Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Anaheim CA

Tuesday 3/22/22 I left home around 8:30 AM and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Came home around 4PM and the water meter vault was flooded as well as part of the parkway. Well shoot.

Years ago I had been a plumber for a while and knew how to diagnose the problem, Turned off the ball valve at the house and looked at the meter and the flow indicator was spinning, indicating a leak between the meter and house.

Through Yelp, I contacted several plumbers and ended up obtaining 4 quotes Wednesday and Thursday, one of which was for Trench Plumbing.

The instant I met Joseph C. and started talking to him, I was very impressed. This is a driven young man with an excellent understanding of  work ethic and customer service in an old school kind of way.   He is polite, affable, neat and clean.

Comparing  the quotes, I chose Joseph, Trench Plumbing . His quote was significantly lower than the other 3 (though the next highest was only $150 above his) and $1500 less than the highest bid. He started the work Friday morning around 11 (he had 2 jobs scheduled before me) and before sundown my water was back on.

Now to the most impressive part, the quality of his work. This was a replacement, not a repair, so there was plenty of shovel work. When the digging was done I was dumbfounded. Joseph did not dig a ditch, he sculpted a trench. Sculpted. Never in my life have I seen shovel work like it. The depth was perfectly consistent. The bottom was flat, the walls were vertical, and watching him, there was no wasted movement. Every move counted. He takes a pride in his work that is rarely seen today anywhere. Anywhere.

Joseph is a rare kind of craftsman, and 'craftsman' is a strange word to attach to someone who most would call a 'ditchdigger'. He is SO much more than that.

We are very happy with Adam. He arrived on the time they said he would show up. He carried booties to put over his shoes (very clean) and made sure when he carried his ladder inside, he was very cautious. Adam is very clean repair man.  Adam is very intellectual in this new plumbing industry. He knows a lot of about the Kohler shower system and was able to see the problem we were having and now we are on the right path in the process of fixing it. Thank you B&B Plumbing for sending us a great plumber.

Ron from Complete Plumbing did a great job in repairing a pipe leak in my home.  It was a complex leak, that required quite a bit of investigative work to locate it.  I was also very appreciative of how clean and tidy he left each of the work areas.  I highly recommend Complete Plumbing due to their great work and outstanding professionalism of their plumbers and staff!  Included are before and after photos.

Tyler was our technician who came out to take a look at our water heater. Being unfamiliar with a water heater, he took the time to explain the issue and provided recommendations. It's extremely helpful when a technician explains the issues in layman's terms and Tyler did a fantastic job. Due to all the wind we've been having and needing to leave the door to our water heater open, the hinges came out. Tyler was kind enough to come out during his busy day and screw the door back into place for us. I can't thank him enough for all his help!

This is my first Yelp review ... yea me :) These guys did such an amazing job, it compelled me to signup and post a review. Ok, three words come to mind when describing Todd and Marco at ASAP Services ... Quality, affordable and knowledgeable. I say quality because the work came out fantastic. Especially when it came to the final touches, such as properly grouting the baseboards and edge line trim, texture and paint matching, seem lines and the like. As for affordability, they accomplished everything without going a penny over budget and even went the extra mile on a few things no charge. The real benefit to me in hiring Todd was that he was able to do everything on my list, so I didn't have to hire multiple contractors. I had a tight deadline, as I was remodeling my house for resale, so having one crew who could perform all the work, guarantee the deadline and come in on budget was critical ... and they delivered! Here are some of the big-ticket items they did ... Remove the existing floor tile (lots and lots of tile), surface the floor and install new laminate, patch-sand-texture-paint multiple walls (To stretch the budget, they matched the existing walls perfectly, minimizing the amount of painting required), replace all fluorescent lighting with recessed LED's & crown molding, new stacked stone fireplace ... and they did some plumbing, installed toilets, removed overgrown vines from the top of the chimney and even welded my broken gate. Todd and Marco cleaned up at the end of each day, provided daily start times within an hour and even hauled everything to the dump. I attached pics of their work. (@ Yelp - Please add the ability to update the order of uploaded pics, kinda makes more sense to show the before pics before the after!). Anyway, I will definitely be using ASAP Services in the future.

