So we had a So Cal Gas Company inside Line issue. I had bought the insurance and explained the valve needing replacing.  They said I would hear from a provider shortly to set up an appointment. Within two minutes I got a call from Kevin at Downey plumbing and heating. He was very accommodating and was going to come over right away to fix it. This was on a Saturday and we were a little busy so I asked if they were open on Sunday. Kevin said he could come past at some point on Sunday. His timing was impeccable and his attention to detail was perfect. He called on time give us an accurate time frame, he spoke clearly, was clean. I can't thank Kevin' enough and Downey plumbing and heating for making this such an easy fix. Especially on a Sunday that was quite a surprise and on an insurance call too!  Thanks!

I've had these guys come out for a couple of issues and have always been fast and effective.  We had them come out about a year ago for a minor bathroom plumbing issue, and just recently to help with a broken and leaky thermostat on our water heater.  Great work and fast.  Always a pleasure and will keep using them.

My first time calling them, we were having issues with our guest bathroom toilet. When I called to request the quote, the gentleman on the phone (I wish I can recall his name!) was not only professional, but SO incredibly friendly and pleasant to talk to! Kory came by to check it out and was extremely professional and considerate of my property. He was very honest about my options and was transparent about what would cost more. He ended up being able to fix it on the spot. In fact, he encountered a slight problem, but he went above and beyond and was able to find a solution that didn't cost me anything. I was so appreciative of that!

The second time I called, our kitchen sink and the pipes below were pretty much falling apart. Again, the gentleman on the phone was so incredibly helpful AND knowledgeable. Ozzy came by to quote us, and just like Kory, he was very transparent about what needed fixing and how much it all would be. This service was going to cost more than my first issue with the toilet, so I wanted to do my due diligence and shop around a little bit. Other plumbing services were charging a ton just to quote me, and another service was just plain rude (kept calling me kid!) and quoted me triple just to replace my sink! This plumber even took one look at the new sink we bought and told us to return it and get something better. Frustrated, I went back to Prodigy and working with them was such a breeze. Ozzy had no complaints about our sink choice and worked very diligently on what I had requested. The most impressive thing, however, was that he encountered a huge problem that may have resulted in me having a hole in my kitchen for a few days...but he was able to work around it and solve the issue on the spot...I swear, I feel like I give these guys such a hard time but they deliver every time! I'm in love with my new sink and super relieved that the persistent pipe/leak issue is finally fixed.

I am incredibly happy with the work they've done for me and will definitely be using them in the future...although hopefully not soon, because I've had too many plumbing issues in the last year, lol. Thank you Kory and Ozzy!

Eddie from B&C was very helpful in making suggestions for the predicament I had with regard to what appears to be a broken drain line in the bathroom. He went above and beyond in trying to diagnose the problem.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would!.  I called they said they would be here within 90 minutes and they were here in 30.  I had a backed up washing machine drain that was flooding the garage.  Steve and George immediately identified the problem and snaked the drain out and solved the problem.  One of my pipes had a small leak and they replaced the entire pipe so I would have no further problem.  They are very efficient, ethical and professional and I would highly recommend this company.  I have already recommended them to my neighbors.  Thank you Steve and George and Rooter Champion!!!

Andrew is very straightforward and honest. When I called him he said he could come by after finishing the job he was on. When he arrived gave an assessment of our situation and that a simple clean out was not going to solve it. He provided his time and knowledge and didnt charge us. Wow. Doesn't happen often nowadays. He could have tried scare tactics and got some easy money but this has won me over. Will call him for clean out in the future.

They are not 24/7 their customer service center is open 24/7 but when you need some plumber they are not available at night! We have pipe bursted last night and we can heard the leaked through our walls and some of our floor boards are wet so we are trying to find someone to come out to take a look for us! So I saw this Place is 24/7 so I called around 11:12pm explained everything to the lady then she said yes Leo will call you within 30mins so call back if you don't hear from him. Then I ask to make sure if he will come today? She said yes. Then we waited called again at 11:42pm and she said it's weird he always response. Then told us the same thing if you don't hear back in 30 mins then give me a call back and I will send the message out. So this goes on for 4 -6times so my hubby and I stayed up all night don't know if this person is going to call? And even that lady at the customer service center was like I can only sent the message to the plumber?!?! But can't you give him a call? Isn't he part of your team? We are the first time home owners so we are lack of knowledge on when this kind of situation happened what should we do? That's why we have reach out to the professionals but I guess don't trust the 24/7 signs on their profile. Because it's only the call center or disbatch center is open 24/7
We both stayed up all night keep on waiting for his call and also hoping our wall won't explode!

I called DC Drains, INC (Costa Mesa) very early yesterday morning because of a clogged pipe in the kitchen.  Luckily they had an opening 90 minutes after my call. Dylan did a great job and was very professional.
(I then found out that DC Drains INC is now owned by Andersen Commercial Plumbing, LLC.)

Called Mitch after reviewing him on Yelp and saw the five star reviews he received.  He lived up to his reviews!!!  Let's face it most of us don't call plumbers when we aren't in real need.  I was in real need of help.  Another company replaced my water heater two years ago with a AO Smith water heater that was guaranteed for six years but failed just after two years.  After three times without hot water, service calls charges and taking time off from work with a four hour window to have it worked on I decided was enough and I called Mitch.  He was understanding as I explained my problem and came that same evening at the exact time he said he would (no 4 hour window for him).  He replaced my defective heater with a Bradford White and 45 minutes later we had hot water again!  Did I mention he took the time while the old heater was draining to fix the drain line on my dishwasher that I mentioned was not draining correctly?  He is a man of his word, a man of integrity and a great plumber!

On time, professional and very reasonable!  Needed a couple of valves changed out and Mike made it seem easy.  I will definitely call Premier Plumbing again , when needed.

Tweedy was beyond a joy to work with on a same day visit request in the state streets of Costa Mesa. They provided me a narrow window to arrive over the phone, sent an advance notice text and the team showed up shortly thereafter. They advised on a minor emergency, multiple maintenance requests and let us know what we DID NOT need to do, thus us saving money and hassle. I look forward to calling them in the future, hopefully not for another emergency!

WOW! We are so impressed with the service from Mike and Rick! Called today (Sunday of course) because our toilet was clogged and water was backing up into the other toilet and both bathtubs meaning it was a main line problem. It was a tough job and took hours but they would NOT give up!! They tore the bathroom up and had to take out the toilet, but they left it cleaner than they found it as promised.
I will certainly be calling them again if needed and recommending them to friends and family because they were very reasonable, and turned my freak-out around and talked to us every step of the way, not to mention how they didn't charge us an arm and a leg even though they were here until 10 pm on a Sunday night!  Call them, you won't be sorry, great job guys, thank you so much!!!

I spoke with Oscar who gave me a quote based on my situation. He informed beforehand that he did have other jobs before me but could assist me right after, if that was okay with me. I appreciated his upfront honesty and professionalism.

Completely satisfied with Rooter Hero's response to a plumbing emergency the same day we were having a dinner party for 30 people.  The scheduler moved things around to get someone out earlier in the day.  Bryan and Sean were polite, competent, and explained how to avoid the problem in the future.

Came home to a clogged drain today, I reached out for a quote and I received a response within SECONDS! Ray showed up within the hr and unclogged my kitchen drain in less than 5mins.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.
