I came home late from an out-of-town trip and the toilet in the bathroom wasn't refilling when flushed.  I tried a few things to see if I could fix the problem, but they did not work.  I was concerned that the pipe was frozen and needed a plumber to come look at it.  I called AE Plumbing Services and Juan came right away--within about 30 minutes.  He was professional and courteous.  He did a little sleuthing and immediately figured out that a vent had blown off the outside of my house, exposing the pipe to outside air.  The pipe had indeed frozen up.  He thawed out the line and temporarily blocked the vent hole--until I can get out there and implement a permanent fix.  Given that he came out on a cold night late in to the evening, I felt like his fee was very reasonable.

Garrett was on time , diagnosed the problem quickly. We came up with 2 pricing options for the scope of the work and I selected the repair that worked for me. He was honest and forthright. He did the work quickly and our boiler is working more efficiently than ever. I'd highly recommend the company

I purchased a refrigerator but realized I didnt have a waterline hookup I called Drain Terrier and they were able to come the following day and install for a fraction of what I was being quoted, I had called two other plumber companies and was being quoted  $685 and $1650 but Drain Terrier charged me a fraction of that and explained to me what needed to be done step by step in order to install. Drain Terrier was very professional, polite,honest and trustworthy. Being a recent widow can have its challenges on finding help around the house like electrinions,carpenters,painters etc.  but I know I won't have a problem finding a plumber anymore because Drain Terrier will be the one I'll be recommending and using from now on. Thanks to everyone at Drain Terrier for an exceptional service!!

The technician (Steve) is one of the best testers I've ever met! They've been in business over 10 years for a reason! They are always very quick to reply to emails and phone calls, and always very pleasant to speak to over the phone. Morgan, in the office, is so nice, and accommodating! I would 120% always recommend American Backflow for all your backflow needs and testing.

The plumber came twice. (Didn't get the job done the first time.)
Both times something disappeared from my home when he left. I called to find out what was going on, they blew me off acting as if I was in the wrong to dare ask this.

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing.  My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid.  I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.  

Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him.  He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.  

I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

Kevin came to the house to help us with a clogged and back up drain. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone.

Sean did a great job. Came to our house so quickly once he heard we had a leak in kitchen sink. Fixed some basement plumbing problems too. Excellent!!!

Dan did a great job fixing my irrigation system and patiently went through how to maintain.

Do NOT use this this service. I had a leaky hot water heater, they came out and quoted me $4,000, saying I needed to replace the whole hot water heater and do a bunch of other work to bring things to code. There were no issues with the hot water heater other than the leak at the hot water hookup, so I refused to believe I needed to replace it. I had another plumber come out and look at it, he tightened the hookup and said it was fixed. He had to charge me $130 for the visit, but the work itself didn't even cost that much. He said there were no other issues with the unit and it could last me another 5-7 years. I am so glad I got a second opinion.

Initially this would have been a great review -- five star. HOWEVER, when I needed to have them provide the quote (that I was promised within the week) they never got back to me. I really liked my technician a lot and he seemed very knowledgeable. I was ready to have the pipe replaced, which would be several thousand dollars and no quote. After three calls to the company, still no quote. I want to GIVE YOU MY MONEY and nothing. If you're looking for a reliable company who says they will do what they are going to do, call Brother's Plumbing and Heating.

Wesley help me so much by phone with a simple fix. He advised me to check for a leak above the water damage first before he committed to coming out. Took his advice and I was able to find and fix the leak myself.

I needed a second opinion/bid on fixing a built-in humidifier that was no longer working. John took the time to figure out what was wrong with the unit,, which was a PART, rather than the entire unit. Because he did his due diligence (rare these days, in my experience), the cost to fix it was less than half of the first company's bid! Now that's what I call a great job!!!

Mr. Barnes is nice, but his work is sloppy and once he brought his daughter along and charged extra for her being there.  He didn't offer any discount for the damage he caused while working, either.

I was driving on I76, and saw this truck. Thought to myself I should call them for a quote on my basement, less than a minute later he Cuts across 3 lanes to cut me off in my semi, then slows down and cuts across the lanes again to the other side to get onto 85. If your drivers cut people off with no thought, what would they do to my house.

Calling a plumber is never on anyone's bucket list, but today we had a good experience with Plumbline and didn't pay an arm and leg to unclog a sewer line. They came the same day and were much more reasonable than every other company we called. We were grateful they sent Kallem who was professional and thorough as well as friendly and respectful. I wish every service person was as easy to do business with as Kallem.
