Best Sewer Line Repair in Denver CO
As first-time homeowners in Arvada, we have definitely found our go-to plumber. We had a couple of really old and leaky freeze-less faucets in our yard and were worried that we needed a full replacement for both. Zack came by same-day, ended up fixing our issues in only a few mins and literally saved us hundreds of dollars. Thanks again Zack!

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber, is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.
We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!
We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

If you want to get price gouged, this is the place to go. I had to pay a service call fee to have a technician come to our house and quote us for installing a reverse osmosis system we had amnd to fix a leaky toilet. After paying the fee, the technician came to our house was not interested in helping us with the issues we had paid the fee for.
He quoted us an astronomical price for the RO system ($2000 for the install) and $400 to replace the ball in the toilet tank.
HOWEVER...if we wanted to buy one of his whole house RO systems, he would replace the ball in the toilet, and three stop valves under our sink for free.
The whole service call was not about service. His goal was to upsell us on their RO system!
After he left, I replaced the valves (which he wanted to charge $750 for), for $30 in parts and 45 min of my time. I also was able to install the RO system in about 2 hrs.
The price they wanted to charge for the amount of work was ludicrous. If the technicians sole focus was on upselling us to one of their systems, I don't want to be paying a $49 service fee for them to try and sell me.
Very disappointed, and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone!

I was introduced to this company through my home inspector when we were buying our house. So impressed that we have had them work on all of the plumbing issues large to small. Everything from sewer line replacement, changing fixtures in a shower remodel, to hand digging 6 feet by my house to fix an irrigation issue that our sprinkler guy wouldn't take on. Always prompt, extremely honest and fair prices, clean/good work. I also own a small business and appreciate the qualities that Mike and his team provide. Would recommend for any job large or small!

I never recommend going with any company that won't quote anything over the phone, except their Dispatch fee. The gal that answered my call was Symara (not sure if I spelled that correctly). She quoted me $69 just to have someone come out, but then said the fee is waived if I agree to their quote and have them start immediately. High pressure sales tactic...RED FLAG #1.
When I asked Symara if the Dispatch fee included them doing anything, such as putting a video camera down a drain, so we can see what's what in the main sewer line for the quote? She said it did not...RED FLAG #2.
When I asked Symara the price to put a video camera down a drain to show us the issue(s), I'm not sure what happened next, but it seemed she either put me on hold, on mute, or hung up. I stayed on the line for another 10 mins. in case I was on hold and she was getting a price for me, but after 10 mins. she didn't come back on the line. So, I hung up. RED FLAG #3.
Someone named Miriam did call me back, saying we were talking earlier, but had a bad connection, so the call dropped, but I never heard the phone ring. Also, I'm sure the woman I had spoken to previously said her name was Symara (I'd asked her 3x to be sure, then written it down), not Miriam, and I didn't get the voice message until many hours later, either. Too late.
So, no, the Dispatch fee doesn't include actually doing or LOOKING at anything. It's charged for the tech to drive to the job, plus gas for the van/truck, even if I only lived 1/2 mile from their shop (but I don't). They'll do nothing to earn that fee, other than to show up at the door and knock or ring the doorbell, then want the contract signed for the fee you, or someone else, agreed to on a [supposedly] recorded line.
Who knows what they'd charge to just walk around the house, or to snake a video camera down a drain to see what the job requires to produce the quote? All I could gather is: it'll will cost even MORE money to produce the quote, and that's before the job would even start. I'm moving on...

Called Rooter Town because water would sometimes gurgle in the shower drain when the toilet was flushed, so I was concerned about a main sewer line clog. I called at 4:30p on a Saturday and their technicians arrived an hour later. Both techs, Levi & Austin, thoroughly looked into the issue and even called their boss for a 2nd opinion.
I was assured that the sewer line wasn't the issue and that the plumbing just wasn't installed exactly right. Since the shower pipe doesn't overflow and because it's not sewage coming up into the shower pipe, I opted to just let it be. To my surprise, there was no charge for the service call to diagnose the issue, which I never encounter these days when hiring a big company. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided and will definitely be calling them up for any future issues that arise.

