Best Thermostat Repair in Denver CO
I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

Thomas was amazing!! Came out on short notice for our boiler bring down. He is so polite and knowledgeable. His work was amazing to get our hot water back and he works quickly. Highly recommend him and we will definitely hire him in the future!

Zach and his crew were great. They worked with our budget and got our house cooled down with a new system right away. Can't recommend them enough for being professional, fast, and fair in their pricing!

Tyler came out to fix our AC the same day we called on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Life saver. And he was very friendly. Took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing it, and the rationale behind Freon pricing. Recommended!

So irate, that I'm finally creating a yelp account.
Admittedly, the techs from Squeaks are magicians. However, their scheduling and dispatch are a mess. A year ago, they had to reschedule on us twice. We let it slide, because the quality of work was so good. Flash forward a year, we scheduled an appointment 3 or 4 weeks in advance. We are in a business that requires a VERY sanitary environment, so when we have plumbing or hvac stuff to deal with, we basically have to shut down until that work is done. Day of appointment, I get a call requesting that we reschedule. Okay, sure, now I'm behind a day on production. No big deal right? New reschedule date comes, get a call that the appointment has to be pushed off to a later time. Later time comes and goes, no call, no tech at my door. So I call, and am presented with excuses of this job was more important, and last week there was a different emergency, and this and that. What is the point in scheduling an appointment in the first place, if the appointments don't even take precedence? I'm now waaaaay behind on production. What would have taken them probably 15 minutes, has easily cost me more than what the bill would have been. Thanks guys! Squeaks has lost a repeat customer. A shame, as we had a laundry list of items that would've had their attention and earned them some $$$. I will not be recommending this company to friends, family, or business associates any longer.

Cliff just came out to do an inspection on my furnace. As he is the 3rd HVAC tech to inspect my furnace this week I can say he was absolutely the most thorough and informative. He was kind and friendly and helpful. Really made me trust him and the company. I really appreciated his expertise and time.

I am still shocked over the horrible service & pressure sales tactics I received last Friday. They started out telling me to buy a new hot water heater that would be $3000 installed because all the codes had changed since my hot water heater was installed 6 years ago, then dropped the price to a little over $2000. Because I had questions and concerns about spending this much, the service technicians told me they had spent too much time at my house and had to get onto the next call. The $39 trip charge I was forced to pay will be chalked it up to a very bad experience, but I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid using Done Plumbing & Heating at all costs!!!! They are even worse than Applewood. Oh and by the way, 4 hours later Sears fixed my hot water heater for $150 and provided a 1-year warranty on the work they completed. After 1 time, I'm DONE with Done Plumbing & Heating!

I'm not sure who is reviewing these guys, they have SO many on google (where we looked) compared to most businesses that they either are incenting customers to write positive reviews or else they have someone fulltime on the staff (and since there is an 'owner response' for basically every single review, I wouldn't be surprised) writing reviews. Beware of the huge amount of reviews....
We did not have a good experience with these guys. This morning we called and asked for them to come inspect our leaking water heater. Yes, we knew that they were old (we have 2) and that they would probably need replacing. After looking, we were told that to replace two 50 gallon water heaters, the cost would be $6000..... I know that these tanks go for $500-$800 (40K BTUs, energy star, 12 year 50 gallon tanks) retail - yet apparently their 'warranty', the tanks being super awesome and their service supposedly justifies the extra 5k or so in labor?
We called Mr Rooter and Home Depot, both of which had comparable (actually better) tanks available, and would install same day for $2500 (labor and materials). So we promptly cancelled with AAA. Also, we asked about the possibility of tankless and the tech told us for the size of our house, (2 adults and a 6 year old and baby live here) it would cost is about $15K. (other plumbers told us 4-5K).
We live in a nicer neighborhood and I truly believe these guys took this as an opportunity to to rip us off. We mentioned this to the plumber from Mr Rooter who we have used 5X now (we were unable to get ahold of them immediately this morning and were calling around for quotes, AAA just jumped on the opportunity faster), and he agreed that sometimes he has seen that happen.
Watch out and do your homework before you hire these guys - know the materials costs, typical labor costs, etc....maybe some of the techs are good but the one that came today wasn't honest or ethical to try and scam us out of 6K for a 2 hour job (which they said would take 5 hrs... 1K per hour?) and usually that kind of thing reflects the business.

