Best Ductless A/C Services in Denver CO
I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

I'm late in posting this review, but a couple weeks ago we had TNT come out to fix a toilet flange replacement my husband started, but he was in way over his head. Hubby really screwed the pooch on this one, but with TNT's knowledge and experience the job was handled in just a couple hours. We'll be having TNT out again to run a gas line to our stove, because electric stoves are the devil's playground and I will have no more of it!
Thank you TNT, you are much appreciated!

A special thank you to Chris who went above and beyond the customer service to make sure our furnace was working properly. When our apartment maintenance team had failed us numerous of times, it's good to know that we can call Summit and receive immediate assistance. Thank you to Doug, Bill and Dean for hiring employees with integrity. We appreciate you all! You provided a warm place in our home and have a special place in our hearts! THANK YOU!

Taylor was very quick to respond at 5pm on a Saturday. He arrived within 30 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up and running. Friendly, responsive and did not push expensive replacements as first response. Great overall experience.

My air conditioning didn't work properly and I called Coffman Air and Heating company.
Unfortunately my most reliable, service oriented technician, Cliff Van Dyke wasn't available.
Someone else would be able to check the air conditioning that same day.
Window of time for the tech to come was between 3-5pm.
Up to this point, I was well pleased.
When we experienced issues, we called for professional service expecting solution.
We are aware there will be charges to have a tech reviewing the issue. To solve the issue would be additional.
The technician arrived at 4:15pm (a Friday). He checked the problem and said the disconnect needed replacement.
The tech was fully aware what we wanted, what we needed out of the visit. The AC needed to work. It was a sweltering hot day (I assumed the company would make arrangements to make my AC work again). He presented the bill, I signed, expecting the issue would be taken care off.
Not long after, the tech called to inform that I would need an electrician.
He didn't provide a name nor number for me to call.
I thought with Google this is a piece of cake.
Big mistake! Try to find an electrician on a Saturday and Sunday! None was available.
Thankfully other HVAC companies responded and took care of business promptly and efficiently.
My AC is working again, my weekend saved, if only temporarily until a permanent solution is decided upon.
THAT is what I called service, THAT's what professional company do, THAT's what looking after customers is all about.
Not Coffman Plumbing, Heating and AC/HVAC.
Their response was: We no longer have an in-house electrician. We charge for techs to diagnose an issue. We have been around for many many years, we look after our customers ........... I guess I am not their customer. I certainly don't feel I am being looked after.
Thank goodness there are many better options out there.

I waited all afternoon yesterday for them to send someone and they kept cancelling and changing the time frame. So we rescheduled for today and they send this guy who from the minute he walked in the door did not stop talking EVEN long enough for me to tell him the problem or for him to quote me a price for extra work! He talked about everything, like a used car salesman, and I could not get a word in! I finally said can you stop for a minute so I can tell you what I want? He got furious, called me a nasty woman and said he wouldn't work for me! Fine...if I can't find out what the quote is exactly for, ask questions or share my concerns we're done. So he called the company and who knows what he told them but they called and said they will not work for me. HA HA HA, they just lost a big job...what a rotten experience. For you who may call anyway the plumber's name is Charlie. BTW, whatever the owner responds with he doesn't know how this guy bad mouthed the work of the other plumber or was absolutely in his own little world rather than LISTENING to the customer!

Wow. 860 to install a gas control onto the boiler. Over a barrel b/c we have been freezing for the past 3 days. I am wondering if this is exorbitant or I am just not used to such prices. I cannot give more than two stars unless I know that the price was fair. The part installed was a White Rodgers Universal gas control

I am very pleased with the service I received for my AC. My technician Tony was efficient, kind, very professional and up front with not only the issue but the cost as well. I will continue to use plumbline for future issues in my home.

Roy was right on time for my scheduled appointment. He was extremely polite, engaging as well as educational.
I hope that I if I need plumbing services again, that I have the opportunity to request Roy to perform any additional work at our home.

Rip off specialists. When i called for service i asked what the charges will be, was told tech will provide charges and did not tell me about administrator charges of $200+ and $225 for a small valve i could have bought for $10. Had i not been out of town i would not have agreed to these charges but my tenant did not know any better. Would NEVER ever deal with this company again. Now that i see all the reviews which all share the same complaint of over charging, i know better. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This past Colorado snow storm my furnace would not stop blowing cold air. I called even though it was a Sunday and got to talk to their after hours technician. Rico was the most helpful tech I have ever experienced. He talked me through the process to fix my furnace over the phone and was super patient and understanding. Rico is the man! Give this guy a raise.