When we rebuilt our house 1 1/2 years ago our GC had a plumber run a camera down our sewer line to make sure that no construction debris had gotten into the line. He said the line was clear but that we still had clay pipes. I said that couldn't be true as we had replaced the sewer line about 4 year prior. He showed me his video and it showed clay pipes. I was furious! I had been ripped off! Charged $9k and they didn't even do the work! I tried to call the company that we had hired and they were out of business. I spoke to attorneys. I tried to track down the previous owners. No luck with any of it. I finally decided I would just have to pay to get it done, again, so I called Sewer Lines Only this past Saturday and they sent their employee, Jimmy Workman, out yesterday at 5:30pm to see what we needed to have done. Jimmy ran his scope down the line and showed me that the line had been replaced (what?). There were no clay pipes and everything looked great. What a relief! Don't know what the other plumber was talking about 1 1/2 years ago or whose sewer line he was showing me on video but ours was fine! Jimmy then spent another 45 minutes helping us to diagnose a different issue we were having and then left without charging us a penny! Very helpful, very professional, and very much appreciated! If this is how they normally conduct their business then I highly recommend Sewer Lines Only to anyone in the Denver area who has any type of sewer issue. They were great!

An amazing company. We were looking for a company to get to a home we were purchasing fast and they were able to do it. They got to the job early and had it complete by the time I got there with video proof, and identifiers, that they had done it so there was no question. We will be using them for jetting as they also have the best price. Thanks!

I got Justin's name from next-door where he was referred by several of my neighbors. He was prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using his servfrom now on!

I called at 4:00 p.m. on a weekday afternoon with an emergency. My basement floor drain and shower drain nearby were severely backing up due to roots from mature trees. Jimmy Rootor had someone out within 2 hours; even though it was last minute, in Arvada, and approaching the end of the day. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The job was well done and the price more than fair, (they kept the original quoted price from over the phone!). Excellent customer service and job performance. Highly recommend!

These guys are good! Jeremy came out on short notice and not only fixed our furnace right before the freezing cold moved in but he gave us a breakdown on some other issues with our current and old furnace. He explained everything to us so we could understand it and was very professional. Great guy and great company! We signed up for their membership plan with no hesitation so we know if something goes wrong in the future we can count on Summit!

Not only was their a super quick response, they GENUINELY cared about my house, the repairs, and making sure I was taken care of. I had plumbing issues while out of state and was so well cared for to fix my water leak. Amazing service!! Don't look anywhere else for your plumbing issues. I will use them for any issues I have!
Thank you Sergei for your help.

Scott at Royal Plumbing and Heating is the best--don't shop around, just call Scott. Our air conditioning unit (3,100 square foot house) was having issues--line was freezing after a few hours of operation and then the unit would blow warm air. We had actually had another company come and check the unit about a month prior...turns out they didn't actually do anything, and failed to run the proper tests that would have shown the unit was failing. When the issue presented itself, we called the prior company back out and after about 10 minutes of looking at the unit they told us it was the compressor, and that the poor performance was because it was sitting in the sun, and having problems kicking on. They sold us a hard start for $250. The issues continued. We called a different company and after about a 10 minute evaluation, the tech said it looked like we were losing coolant, but wanted $2,500 to actually diagnose the problem and run tests, and find the coolant leak. He wouldn't even guarantee he would find the leak for that price.
On a whim, we called Scott because a friend had a good experience with him. Scott came out the same morning, whereas the other places had made us wait days before being able to look at the unit. He assessed the situation and spent about 90 minutes diagnosing the problem with the unit. He actually tried to find the coolant leak during that initial consult. He only asked $29 for the initial evaluation. Scott was willing to take the project on for less than half the $ that the other place wanted. He ended up having to replace the A coil--which was under warranty. Scott was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting things done correctly. He helped us out immensely--I have two little kids and my husband travels for work quite a bit, and we were going a bit crazy in a 90 degree house. Call Scott, he will help you out.

Unreliable and confused staff. Had an annual AC inspection scheduled for Thursday 4/27 (weeks in advance). Received call morning of appointment (at 8:30 when window of service was supposed to be 8-12 noon) that due to staffing the technician couldn't make it. Had taken a half day off and after the call went to work only to receive another call that technician was on his way. Rescheduled for 5/9. Called twice to check-was told at 11:30 the technician was on his way meaning within 20 minutes. No technician by 12:10 so another half day off work wasted. A/C technician actually came yesterday 5/11 but couldn't get one unit to start. Electrician supposed to show up today between 2 and 4:00pm. Fix-it called me at 7:55 to say the electrician was on his way. Clearly poor scheduling and complete disrespect for their customers.

I paid $50 to have a plumber come out a quote me $900 to fix a shower faucet. The plumber admitted the price was outrageously high, but said he didn't set the prices. I spoke with his supervisor who also admitted the price was higher than most competitors. My advise is do it yourself or find a reputable plumber (if there is such a thing) because this company is a rip off!
