Best Thermostat Repair in Denver CO
I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

Super professional and communicative. Helped me out during an emergency and knew what they were doing. Will call them in the future for all plumbing and boiler needs.

Zach and his crew were great. They worked with our budget and got our house cooled down with a new system right away. Can't recommend them enough for being professional, fast, and fair in their pricing!

Taylor was very quick to respond at 5pm on a Saturday. He arrived within 30 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up and running. Friendly, responsive and did not push expensive replacements as first response. Great overall experience.

****please read this review****do not use these people!!!!!! if i could give zero stars i would. they stood us up on the original date to fix our sink, then charged us close to twice as much as the estimate, totally taking advantage of my girlfriend who was there by herself. please find any other company or do it yourself if you can. total ripoff company.

I had an old water heater that needed to be replaced and Tom gave me a quote and all parts I needed, if I wanted to replace my old water heater with the one from Home Depot. He did a great job and saved me $$$ compared to other companies, which quotes were by 100s $ higher. He also was able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem with my AC. Many thanks to Tom!

The good: quick response time, professional technician & we believe the work to have been done well. They do guarantee their work for one year.
The bad: very costly! While I take responsibility for a miscommunication between my husband and I for even going forward with Done Plumbing & Heating to do the work, the fact remains that they charged nearly double than at least two other quotes I was provided. $392 to replace a hose bib on an outdoor spigot, install an extra valve (which I'm still not quite sure was really necessary) and the tech was on-site less than an hour. I feel the charge was excessive and therefore we won't be using this company in the future.

No call, no show. Said they'd be here 2-4. Not!
Lost a potential loyal customer. To bad I'll be calling someone else I the morning.

DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE. it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!

I've used this company for several years now and can't believe the price for connecting a drain, setting a bathtub and new facet for a shower. The tech gave me a price of $3300 We've had the same work done before for another client and paid less than $700. I'm all for increasing prices but this is ridiculous and for a couple hours of work, no thank you!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOES PRICE GOUGE!!!

They are EXPENSIVE - they charged $297 to electronically snake our shower drain. Maybe it took 5 min. to actually get the job done. The technical said they've raised their prices 30% in the last 4 months.

I called Monday morning shortly after 9am, was put on hold and then talked to the answering service. The operator at the service could not clearly understand me at all; I had to repeat everything and spell everything more than once. It was ridiculous. Then she said that I would get a call back but she had no idea when that would be, but did say they were heavily booked. About 15 minutes later, I got a call from another woman who said she could have a tech out between 6-8pm on New Years Eve or on New Years morning for the holiday rate for an evaluation, but not anytime before. I had a bad feeling because the woman who called me back, though promptly, sounded a lot like the answering service operator. If I'm going to have to wait that long, I'd rather find another service, especially when I'm going to be charged more for waiting.

Called this company to come out for maintenance of shampoo bowls (2) at my salon. They ended up charging double what was quoted which we paid no questions asked, and also cracked and damaged one of the bowls. Needs replacement at the tune of $1400 not including installation cost. Had their insurance company investigate damages they caused and claim was denied as well as company has not reimbursed. Will have to file a small claim if I want to hold them liable. Very disheartening.

I'm late in posting this review, but a couple weeks ago we had TNT come out to fix a toilet flange replacement my husband started, but he was in way over his head. Hubby really screwed the pooch on this one, but with TNT's knowledge and experience the job was handled in just a couple hours. We'll be having TNT out again to run a gas line to our stove, because electric stoves are the devil's playground and I will have no more of it!
Thank you TNT, you are much appreciated!

Kyle G. was our technician and he was fantastic. He came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I requested him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew exactly what he was going to do and what the fee was for it. I will definitely have him back in the Spring to service our air conditioning unit!

I received a voicemail last night from Mariah letting me know I had a credit on my account for $52.38 from a past service. I've since moved out of state so I called the company back to ask that the credit be mailed to me. I was told that it was a credit only for new work and that they were unable to mail me the overage.
This is clearly a bait-and-switch tactic used by the company to manipulate new service. In any other context a credit on your account implies the customer overpaid. I told the representative I spoke with this morning that this was misleading. There was silence on the line for a bit and then she repeated that this was only for new work. What a shameful business practice!
When marketing creativity like this becomes unethical manipulation it crosses the line.

Faran was very efficient and professional, always remember to wear booties over his shoes while inside, he worked very quickly, always explaining what he was doing and being very polite. When it came to pricing he explained the entire cost up-front and once we decided to go ahead with the repairs he was very quick and effective.

I can't speak to the quality of their work because the woman who answered the phone was so rude I didn't hire them. She began arguing with me when I asked for information. I asked for a range of cost to disconnect and reconnect plumbing in my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. She told me they don't give free estimates. The dispatch fee is $119 and they provide an estimate when they did the work. I said I'd like an estimate ahead of time and would pay the dispatch fee to get one. Not possible. A reputable company wouldn't need to trap you into hiring them.
