My water heater broke unexpectedly on one of the coldest weeks we've had. Vidal plumbing was very quickly responsive via Yelp and was able to send someone the next day. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and were done in 20 min which was really convenient. Everything they did was timely, convenient, and professional as well as appropriately priced. I was able to get my water heater fixed for a lower price and in less time than anyone else I contacted!

We had Sergey out to our house to clear out our sewer main line. Everything went perfectly and he even used a camera in the line to check for any other blockages. He's professional and affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

These guys have been my go-to folks since they did all the plumbing work for my new office in Golden. Gene is prompt, courteous and so far has been able to trouble-shoot every issue that I've run across in the past 4 years.

I was under an extremely tight deadline to get my sewer mainline cleaned for the sale of my home. The initial company I hired (Rooter Town) was an absolute disaster clown show and Chris at 24/7 Drain and Sewer came to my rescue. I had a very challenging line to clean due to cleanout location and pipe configuration. Chris really went above and beyond to do what was needed to get my line cleaned properly. The technician from Sewer View (also 5/5 stars) was there at the same time as Chris and after Sewer View scoped my line Chris cleaned it a SECOND time to get a couple tricky spots. He really exceeded all expectations and I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.

We had a clogged shower drain that would not budge! I called Brady and Co. Home Services. Conner was super understanding when I had to reschedule last minute due to a medical emergency and was able to get us in the next day. He was on time and I was super happy to see he brought boot covers. He was very friendly and professional. He cleared the drain quickly and efficiently and left the space very clean. Rome is great. I called him at noon, he was there by 2 and gone by 2:45 to fix my leaky spigot in my crawl space. All City Drains is great. I'll be going back to them in the future with any other plumbing issues I come across.

Did not show up for their Friday afternoon appointment I did receive a call from a gentleman named Khan on the following Monday acknowledging that they missed the appointment and were readily available. Hard to judge their ability as plumbers.

Matthew was great! He was able to squeeze me in the next day to add in some rough in's for a utility sink. He thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and why. He was friendly and tidy. Zero complaints! Thanks so much!

Called for a  emergency sewer repair and the excavation went great especially with city requirements. Got my water back on in just one day! Definitely going to call again in the future.

We have used Southside Plumbing for 2 projects. They are awesome! Professional service. Mark and Kyle for the first project. Trevor for the second. This is our go to plumbing company! Saved us so much!

The service was excellent; the technician very skillful, professional, personable. I'm giving this company a 3 because we were charged $455 to change the wax ring of our toilet.  I just looked on Home Advisor and changing the wax ring should cost about 50 - 200 dollars. It's our fault for giving the technician the okay to do it.

Then he (with our consent), checked our water pressure and said it was very high, not up to code, and would cost $685 to fix. We found out later, it was much lower, well withing code requirements.

Very poor quality of service and that took them a long time to correct.  I would not use them again.

My girlfriend owns a rent home in Denver (she lives in Texas) and the renters noticed their water bill was higher than normal and that also the water heater was not working properly. Mile High Drain was recommended to her, so they went out and investigated. They told my GF the toilet and water heater needed to be replaced at a cost of $325 for the toilet and $2300 for the water heater, and pressured her to hire them immediately. As a home builder, my GF put me on speaker and asked their representative to repeat the information. I informed him that I thought that was very high as a toilet cost $80 and a water heater costs $500, and would be a max of 3 hours of labor. I told them we would pass on paying over $600 an hour in labor and thanked him for his time. Today, my GF got an invoice for the service call, which we had no problem paying them for their time and gas, but on the invoice, it stated that I told him to fuck off. These guys are supposed to be a Christian company, but not only are they trying to take advantage of those in need of emergency repairs, but they are extremely unprofessional. BTW, my girlfriends 18 year old daughter replaced the toilet herself with my help over Skype. If you need to hire her she is more professional and will not take advantage of you.
