Best A/C Repair in Denver CO

Prompt and efficient service, same day appointment, very professional. I would recommend this business.

I called M&M to go out to a rental property I have outside of Lyons.  They had never been there before, and I was honestly very nervous about what might be wrong with the A/C.  One company who had serviced it last year said I needed a whole new furnace and A/C.

The M&M folks were courteous and serviced the A/C to get it working great again for less than $100.  That is a BARGAIN. They also called me to make sure I was ok with the charges, which I really appreciate.  

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they couldn't get out there for a couple of days - not a huge deal, but a same day visit would have been perfection (perhaps unrealistic, though).

Was requesting to have sprinkler system looked at.  Did not request a day or time.  Willing to work around their schedule of course.  Immediately within 30 seconds I got a reply say 'too busy'.  Wow, what a way to say screw off, I don't need your business.

Not sure who owns this business but I have received legal documents for your company and now I get payments.  I have had the PO Box for over a year....time to move your scam to another mailing address.

Brian and his team really are top shelf. I have been pleased with both service quality and pricing. They were also able to work with Euro metric fixtures. Thanks Brian.

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

Had a leaking pipe following some very cold weather that wreaked havoc on a basement window and surrounding drywall. After taking out the drywall, realized we had a leaking water pipe. I called a few places to help with some emergency plumbing service. Most declined to help. Too far. Too busy. Etc. Brent went out of his way to come at the end of a long work day. He didn't leave until the job was finished at 10:30pm. So grateful he was able to help. Friendly, responsive, and got the job done. Strongly recommend.

Jay was very professional and pleasant to work with.  He worked around our schedule (because we are a business) and only had the water shut off for a very short period (30 minutes or so) at a pre-set time so we knew what to expect. I really appreciate his help in bringing us into compliance with North Washington water district!

I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

This guy will not leave me alone. Name calling and insults will not get you a better review from me. As far as the cat litter incident, he told me he made a mess, I down played it. He said No, it's a big mess, you better come downstairs and see. I downplayed it so much that of course I wasn't going to mention that in the review and be a jerk about it. He helped me with the upstairs faucets meaning he unscrewed the cap, rinsed dirt out of the aerator, and put it back together incorrectly so water started shooting out the the faucet in all directions. After he left I looked up how to do it on google and put it back together myself.

Noticed leak this morning in my basement. Called and talked to the owner, Jason. This was my second time using them.
Jason told me he could get a technician out between 3-4pm. Technician showed up at 2:45, perfect. He let me know he was enroute a few minutes early. My technician was Alex Georgopoulos.  He was very professional and friendly. Walked me threw every step out what he was doing. Job was completed and he double checked several times to confirm no leak or any additional leaks on the pipe. I have very old pipes.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again

Was very prompt in returning my phone call. All other plumbers told me 1-4 days but I needed someone immediately to replace my leaking water heater. Very nice and helpful.

I called Rooter Town to unclog our sewer. A tech arrived in a timely manner. We have outside clean-outs so he worked in our front yard. After just a few minutes, I came outside to see how things were going. He reported that his snake would go a very short distance before it hit something very hard that bent his clean-out blade. He showed me a well-worn circular blade with a saw edge on one side. At  that point, he didn't even try to continue cleaning our sewer.  He told me that I needed to get a sewer video to see what was going on. The cost: $185. I made an appointment to do so, but later cancelled because I learned I could get the same service for free elsewhere. Another company ended up cleaning my drain that same day with no problem. Unfortunately,  I lost $95 to Rooter Town, a company that I will never again deal with. I was ripped off!

I called Bear Creek Plumbing this morning and they fit me in for my kitchen sink that was leaking.
He arrived early for his appointment.
He did an excellent job and he was reasonable in his price.
Nice guy.
I consider him my plumber now!!!!

First Choice is wonderful to work with. We had been out of town during the subzero weather last week. Upon our return, we found that our furnace had stopped working sometime while we were gone. We had frozen toilets, faucets, shower heads, and pipes. We called First Choice and they came on time, were  extremely warm and friendly, worked for 4 hours searching for all of the breaks in our pipes and expertly repairing them, and cleaned up afterward. You always take running water for granted until you don't have it. I can't say enough good about this company, and will be using them again.

SLO is an outstanding company. Called yesterday to schedule periodic maintenance and they were able to come out this afternoon. I was sent a reminder of the appointment which I confirmed, Tyler was the technician- a polite, knowledgeable professional who wore a mask and was gloved. He was on time, scoped & cleared the line of some roots, remarked about a flat place and small offset, showed me the video, indicated I had no significant issues, cleaned up nicely and was on his way. This took about an hour.

You can find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find better. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service!!  Our sewer line was backed up and we discovered it Sunday afternoon.  We called Garvin's and the office said they were very busy but promised to get us in sometime in the evening.  Tim was at our house about 6:30 and quickly diagnosed the issue and had our drain system back working in less than 30 minutes.  Even though he had worked a long day, Tim was professional and very nice.  We will use this company again if we need help.

I needed help with track lighting I couldn't reach. I found Fixer, called and was given a time the next day. I had a couple of questions and the response was almost immediate.

Everything is handled online and they are very conscientious regarding COVID parameters. Orion was very knowledgeable and explained things as he worked.

He was on time and very efficient in his use of the time.

Beware when dealing with this company.  They wanted to charge us $850 to replace a part on our furnace.  I found the part for $120 online and did it myself; 25 min job.  On top of that, they wanted to replace another part for an additional ~$700 - a part that isn't even broken.  Found that part for $150 online and will be doing it myself when needed.  I can understand that the company needs to make money, but the markup on parts/labor is ludicrous.  
Also - when asked how much the parts cost, the tech replied We don't sell parts.  If you want a dishonest company with inflated markups, this is the company for you.

These guys left me a threatening message, because of my negative review, that they're going to sue me for liable but I think they meant libel.  They also wanted to know my contract information but probably were asking for my contact information. They also linked a news article about a couple getting sued for leaving a bad yelp review.

It's no wonder this company provides such poor service. And besides, look at the the review they left for themselves, they gave themselves a 5-star review!  I mean, what kind of company does that?

I still stand by my original review even though they threatened to sue me.  Avoid this company at all costs and it will save you some headache.