My grandson's hot water tank finally gave up the other night. Being an older home and not well maintained by previous owners there was no choice but to replace the old beat up thing. I went to Home Depot, found a tank, paid for it and Plumbline was calling to make an appointment even before I left the store. It was great. After Mike Quarry came to the house, looked at the mess, he told me what I should expect, etc. Changing a hot water tank isn't just that simple. Codes changed and I could see why some of the changes were needed. Either way I wanted everything up to code for 2023 and spanking new things. It couldn't be done that day so he came back the next day bright and early with Cameron. I had a problem with my bank but while I was out getting that straightened out Mike and Cameron were plugging away. They finished way early, got everything looking really nice and boy am I happy. The best of this transaction is I had gotten some summer crude so that I was so sick that Mike just guided me through what needed to be done and why and what the solution was. I was so happy with that. Since I live down the street from my grandson's I asked Mike if he would mind if I went home to sleep. He said I should probably do that. My grandson's who are 24 and 19 were home so they didn't need me. Mike and Cameron finished up early and called me. I'm telling you I was so happy but still sick. Mike was patient with me and explained as much as my mind could handle in a way that was not threatening, not condesending and truly was a help. I had to return the other tank but that was nothing compared to having a new working tank. And they cleaned up like a champ. They came to a mess but left it all cleaned up. I liked Mikes work so much I invited him back this coming Wednesday to repair something that needed to be replaced. And I have other stuff for him to do. Thanks Mike and thanks Cameron!!!

Set up an appointment several days in advance for a 1:00 - 3:00 window. That morning they called and rescheduled for 4:00 - 6:00. Never showed and never called.

Such a terrible company. They charged $400 for a drain cleaning despite the $93 advertisement, and when I asked why $300 extra dollars it was for the office managers salary.
So sad to see companies like this taking advantage of people, but more common than ever these days.
Beware!! Avoid at all costs

First I posted this rating because of inefficient and frustrating scheduling. I requested an available time, did not hear back for days (not 20 minutes), and was finally offered a completely different time after hours with an additional fee. No other options.
Then I changed this review because the owner reached out to me to tell me how wonderful and hardworking his team is. That may be true, but they didn't work for me. Perhaps if instead you had reached out with a timely booking without extra charges I would have had the opportunity to rate your actual services, not just your customer service.

Sunshine Plumbing Heating & Air gave me one of the best customer service experience I've ever had. Not only are they professional and reliable, but they always stay true to their word. I recommend William Frew & his dedicated team at Sunshine to anyone!

Working with TNT is easy. They return calls quickly and schedule appointments in a blink of an eye. I have had nothing but positive interactions with TNT. And their pricing is fair.

I just had a new hot water heater installed by Nick at Save Home. The entire experience was seamless, from the initial quote to the work. Nick explained everything he would be doing and how long it would take. Recap when he was done and cleaned up after wards. They are a bit more expensive than other quotes but since they also do electrical it was easy just to go with them since they took care of it all. I am pleased with my experience and recommend this company!

Kyle G. was our technician and he was fantastic. He came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I requested him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew exactly what he was going to do and what the fee was for it. I will definitely have him back in the Spring to service our air conditioning unit!

These people are hucksters and con artists!
Our furnace stopped working for a few hours on a very cold night. I found this company the next day online. They appeared to have good reviews and were recommended by a radio personality. They tricked us into paying $3400 for repairs that had maybe $700 of materials including an electronic air filter I didn't want. A new furnace on average cost $4100. They were deliberately confusing and I asked to have the electronica filter removed in the old one put back. The back-and-forth where were the story kept changing and the prices kept changing for maintenance and timing of maintenance for the air filter. I asked my son-in-law to listen to him and recommend what I should do but apparently he didn't have any idea what new furnaces cost either so I signed on the dotted line and paid them. When my wife found out there was hell to pay. They way way way overcharged us. Deliberately deceptive. When my wife repeatedly called to talk to a manager they were always in a meeting and never called back.

I really didn't want to write a bad review :( I didn't have any issue with the owner or the installers, but the sales person told us a price and it ended up being about $1,700 more than the price. When I looked back, it was a proposal and not a 'contract.' It's just upsetting because we ASKED, so the total is this? Yes. So this is what will be charged to my card? Yes. Then it ended up being the price of a Honda Civic. The email and paperwork showed 'net investment' of the price which was circled in red, and was described as our cost. Then they said this other amount was what we needed to pay after the fact. It was kind of deceptive paperwork. The installers were fine and respectful. There seems to be a pattern of many people having an unexpected bill of $1,000+ more than they thought it would be.

These guys have always been way over priced, but now they are dishonest too. Late Friday afternoon I overtightened the fitting on my swamp cooler. It was hot, so we called blue sky to come and they said it would take an extra $100 after hours in addition to the $80 show up fee and then of course time ($180/hr). and materials. I had to leave for an appointment so left my wife in charge. They fixed the leaky fitting, but also decided that the swamp cooler needed a new float, which is $8.46 part. They charged $254.68 for the float. Total bill was almost $600 for just over an hour of work.
Run from these guys. Do not trust them.
