These guys are as good as it gets. Mad love for the people or their products. They were happy to educate me on the best option for my heating/cooling needs. I used them to put in central air at my previous residence and fix furnace problems at my new residence. Fast, respectful, and pleasant.

Save Home Heat takes care of our furnace, A/C, electrical and plumbing. We have used them for over 10 years. They are professional, courteous and efficient. They seem to be current on new equipment and have many internal experts to confer with as well. We have had 3 central A/C units installed, 2 furnaces, whole house fans, whole house air purifier, whole house surge protector and electrical work over the years. We have always been better than satisfied.
We have recommended them to many others over the years and they have also been very pleased.

We hired Blue Sky to put in an in floor radiant heat system. We were very sorry we did. I don't have time to write all the ridiculous details, but am sure when their management sees this, they will fill in the details after they swear up and down they're a great company and I'm the scum bag client. Unfortunately, for Blue Sky I have their nasty emails and a copy of the mechanical lien they had put on my house without giving me proper notice as well as having been paid per their contract. Do business with these guys if you want to be fleeced. They may not be experts and plumbing but they are fleecing experts.

Riley was super friendly and knowledgable, and the Cooper Heating and Cooling team saved us $2,000 over another contractor we got a bid from to install a new AC condenser in a new location. Pretty easy decision. Thanks for the help!

Horrible customer service. Placed a service call early in the morning for a leaking water heater. Given a 2-hour time window for later in the day, stayed home from work. Received a message 20 minutes before the service call to call Jessica back. Called her back, put on hold, she never answered. Called back a little later, After a long hold, told that Jessica would call me back. She never called me back. Called again, she answered and said that I cancelled my service call. I did not, she insisted I did, and they couldn't come until the next day. If I cancelled, why was she calling me? Apparently this happens to others from reading reviews. Would never recommend this company with their poor customer service, they are really messed up. Luckily, I could get another company to come out that evening.

They were courteous and professional, but if they tell you need to replace your sewer mainline, get a second opinion, unless you don't really need $10,000.

I would caution anyone about using 24 Fix it, after I spent over $1000 with them, with deceased performance.
I was having AC problems after a wire shorted out, so I called them and they fixed the wire appropriately.
Next though we wanted to improve the performance, and clean the coil, however I was told by two 24 Fix it Techs that the coil was inaccessible and would need to replace my entire unit.
So, not wanting to spend $7,000 at the first road block, I paid them $1000 to try and clean the inaccessible coil. This resulted in the tech incorrectly replacing the motor and causing my AC to hum so loud in the living room that I couldn't hold a conversation.
They also told me that was not their problem LOL and said the dust they had cleaned out was so heavy that its removal was now causing the noise. Seriously.
So I got another bid for the replacement equipment and called a hometown HVAC friend. He actually made the drive to Denver because he couldn't believe the quote, and I'm writing this review here now because my friend opened and cleaned the inaccessible coil in no longer than 2 hrs, and wanted to charge me $150. I gladly paid him $300 for his time.
24 Fixit is highly motivated to replace all of your equipment for thousands of dollars, or try to sign you up on their subscription HVAC cleaning (who actually buys that?) But at the end of the day, seemed lazy and incompetent. Told me they couldn't fix a piece which a competitor fixed in 2 hrs at a fraction of the cost.
Oh yeah, best part, MY AC is amazing now. Seriously, though, I never liked the vibe from these guys. You're better off finding a Random contractor.

Very frustrated with this company, scheduled a window for an appointment and they were busy and never showed up for appointment, I can understand but the company did it again on another appointment. On another occasion I needed a water heater replaced on a rental Bell Plumbing charged me 1620.00 , on another occasion I needed another water replaced at a rental and they were going to charge me 2600.00 for a 40 gallon water heater I said yikes why the 1000.00 difference? So they said ok 400.00 less, but still cost me 600.00 more than Bell Plumbing. I have had to many bad experiences w this co. So beware

DO NOT USE. They quoted us $26,000 for a job another company did for $4,000. They are a bunch of salespeople that claim they're master plumbers. Pay a little extra for a sewer line clean. Don't be tempted by the cheap sewer cleaning. They will get their line stuck and threaten to charge you $500 to cut it and leave it. Other companies don't do that.
