Kyle G. was our technician and he was fantastic. He came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I requested him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew exactly what he was going to do and what the fee was for it. I will definitely have him back in the Spring to service our air conditioning unit!

Rep was very communicative regarding arrival. He walked me through all my options for a new cooling system and was very responsive to my questions/concerns. Super efficient interaction and provided estimates for the options discussed within 30 minutes of departing.

The line to our septic tank collapsed.  This is not a situation that can wait.  Blue Sky came and evaluated the situation.  They made the repairs on time and on budget.  All the workers were courteous and respectful, and left our house cleaner than when they started.

The appointment started off with a text message and email with a link to the technician's (Greg) GPS location on a map and an estimate of his arrival. This was super helpful because I was working from home and I could prepare and react to his exact arrival time. I have an older system that isn't cooling well and Greg patiently and clearly walked me through what he was doing to inspect and evaluate it. He taught me a lot about how airflow and temperature transfer works, and made me feel comfortable with making informed decisions about the remediation options. He was also great with my dogs. Thanks Greg!

DON'T USE - UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT DEPENDABLE.  Had used them before with some success so decided to wait an extra day (MISTAKE) to have my drain fixed (although I could have had the issue fixed by another company the day before).  Called and had appointment scheduled on 7/10 from 2 - 4 (they called 2 hours before to cancel - AFTER I had arranged to leave work to be home to let them in).  I asked about a reschedule that evening or the next day and they said Monday was the earliest they could come - no help there as needed it to be done Saturday am at the latest).  They assured me a supervisor would call me to reschedule and address my concerns...still waiting on that call and don't expect to get it any time soon.  Used Dr. Fixit instead - showed up when they were scheduled, completed work on time and for the price quoted.

AAA provided great service on the furnace, a/c, and gas fireplace inspection and check. They were very responsive and Jamie H was friendly, skilled and thorough thorough.

Everyone else offered appointments in 1-4 days when I called for a quote on a new furnace and a/c, which I waited for even though we had no heat and it was 10 degrees out, and they charged me a $70 service fee. I should have called Tipping hat first! They came out within just a few hours of my call for a FREE quote and offered installation the next day. Tipping hat beat the next closest quote by more than $5,000 for a comparable system. The installation they did only took one day and their work was top notch, they even gave me a 3 year service plan for the equipment!

We asked Plumbline to quote us a Heat pump system, that was eligible for the Xcel Heatpump rebate.

Jay Sohn, the sales guy showed up. Made a comment that a heat pump system could cost $10,000 or more, and looked at me like....Can you afford that?
He walked around the house, did not appear to make any notes, and then left. (Never to be heard from again.)

So.....two weeks later, it's difficult to take these folks seriously.
