Blue Sky installed a new furnace/AC unit for me.  I couldn't be happier.  The cost was reasonable, they took care of everything in house, including new duct work.  The crew of Omar and Troy were exceptional.  Professional, efficient, good communication, reliable, on time, hard working and pleasant.  Brenda was also very responsive, helpful and pleasant.  I would highly recommend Blue Sky and will always use them for any plumbing, electrical or any of their services.

They installed 2 cooling units for us this summer. Seemed to do a good job, but now we are having trouble with one of them. My husband has called a few times to have them come look at it, and nobody will call us back.
We also wanted them to look at a unit at our office, and again, nobody would call us back so we took our business elsewhere. Point being, they don't seem to call paying customers back, so beware....

I scheduled this appointment explaining that my heater is in my crawl space and that I would like to change the thermostat out if possible.  I was told that there was a heater check-up price of $79.00 and I did expect an access fee of roughly about $100.00.  I scheduled the appointment.  When the serviceman showed up, I told him what I was looking for.  I explained that per my conversation with the online rep about crawl space.  He instantly states that there is an access fee because he has to get under the house with his bucket.  Then he goes and looks at the access but not under the house.  He tells me that the access cost will be $200 plus dollars plus the check-up fee and the thermostat will be about 450 plus.  Then he starts the sale pitch that I need to buy their annual check-up it will help.  The cost went from $79 to better than $800 for what the man said would be an hour worth of work.  I asked the man to leave and then called the call center to speak to the supervisor explained to the phone representative about the problem.  She said she would get someone then just hung up on me.  Worst service switch and bate system ever.

I paid 39.00 for a trip charge Brian called me the same day and he sent a refund of my 39.00 and offered to clean my A/C for free next year nobody is perfect hot very hot days this year , I may take him up on the free service next year and they are a-ok with me no harm no fowl .

WOW - AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric just tried to gouge me on price!  I had a bathroom sink faucet that had the clips that hold it break.  Technician told me the easiest thing to do is to replace the faucet...at $1119.00.    WTF!  I looked online and the faucet that he recommended cost less the $200.  I had him speak to his manager and he could get the price down $50 and that I was already getting a loyal customer discount of $200.
I am not a loyal customer anymore....after ten years, they lost a client over this mess.  AAA you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

My grandson's hot water tank finally gave up the other night.  Being an older home and not well maintained by previous owners there was no choice but to replace the old beat up thing.  I went to Home Depot, found a tank, paid for it and Plumbline was calling to make an appointment even before I left the store.  It was great.  After Mike Quarry came to the house, looked at the mess, he told me what I should expect, etc.  Changing a hot water tank isn't just that simple.  Codes changed and I could see why some of the changes were needed.  Either way I wanted everything up to code for 2023 and spanking new things.  It couldn't be done that day so he came back the next day bright and early with Cameron.  I had a problem with my bank but while I was out getting that straightened out Mike and Cameron were plugging away.  They finished way early, got everything looking really nice and boy am I happy.  The best of this transaction is I had gotten some summer crude so that I was so sick that Mike just guided me through what needed to be done and why and what the solution was.  I was so happy with that.  Since I live down the street from my grandson's I asked Mike if he would mind if I went home to sleep.  He said I should probably do that.  My grandson's who are 24 and 19 were home so they didn't need me.  Mike and Cameron finished up early and called me.  I'm telling you I was so happy but still sick.  Mike was patient with me and explained as much as my mind could handle in a way that was not threatening, not condesending and truly was a help.  I had to return the other tank but that was nothing compared to having a new working tank.  And they cleaned up like a champ.  They came to a mess but left it all cleaned up.  I liked Mikes work so much I invited him back this coming Wednesday to repair something that needed to be replaced.  And I have other stuff for him to do.  Thanks Mike and thanks Cameron!!!
