John and Mike showed up when they said they would.  They took their time describing the problem to us.  They did the job; they did it quickly and it was done right. They were professional and honest.  The job was done very reasonably and they gave us a 90 day guarantee.  I highly recommend them. They are honest and they know their business.  They do not try and sell you on unnecessary repairs.  I called Rescue Rooter and they showed said they could not do the job charged us 45.00 for the call.

AMAZING plumbing company! We'll never use another plumber again. We recently moved into our new home and needed several faucets replaced, shower head updated, waterline installed, and a pedestal sink installed. Mitch and his great team came to the rescue! We've met three of their technicians and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Charlene is also amazing and scheduled all appointments quickly and worked with our schedule. They also text appointment reminders and even send a little blurb about which technician you can expect to show up. We couldn't have found a better plumbing company to trust our home with. Had a significant back up in my laundry room sink, and kitchen sink. It overflowed onto the floor with dark water. (Yummy). I got the water to stop flowing but it didn't recede. Eventually, I got the number of these guys.

The lady on the phone was very nice. Unfortunately, she said they could only get there between 1p and 3p; I was talking to them at 7:30am. So that's the only reason for the 4 stars. If they would have been there faster it would have been 5.

The guy who came was named John and he was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. He had arrived around 245p, so he did get there in the time frame they said he would. But later he ended up telling me I lucked out. Normally, they wouldn't have been able to come out on the same day.  

Regardless of the time issue, they fixed the clog and even shop-vacked the floor. He also gave me some advice on preventing the same issues. Last but not least the price was great!

We have had a couple of plumbing issues come up and this company has been our saving grace. Tony is extremely friendly, reliable, communicative and reasonably charges for services. They even sent someone out after work hours to help us out when we had an emergency. We had a handyman mess up some of the shower piping, and Tony was able to promptly fix it. Could not be more impressed with immediate and dependable plumbing work.

Writing this review has been on my to do list for 2 months, but it was important enough for me to complete it. My wife and I were out of the country and on our way home we had a connecting flight in San Francisco. I had a message from my son saying there was a flood in the garage. our tankless water heater filter burst and it was Monday, July 3rd. I needed a plumber that day or else we would have no water and the next day was a holiday.  Rachel did everything possible to make it happen and they came out to fix it and stayed late to get it done.  I have been looking for a reliable plumber ever since a high school friend closed down his plumbing business.  I get asked for referrals all the time for different things and take pride in providing quality referrals. I needed to have a clean out installed and I called Courtesy for an estimate. They came within the time frame they gave me and Cory helped give me some options for correcting the venting as well. This is a rental property so Cory was able to work around the needs of the tenant who has asthma problems and sealed off the area. He was very professional and from the start recommended a thorough estimate by going under the house to fully check everything. The cost of doing this was put towards the work he did. I highly recommend Courtesy for a job well done and would recommend them to any friend in the area. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Adrian and his employee were able to swing by on short notice to fix a leaky valve on a toilet and a bathroom sink that wasn't draining quickly. Within a half-hour, they had both working in tip-top shape. Turns out he also handles complete vanity replacement and remodels on bathrooms. Very courteous and professional. Plus extremely fair rates. A great choice for your plumbing needs.

First Option is really the only option for me. I don't want to consider anyone else for any/all of my plumbing jobs. I have used them for 5 projects - major to minor.