Left an email to Biard and Crockett the evening our water heater stopped working.  Early next morning, Eddie and Kevin came out to diagnose the problem.  Kevin immediately saw the water leak at the bottom of the tank and said a replacement was needed.  The guys were especially helpful in answering my questions.  And they were careful and methodical in replacing the gas water heater.   By noon, we were back in business with hot water.

Frank did an amazing job! He was the first person out of everyone I contacted to come out and give an on-site quote. He gave a fair estimate and did the work super quickly and neatly! Would highly recommend

Petr was great, was right on time, very efficient, super informative about the process, and basically took care of the issues no problem.

Seems like a very no-nonsense honest business person who does what the job requires and quotes a fair price for it.

Called for an estimate for a water heater. After looking at the water heater for 5 minutes he said I needed a new water and that was it. I said OK and ask for an estimate. He came back 5 minutes after and came back with a $1750 to replace a 50 gallon water heater. I ask him if it can be a 40 or possibly a 30 gallon because it was only 3 people at the house. He said it always better to have more so there would be enough for everyone.  I was kinda shocked from the price. So I decided not to go with them. I check at Lowes and It was 1300 for a 50 gallon tank and at Costco it was .1200 for a 40 gallon tank. So I went with Costco. It was better and 1200 was for everything that is needed to install a water heater and taxes Included.  Hope this helps.

We are so pleased with First Option Plumbing that we decided to post our FIRST Yelp review! We phoned Bert this morning and within 3 hours, the leaks were repaired. Highest recommendation - Brian went above and beyond what I would expect out of a 5 star service.

We were in sudden need of a new water heater.  Brian quoted a price that was much more reasonable than others, and he was able to accommodate us in the schedule quickly.  He did not try to upsell us.  His quote was the final price.

I am VERY pleased with the quality of the work as well.  Brian installed the new heater cleanly, safely, quickly, reliably, and with utmost respect for our garage space, and he even fixed/optimized an issue from a previous plumber who didn't future-proof how our water filter was oriented.

Really a great and pleasant experience working with Brian, and I look forward to working with him again for future installations or plumbing issues.  A+++

The man they sent out took his time and did a good job addressing my problem. Issue is, I had a plumbing problem before they came that had been taken care of by another plumber. I called them for a new issue ( cuz I couldn't find other ppls phone #) and they took care of it- but old issue came back and a new one cropped up! So I got 2 things fixed and now I need 2 more- one that was already fixed and something new that started once they left! :(

I agree with most of the poor reviews, when Mitch started he was good reliable , honest and stood behind his work, now as most recently as yesterday, he uses personnel that do not know how to or what to do in simple plumbing issues. They do not carry the proper tools and their damage is usually blames on the owner.
Mitch will not take calls, he hides behind his telephone personnel, Mitch will get what's coming to him when the economy turns down, he'll be out of the good customers.
I stand behind ALL of what is posted until he rights ALL his wrongs to these YELP customers. Including this YELP, Mitch is a rip off in all aspects, never on time, never can fix the issue on the first call and has unprofessional personnel answering the calls.

After a fairly negative experience with a different plumber, I called S J Plumbing after reading very positive reviews here.  Those reviews were absolutely right.  John came down to check a break in my main sewer pipe, gave me a great quote and agreed to do two more smaller jobs as well, all very reasonably.  He and his technicians had the whole job, which included cutting into concrete, done in less than a day and went above and beyond, taking time out, free of charge, to check the condition of the pipe and ensure that everything was working properly. These guys are the real deal.

I absolutely love this company!  They will be my go to in the future!  I had other plumbers come out and charge twice as much, and these guys came over, charged half as much, and did it quickly and efficiently, with a great positive attitude.  Fantastic company!  I've already referred them to several family members.  I didn't think plumbing could be this good!  They really know their stuff.

Luis was excellent, thorough, and clean! I'm about to rehire him for more work. He not only does great work but is also fairly priced.
