Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Anaheim CA

I needed a new water heater but it wasn't an emergency.  After dealing with two other contractors who wasted hours of my time with the we'll be by for an estimate in a 4 hour window, only to have them take a two-second glance and give me overblown, bloated estimates.  I found Trench Plumbing with Yelp's request a quote and got a few emails.  I like how Trench did things, by asking for pictures to get an idea of what he was dealing with, and Joseph was able to give me rough estimate as to cost without wasting my time.  His prices were very reasonable.  He is very knowledgeable and and I am very happy with my new tankless water heater.

About a week later, I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink and again, Joseph asked for photos of the setup, and he was able to able to come and fix that, along with replacing a leaky kitchen faucet, in a reasonable amount of time and for a totally reasonable fee.  

No offense to the big companies that have enough service people to be sent out same day, but they are the ones who tried to overcharge me for basic things.  I guess they have to pay for the branded company trucks and billboards.  Trench Plumbing is a small business and I want to support that.  I now have a plumbing guy for any future issues, and that's Joseph.

I called B & B, Casey, and they responded the same day and even repaired the drain piping the same day.  The techs were in and out very fast and were friendly and professional.  The charges were acceptable.  We very pleased to add B & B Plumbing to our VIP list for all our future plumbing needs. Owner Mike J. did the work at my residence.
He installed a dryer vent for my dryer located in my garage.
He called me ahead to let me know time for arrival.  He was on time.
The yelp estimate explained what he was going to do (I had sent him photos). When he arrived and saw the area/machine, he verified what he would do.
After the job, he explained what he did and offered suggestions for some other things.
He also checked my water softener as a courtesy to me.
It was easy to set up the appointment with his office staff.
He was friendly and personable.
I would recommend.

The afternoon before, our water heater went out and we couldn't get the pilot light to come on. Now we've really had some crackerjack characters called rooters or plumbers come out over the years, really gets old. The next morning, for some strong notion and thought, I called Downey plumbing heating & air conditioning. They showed up in twenty minutes to do a diagnostic overview of my heater. The heater water chamber was shot and about four items were below code. Frank and George came up with a recommended heater, and a permanent cure to get everything up to code and additional extended maintenance warranty to boot. Within afew minutes, my wife and myself were offered a quote that we both said yes to, with no discussion. Frank & George, took care of everything and that quote included hauling away the old heater and did a nice cleanup effort. These guys and their company are in sync with each other: very polite, well mannered, work habits showed a sign of professional training & skill for what they did for us, our home, they have earned our trust. For sure, we will be calling on you!

Marco arrived at our home on time and ready to work. I went over all of the things I needed done around the house, and  Marco did a great job with everything!  He is smart and well-organized. He also pays attention to detail.  I would give him 10 stars if that were an option. A great job at a fair price!  I will definitely call on ASAP Services again for any future needs.

We had clogged kitchen sink and disposal. James was able to come out within a few hours on a Saturday which I imagine is busy day. He quickly fixed our sink and was very professional and easy going. Would recommend asking for James and the Clean-Out Kings.

Had a great experience using Plumbing Installs. My wife found them online with Yelp and made a couple of calls. He was very responsive and he had the availability we needed for installing our water softener in time. Petar's prices were very competitive with other places and we even had him install a bathroom faucet for us too. He was very quick with the install and efficient with his time. Installing the water softener and the faucet took him under 2 hours. He took the time after to show me how it worked and answered my questions. He even preprogrammed it for us so it would regenerate at a certain time. I was happy with the work he did and would definitely use him again for future use! The only issue I have is that his Yelp says he accepts credit cards but this is not the case. I had to use venmo or zelle.

We are so happy with our two split systems that were installed! We have heat!! They were quick to come out to help us figure out what would be the best heating & air system for our home, & they came out the very next day to begin the install! They were clean, courteous & always wore masks. They kept us informed throughout the installation. We are very pleased with our purchase!

Great price for my laundry drain cleanout.  Saved me a lot of money off what I used to pay. He even added a helpful part on the hose for free!

Courteous doesn't do these guys justice. They should change their name to The Absolute Best Plumbers in Town.

The guy gave it too us straight, didn't try to nickel and dime us for a drippy bathtub faucet.  He had to leave and come back 3 times to get the right supplies from Home Depot, because our bathtub was tricky and didn't charge us extra.  You can trust these guys to do a great job and will call them again for any future work.

We bought our house a few years ago and the city main has given us issues from day one. A total of 5 plumbing companies and a city of Anaheim plumber have tried to identify and fix the issues with our main line. I highly recommend this business. It was a Friday night at 7pm. Water started to drip from the ceiling. I called multiple services and All City Plumbing is the first one responded. They quickly sent a technician (Eusebio) for a free consultation. Eusebio is very knowledgable and professional, provided me a lot of insights on the problem, also on the ceiling/sub-floor restoration process. The toilet got fixed the next day. Eusebio recommended me a restoration company which is also pretty good. The company asked to leave the toilet unattached for floor drying. Eusebio was very patient and came back to help me put the toilet back once the floor was dry. I really appreciate all his help!

Connected with Brian via Text Messaging.  I found it handy.  From the reviews, it gave clues that he's very busy so he may not respond immediately.  I had great experience communicating with him.  My toilet needed some attention because the stop valve got stuck.  Brian kept in touch and arrived as he targeted / planned.  He confirmed the angle stop valve  needed to be replaced.  The fill valve also needed to be replaced because it was just too old and it had a slow leak.  Thanks to Yelp for verifying his license is current.  Brian is down to earth and easy to work with. He also verified that the flapper had to be specially ordered.  He explained the details after he looked at the flapper in detail. It's the manufacturer's intended design (yikes).  He gave me warning that after shutting off the main, the other faucets upstairs may expel some air.  It will be temporary.  He also showed me the main shut off valve from inside the garage and also out in the front yard.  He asked me to call him if there are any issues due to his work.  Encouraged me to check the area he worked for the next few days, just in case. But he's confident it will all be good.  Definitely will call him again for help next time I have plumbing problems.

My shower faucet was leaking and the drain was backing up so I went on Yelp and found Pipe Bros.  Steve arrived within 2 hours, snaked the drain, tightened the handle on the shower faucet and my problems were solved!  I was super excited to get both problems solved in 1 shot.  Thanks Pipe Bros!

Had a plumbing problem and didn't know where to turn to so I thought I would turn to yelp for some help.  I called a couple of places and decided to go with Coastline.  Dan was nice and sounded like he knew what my problems were.  Glad i did !!  He not only fixed the problem but also fixed something else.  Great service - Dan was nice and knew what he was doing.  Great Price and gave me some good tips.  I know who to call the next time I have a plumbing problem.
