We've used Keating since we moved to Arvada 12 years ago. Bill and Mark have been nothing but helpful, professional, and honest. I have complete faith in what they tell me, and they have handled every situation I've given them over the years quickly and successfully. They have even come out and told me there's nothing I need to do right now and not charged me the trip charge even though I was fully expecting, and willing, to pay it. Keating has also given me recommendations when a job doesn't fit in their space, like sprinkler or sewer work, and their recommendations have always been solid.

I will be calling Harry for all my future jobs - he is reasonable, reliable, on time, professional AND he sticks to his bids / quotes! No surprises after the job is done!

Do not use this business. My review keeps being taking down. I have no idea why, because it follows Yelps guidelines. Looking at the fact that they only have 5 star reviews, I can't help but think that Go Direct somehow is being able to remove the bad reviews. Long story short - They caused many issue during the job, hassle to get them to fix , or take financial responsibility.

I bought a condo in an old building about a year ago. When I first purchased my place I had a lot of major plumbing issues that I needed addressed. I went out and got about five bids from various plumbers, all wanted more than double what Les's estimate. Les has been my go to plumber since then for all issues in the past year, I've had 7 calls.
He is reliable, good at what he does and a great fair price. He has replaced cartridges in both of my showers, re did the plumbing in my kitchen, installed new toilets, fixed leaks, snaked a couple of drains, installed new faucets. I will continue to use him.

These guys were able to make an appointment during the pandemic for my rental unit but charged $165 to replace a handle, yes, just the handle - on a toilet. I was told it was a $65 assessment and that would come out of parts and labor for the job. A handle on a toilet - $165. Can't imagine what a larger job would be!

We used Mainline Services during our home inspection & thank goodness for that! Dewayne professionally evaluated the mainline and provided us the information in layman's terms. He talked us through every aspect of what he was doing and what he found. Ultimately he was unable to inspect the entire line, but that was due to faulty construction not his work. We walked away with a written report and a CD of the inspection in case we needed something to watch that night. Overall, he spent about an hour and a half at the property and the charge was $99. I would recommend their services. Also, maybe the lady taking the information has changed since the last review, as my experience was all around positive.

Thanks to MDC/John for saving my butt under difficult circumstances. We had a flooding incident in our crawlspace and John came out almost immediately, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and got our water going again. I'm really grateful! Thanks John!

After calling because my wife used to know a previous employee that worked there, a guy came out and said he would patch it up for no charge no cost. We had a pin hole leak. They came out and put a screw clamp over it with a piece of rubber which kept leaking all over the place but the water still barely worked with low pressure thankfully we had a sump pump. After he said it would be no cost and not to worry about it, a few days later we got a $205.76 bill. For a screw clamp and tiny piece of rubber that was lazily put on. I called and informed Brenda of the situation. She was very rude and even said she was going to take us to court. They lie and charge outrageous amounts. We had a REAL plumbing service come out and fix their 'duct tape' method which makes me wonder if they even know how to handle real copper. They charged us $105 to PROPERLY fix it. I would NEVER want anyone to use their service. Lying 7to customers, threats, the most unprofessional company I have ever heard of. Cost was a joke. They literally just took a piece of rubber with a screw clamp for their fix. Quality was a joke. Customer service...a huge joke. It was LITERALLY the WORST service provider experience I have ever had in my life. I am not even joking. I hope these morons waste money to take us to court to try and charge us for a service they said would be free. Reported to the bbb and than brenda said i was a previous employee lol. I am not. Immature unprofessional do not use under any circumstance.

Tom with Courtesy Plumbing did GREAT work on a complicated boiler replacement job. Reliable! Honest. Fairly priced. Skilled/knows his craft. Courtesy Plumbing will be our first call when we need heating and plumbing help again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I've had so many issues solved, thanks! I think this guy can do anything.
It looks like Yelp cropped out the phone number so you can't actually see it here. I'm uploading the contact info from Google. Here is the phone number for easy copypasta. 303-981-1059

Water heater was old and needed replaced. Called around and received quotes from the big companies and called this locally owned company. The quote was 30% less than all the other quotes. The plumber was able to schedule a time the next morning. He also took the old water heater and left the area clean. Best of all, he didn't try to sell me all these other extras like every other company does. I will call Parker Plumbing again and again.

I requested a service to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. A person named Steve arrived right on time. He was very polite, honest and very professional. I couldn't be any happier with the service. Thank you!

Simple fix to a water heater for me but Tyler was great. Responsive and honest, I would look to Alder in the future for work!

Have used Majestic for over 10 years. They are friendly, professional, competent and efficient. We would not use anyone else for our plumbing needs. They have become like family and you can count on them to fix anything you need done. They always show up when scheduled and are just terrific.

Lucky I even gave them 2 stars. Basically what a irritating experience so far. And by so far.. the work still isn't done yet. This was a 3k job the quote/plumber said was an easy job and would only take him one day.
As scheduled he (Anthony G)came out the first day April 23rd around 10am on a Wednesday alone, worked and left saying he was unable to finish and would be back at 10am the next day April 24th. Was unable to finish again on the 2nd day and said Couldn't be back till Tues May 5th at noon. To which he was a no call no show, we texted him that evening, he said he can come out again on Thurs May 7th, to which again he was again a no call no show. We tried to call & text him But he was not answering his phone or texting back. We Called company Friday May 8th and they said you should of called us and not the plumber and scheduled him for Saturday May 9th from 2-5p. He came with a helper and left saying it was finished, but upon inspection.... he hacked through two 2x4s (see pictures) and never plumbed in the toilet to the drain pipe. Just left a hole in the floor with the toilet ring. (Oh by the way they billed/ charged our bank account the full amount On April 28th?!?!)
We then called the company Monday May 11th to update them the job was still incomplete. They scheduled him yet again to come out today May 13th and even called this morning at 7:30am to say the tech says it's complete and to ask why he's coming out .. Really!! So the phone caller made Monday was for?!?! We informed them YET again as to why And she said she would let him know and then called back at 2:40pm. 40 min after his scheduled time to Say he was busy on another job and will not be available till this Friday May 15th...
So far That's 3 weeks! And Questionable work on the drilled 2x4s...poor communication, poor customer service!!!! And what company bills you out before the job is even completed? Or says it's done and you missed a whole drain pipe to a toilet?
I'm sure the others are correct in there star ratings and experience but I had to give an honest review because I feel so many companies now days try to buy off people to take down negative reviews or give higher star ratings for there Better Business Bureau rating when they screw shit up.. Well, this review is not coming down so don't bother asking me. And I will update all of you as to how this issue was taken care by the company and what was up with the hack job...Stay tuned.
Update 5/22/20 After posting this review we got a call the next day that the plumber would be out to complete the work. The final plumbing was completed. Due to no contact we never did get a chance to talk to the plumber while he was at the house about the hack job on the 2x4's. After talking with my BF we decided to just replace the 2x4s our self and just not deal with this company anymore. We were already behind 2 weeks because of the delayed service and didn't want to waste anymore time or energy. Then sat we got a thank you card in the mail from the company with a 50% off our next service with them....lol

BELL, the company that doesn't stand behind their work- should be their slogan. Terrible company! What a rip off. Had Daniel come to our home 6 days ago to snake our main line. Same backup occurred this evening and we were told if we want them out again we get to pay $800 AGAIN!!! No warranty is what we were told. Unbelievable. Have some pride in your work, Bell!
Save your money and find a better, more ethical plumbing company that isn't in it to rip families off!
