This plumbing company was everything they should be: prompt, highly competent, professional and courteous. What more can you say?

Anytime we have plumbing or A/C & Heater issues, we call these guys. 

   We weren't having any issues this time around, just some regular maintenance on our A/C unit.  Tyler was beyond helpful, explained everything to me, made some observations about the unit, made a suggestion that I went with, and it probably saved me $ down the road.

   We've depended on them for years and have never had any issues with them. All the guys that have come over are courteous and professional. They give a decent window, usually 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to show. We've even had guys call to say that they were running late or on their way. 

   When working, they are always eager to show me what they are doing, why, and how often it should be done. All the guys usually don't mind answering questions about what they are doing. 

   Prices are competitive, but I've learned when it comes this type of work, you get what you pay for. And these guys know their stuff, so I don't mind paying. (They usually send coupons in the mail.)

   Next week they'll be here to descale our tankless water heater. I almost look forward to them coming out again. LOL.

They responded quickly. The guy who came out was nice and professional, but was a little reluctant giving me an estimate for repairs since I wasn't the home owner. I explained the situation and I got a verbal, rough estimate. I was told that I would be emailed an estimate within 20 min and I never got one. Looks like the search for a plumber continues

Seriously, just hire this company. If you want the job done right, efficiently and professionally then this is your choice. Quality customer service will keep me a longtime customer. You guys got my recommendation!

I have been here many times over the years as my parents had used them for a few plumbing jobs when they built their home in Peralta Hills and for parts as things needed replacing and I usually accompanied my mother.  She wasn't always thrilled with them as she felt they were overpriced but they were known in the area for doing quality work and having higher quality brands.

Shoot forward 5 years since the last I was there and my goodness has customer service radically declined.  

My husband and I went in to look for a new shower handheld/slide bar/trim set up.  I can not emphasize enough how rude, condescending and curt the man who 'assisted' us was when speaking to me.  

He tried to 'school' me on looking online first to figure out what I wanted and then just order it there from him.  I stated I had looked online but wanted to see it first in person not just some online or catalog photo and he got very angry and stated I obviously didn't understand how many 100's of models were available and no one has the room to show options on the floor.  

We started walking towards the door and he kept after us, snarling and speaking rudely.  Repeating over and over, just tell me what you want and I will order something for you. You obviously don't know what you want.  

His tone and attitude was deplorable.   I'm not writing all the bits of our conversation here.  I have told a number of people this story and I have been surprised to hear something similar over and over.  

Maybe they only want to sell parts, or work strictly with contractors.  Maybe they are just jerks now behind the counter.  Either way I will never give them my business nor refer anyone else to them.  

Don't waste your time or money here.

I recommend them 100%! Matt came to my home, walked me through everything he was viewing on the camera and patient with questions I had. I will definitely use them again in the future and refer to friends and family.

Andrew has done a couple jobs for us.  He is available to come out within 24 hours of the problem arising and is fair with his pricing.  If the issue is under warranty, he doesn't try and collect more money and addresses the problem.  So glad we found his services!

these guys were awesome and were able to come out same day to service our storm drains. They really went above and beyond beings as the project ended up being way more than just a simple hydro jet. We will definitely use them going forward for all plumbing needs!

It was an emergency plumbing issue at night and Adrian was quick to arrive at my home. Adrian is very knowledgeable about plumbing and resolved my issue in a very quick and efficient manner. Adrian is very kind and his price was very affordable; he even clean my bathroom after they were done. Adrian is just a straight-up guy.

We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling - called our landlord who hired BHI.  They told us about 3 hours for someone to be at our house and Matt arrived early, called to let us know and was here in 1.5 h. He gave us the estimate and fixed the issue in a couple hours. He made sure we understood everything and what had to be done - took care of the problem and he cleaned up perfectly after himself.  Matt is courteous and polite and very efficient at his job.  I would highly recommend BHI. We're very happy.

I was wary of all the 5 star reviews but the ratings live up to the service that Mitch Clemmons Plumbing provides! I had a clogged garbage disposal that my hubby and FIL tried to take care of themselves, but the older galvanized plumbing made it difficult (the pipes on each side of the sink are connected to the wall separarely). Kevin,  the service technician, was helpful, friendly, and efficient. We just moved into our new house and didn't have a hose to spray the gunk from the drain down the driveway. He retrieved a 5 lb. bucket from his truck and helped wash it down as he was worried our clean, white concrete driveway would be stained. EXCELLENT SERVICE! !!! I will def be using them again!!!!!

Wow is all I can say. I have not had great luck with plumbers in the past, but all of that changed when I called Premier Plumbing Solutions. Mike is an extremely nice guy, but more importantly, he is responsive, follows through on his promises, and is extremely competent. He knows what he's doing and how to fix your plumbing problems.

Instead of trying to upsell me, he did the reverse. When I said I was willing to pull the trigger on an expensive solution, he suggested an alternative, saving me hundreds of dollars. More than 24 hours later, I'm still a happy customer, but he also gave me a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, so I'm not worried about the future.  

I'll never call anyone else when I need a plumber. You shouldn't either. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing Solutions.

We never had anyone come out from Tweedy as their phone person is so incredibly rude, it was actually hostile. Not sure why. All the call involved was my covering the issue we were having with a prior rough-in and scratch job done by our GC. It is unclear if the work has been done wrong- in not one but all three of our showers no less.

I said that I'd like have someone come out to make their own assessment before I get too detailed in what may or may not be a problem. I don't wish to cloud or bias the matter.

Unclear why but I received this terse response, Don't take this personal, but we don't care what you think. We will look at it and figure it out ourselves.

I own a few older rental properties, so I always have some plumbing issues.  I discovered Gary and his team a few months ago. They have come to my rescue a few times.  Of course every issue happens on the weekend.  The last issue was with a water heater at a fourplex.   They scrounged to get parts for it to get it working for my tenants on a Sunday.  Had myself prepared for some scarey $$$.  But Gary always charges more than fair prices.  I will definitely be calling him first for whatever plumbing issues arise!

Great service and came to the rescue when my water heater was leaking and out . He fit me in his schedule and came to the rescue . Very reliable , and very honest and even fixed a few things for me . Thanks again ! You saved the day . Definitely recommend !!!!

My experience with rooter hero was amazing. The employee Abraham came to my house within an hour of calling the company. He was very polite and asked if he could come inside to work on our problem. He was very quick and thorough with running necessary test to help determine the problem. Once he singled out an issue he went to the truck grabbed his equipment and went to work. Within 30 minutes of him working the problem I was having was fixed. Abraham gave very helpful tips and knowledge in how to prevent another occurrence and tips to resolve it permanently. Abraham gave his word to fix it in the beginning and he came through with high marks. Our bill was way less then expected and would definitely use Abraham and Rooter Hero again in the future.

Ray and his team are very friendly, straight forward, honest, nimble, quick and most importantly reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and would use in the future. Installed a water heater, kitchen faucet and two bathroom sinks. Excellent work!

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.