My initial email to the owner included everything I was needing along with key codes and where the crawlspace was located. I also sent a copy of the contract I had stating exactly what the buyers of my house were expecting to be done.
I then had to call and follow up after a few days with no response. I would've stopped here but I had purchased a voucher for them.
The owner did not tell the office anything who in turn did not tell their staff anything-I really tried to make it easy for them.
I probably called them about 6 times to keep everyone on task having to start from scratch each time explaining myself. The days the work was being done I talked to the tech a few times before he even started because they seemingly had no clue what they were being sent to do and didn't know how to get in. The estimate I ended up with couldn't be used because they didn't include all of the items I needed to cover. The price for the work they did do seemed a bit steep
Short story- working with them is like trying to herd cats. If you love repeating yourself as nauseum, call these guys.

Having had a good experience in the past with a furnace issue, I called them earlier this week for a plumbing issue and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I won't use their service again.
My pipes were gurgling so I called and they sent Brandon alongside his apprentice, who diagnosed an issue in my sewer line. They didn't have the equipment necessary who they called Josh who came in with a snake and a camera to scope out the sewer line and identify a blockage that they couldn't clear.
Following that, Josh told me I absolutely needed a sewer line spot repair asap otherwise it would back up I to the house, thankfully they would be able to move things around and quoted me $7500 to have someone come here the very next day and fix the issue. At that point it was late in the day and the prospect of not being able to shower or use the toilet was daunting so I trusted his diagnosis and agreed.
The next day a crew of 4 showed up and started digging and replaced a small section of the sewer line, at which point they scoped the rest of the line and pointed out some root intrusions in the rest of the line and that I really should get the whole line changed, if not now then in the next few months, because it was in really bad shape.
I asked Josh for a quote, and he gave me two quotes: it would be an additional 3500 to replace the rest of the section under the front yard which was in really bad shape, and an additional 25500 to replace the whole line from the house to the city's sewer line.
At that point there was already a huge dig in my front yard and they had the excavator on site, and I had Josh telling me that the could fill the hole but that replacing that other section under the front yard which was in a really bad state would be another 7500 if they left and came back, so I caved and agreed to paying the additional 3500 for them to replace it. But asked for them to give me some time to think about the whole sewer line replacement, to which he said I could tell him the next day at the latest.
The following day I called a couple other companies to get a second opinion, and both told me the same thing: there were minimal root intrusions of no concern, that is normal, and I should be fine doing annual or semi-annual maintenance, and with that the sewer line should be good for another 10 years at least.
They also both quoted me a price way lower than 10500 for the section that was replaced.
I reached out to fix-it 24/7 and will update this review when I hear back from their management, but needless to say I'm pretty angry about this whole situation.

Update: I talked to Dustin who pretty much spent 10 minutes telling me that I was wrong and that he stood by his team's quote. Would definitely not recommend working with them.

I have never left a negative review before but was so disappointed I created an account just to warn people about this company.
I called them because I heard their radio commercial advertising a $39 AC tune-up. This was a scam. The $39 was just the service fee to have technician come out and look at the system(which I was not told until the end of the service call).
I was impressed by their exceptional customer service over the phone and the technician they sent was very nice. However, the technician ran through a list of things wrong with the unit and then quoted me $1800-2700 to fix the AC and $4800-7800 to replace it. He also said I should replace the furnace and quoted $7800-16,800 to do both.
I called my home inspector and asked him for an HVAC recommendation. I called this other company and a technician came out and ran diagnostics. He found the only issue was a low freon level. He recharged the system and now it runs great!!! This only cost $175.
I am pretty convinced that Plumbline Services is running a scam and would not recommend them at all!

UPDATE TWO, March 2021
I thought potential customers of this company would appreciate an update to our shady and outright dishonest experience with Blue Sky in 2015. So, for 5 years after we supposedly had a cracked heat exchanger on our furnace that needed to be replaced immediately, we continued to survive in our house, using the same furnace! In fact, our son made it from 3 years old to 8 years old, without Carbon Monoxide poisoning! Further, our carbon monoxide detectors never once went off in those 5 years. SHOCKING!
We continued to have our furnace cleaned and serviced every year, and sold our house in November 2020. The buyers had the furnace inspected prior to closing with no issues noted.
I find what Blue Sky did to us offensive, and so should you. Blue Sky preys on homeowners and invents issues to sell new furnaces. End of story!
