needed to get done the same day as I had a showing of my property the next morning.  His partner Jeremy show up at 4 PM and knocked out all that I needed in a timely fashion.  Great work and cleaned up afterwards.  Very professional.  Would use them again anytime and would recommend others do the same.  Thanks - Dave

My water heater was leaking and I needed a reliable plumber so I looked on Yelp and found Rick.  He had nothing but 5-Star reviews so I gave him a call in the morning and he said he'd be over as soon as he was done with a call he was already responding to.  He came over after lunch and within minutes diagnosed the issue and gave me a price and an estimate on how long the work would take.  From start to finish Rick was a man of his word, he came over like he said he would, he charged exactly what he quoted me ( no hidden costs), and he finished the work on time.  Rick's a really nice guy with a good attitude and gets straight to the point.  I'll be calling Rick for all my plumbing needs from now on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They don't know what they're doing & they OVERCHARGE!!! They charged my mother $188 to change her thermostat. Yes, $188 for a $50 thermostat that you can buy from home depot. What's worse, it didn't even fix the problem. When I came to the house, the heater wasn't even working, it had a really nice thermostat though. We complained & they sent the same two buffoons back a few days later. This time, I was there. Now they said it was the blower motor & that it would be an additional $600. After I finished laughing in his face, I explained to him that I was an electrical contractor & that I could get the blower motor for around $200. I think that it's terrible that they would send out technicians who would perform work and charge so much when they obviously didn't even know for sure whether or not it would fix the problem. I found thesetechnicians to be rude & quite ignorant to the basics of HVAC technology. If the blower wasn't working, why change the thermostat? Greed that's why. They saw a little old lady as an opportunity, not only for a few quick bucks, but also for a return trip to make 3x the original amount. I find this to be a deceptive business practice. These people are extremely dishonest, un-knowledgable, and greedy. Give your money to someone else...

Anthony was awesome.  Really thorough and made sure he diagnosed the problem.  I've come across so many flakey plumbers and Anthony and trusty came through right away!  We would definitely call him and trusty plumbers again.

This is a super late review of Prodigy Plumbing.  Robert and team were great at diagnosing what turned out to be a nearly catastrophic state of our main sewer line.  It turned out to be an expensive repair, but all along the way, Robert and team made sure I was informed and showed me video of where the damage was.  They were thorough, kind and professional.  

Will definitely call them again, but I hope not to have to for a while!

I wasn't too sure who to call for a gas plumbing issue, but turns out they do this too! I got fit in really quickly and the techs that came out made the whole thing painless. And now my new oven is sitting perfectly against the wall without a Huge project. Couldn't be happier. AND unbeknownst to me, my street was being slurried when they showed up, but they took it like champs and were able to roll with it instead of calling off the job! Did I mention they have a Veterans discount?

I think when it comes to responsiveness and availability, this company is the best. They received the request around 11pm on Saturday night and I received a response within an hour that a plumber will be out the next day Sunday! The one major advantage about this company is they truly want to help fix the plumbing problem as they don't even charge a consultation fee to send a plumber out to inspect. Other companies would have a fee which they state can be used in cost of repair but that was not the case with Clean-Out Kings if the consultation is during regular business hours. I think this is a huge plus if you're unsure of the plumbing or leak issue, which in my case it was a ceiling leak. Kyle was the technician who came to our house and he was very professional. He really spent time to explain the various options since from the moisture testing and area where water had damaged our ceiling, he suggested a restoration company to assess to minimize out of pocket cost since they could also work through insurance. He had suggested based on where the leak issue appeared the access and cost to reach the area of the leak would require some areas of tile or stucco opening which could also be costly. In the end, no work was performed by Kyle but he helped provided me with some helpful next steps to fix my leaking problem. Thank you Kyle for your honest suggestions and guidance, but most importantly patience in explaining all my questions.

Our aprox. 20 yr.old GE water heater started dripping water droplets from the plastic drain valve and at first was thinking of replacing the drain valve only. After multiple consultations with Petar through Yelp, I decided to replace the whole unit instead. Petar was very honest and informative and gave me a very good price. While he was draining the water the faulty valve broke off, so we started using buckets instead, which enabled me to see the filthy water/sediment that was built up over the years.  Was so happy I decided to get a new water heater. Highly recommend Petar for his reliability, expertise and fair prices. Thank you, Petar!

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

I contacted Ted and Bros after having hired a plumber to come in and try to unclog one of our bathtubs had failed to get the job done. Zeke one of the plumbers for Ted and Bros reached back to meet immediately and answered all my questions and gave me an estimate withing minutes. He was available to get the job done right the next day. He came and it literally took him 10-15mins to get the job done and left everything spotless. He did an amazing job!! I highly recommend Ted and Bros for any of your plumbing needs.

We were having some issues with our mini splits and had called multiple vendors to come out. After being let down by repair companies not showing up I remembered seeing the owner of the company on the news awhile ago and figured I liked what his company set out to do. Well Edward P. is definitely carrying that legacy for the company of providing reliable and valuable service. Edward arrived early, called me to let me know he was in his way and was very detailed in explaining every step of what he was doing.

I would 100% recommend NexGen and will be using them more in the future!

Andrew came out and checked my drain problem without charge. He said that he would come back and do a more thorough check after ordering some special equipment.
