We had a clogged kitchen drain and called Legacy Plumbing who were able to come out the same day. Unfortunately, it started turning complicated; the clog was much further down the line than originally thought.  Harry (the owner) warned us it could start getting messy and expensive but after trying one more thing, he was able to clear the clog. The total bill was very reasonable considering the time he spent. I appreciate his experience and honesty. I recommend Legacy Plumbing and the owner Harry.

I was very stressed out dealing with a situation in our new home with clogged pipes in my daughters sink in the basement. I ran across a really funny Facebook ad for Go Direct and loved the content so I figured I would go with them. I spoke with Jennifer who does marketing for Go Direct and she was so helpful and very caring. She immediately sent me the info to be able to call Go Direct and we had someone come out the next day! Eric came out and cleared out the drain and fixed the pipe no problem. We haven't had any issues since and dealing with Go Direct was so professional, fast, and efficient. We would definitely hire again!

I bought a condo in an old building about a year ago. When I first purchased my place I had a lot of major plumbing issues that I needed addressed. I went out and got about five bids from various plumbers, all wanted more than double what Les's estimate. Les has been my go to plumber since then for all issues in the past year, I've had 7 calls.

He is reliable, good at what he does and a great fair price. He has replaced cartridges in both of my showers, re did the plumbing in my kitchen, installed new toilets, fixed leaks, snaked a couple of drains, installed new faucets. I will continue to use him.

Fast and friendly expert service. Did an excellent job installing our hot water heater. Complications due to previous construction made the project a little bit more difficult, yet they managed it precisely well for us to finish the work with our Drywall, expert.

Had the great opportunity to work with Dewayne. He is far and away the best most honest person I worked with during our house buying days. Very prompt, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I was referred to him by my real estate agent and to our surprise was our favorite inspector/service that we worked with when we were inspecting everything. Dwewayne not only will be honest with you but will only recommend the services/repairs you need, no upselling. Great guy, great service, the new standard for home service providers.

I couldn't have been happier working with Metropolitan Drain Cleaning.  John responded super promptly and his associate technician, Daniel, assessed my plumbing problem quickly and remedied the problem efficiently, courteously and reasonably ($).  These guys are now my go-to guys for any plumbing challenges.  Save yourself time, second-guessing, frustration and money.

After calling because my wife used to know a previous employee that worked there, a guy came out and said he would patch it up for no charge no cost. We had a pin hole leak. They came out and put a screw clamp over it with a piece of rubber which kept leaking all over the place but the water still barely worked with low pressure thankfully we had a sump pump. After he said it would be no cost and not to worry about it, a few days later we got a $205.76 bill. For a screw clamp and tiny piece of rubber that was lazily put on. I called and informed Brenda of the situation. She was very rude and even said she was going to take us to court. They lie and charge outrageous amounts. We had a REAL plumbing service come out and fix their 'duct tape' method which makes me wonder if they even know how to handle real copper. They charged us $105 to PROPERLY fix it. I would NEVER want anyone to use their service. Lying 7to customers, threats, the most unprofessional company I have ever heard of. Cost was a joke. They literally just took a piece of rubber with a screw clamp for their fix. Quality was a joke. Customer service...a huge joke. It was LITERALLY the WORST service provider experience I have ever had in my life. I am not even joking.  I hope these morons waste money to take us to court to try and charge us for a service they said would be free. Reported to the bbb and than brenda said i was a previous employee lol. I am not. Immature unprofessional do not use under any circumstance.

Tom with Courtesy Plumbing did GREAT work on a complicated boiler replacement job.  Reliable! Honest. Fairly priced. Skilled/knows his craft.  Courtesy Plumbing will be our first call when we need heating and plumbing help again.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Amazing! They were over within the hour and completely fixed my toilet on a Saturday! And sooo reasonably priced I almost couldn't believe it. I highly recommend them!!

Kevin and his office assistant are FANTASTIC- AMAZING - FAST - CARING - KIND - PROFESSIONAL!!!     What more can we say?    We had to shut off our house water line due to a faulty pressure reducing valve and with two teens and two dogs - no water becomes an issue!!  We called after hours and his assistant offered us a spot the NEXT MORNING and Kevin was here early, professional, fast and ACCURATE!!  Charged an extremely fair price and we are all happy campers again!!

I have used them in the past especially since I believe in,supporting local business.  He fixed my a.c. compressor once but it has the same issue shortly after.  Never could get him to come back out or return my calls.  Went with a different company.

Called Tyler to have someone come change a part on my hot water heater and he had an employee at my house by 8:00 the next morning.  They got the job done in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable and thorough.  I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed.  Thanks Tyler for responding so quickly!

Quality work . While I can't say anything is a bargain I will say the owner is very picky about the work  and it will be done well the first time.

Great and most of all FAST service during the September 2013 torrential downpour that left my basement flooded and me in need of a sump pump. Same day service with great courtesy and friendliness. Jeff and his staff are awesome - great family business that I highly recommend!

I called Bell Home Solutions for my swamp cooler repair.  I agreed to the solution and very high $$$ estimate.  It turns out that the solution was fairly simple and took much less time that I'd imagined.  The company's formula for calculating costs includes WAY TOO MUCH overhead.  I'll never call the company again.

This company is a JOKE! Our basement had water backup and they did camera found out pipe was broken. So they dug up the concrete floor. BUT They charged us when work was not done. And claimed they have no idea on how to make concrete smooth. LOL! See photos from the concrete they finished with incredible cracks everywhere and super bumpy and has no clue how to seal the cracks.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could rate it 0 star.
