I called at 8am this morning with two frozen pipes and in need of immediate help. Loretta, on the phone, was extremely understanding and had someone come 15 MINUTES LATER to help us out. Although I was not home, my boyfriend was there with the person who was sent. He started the thaw machine and quickly found out that we had new pvc piping that didn't really allow the thawing machine to work with this type of plumbing. He gave us tips on how to deal with the cold weather, told us to calm down and wait for them to thaw and left NO CHARGE. This was unexpected and very courteous. Although my plumbing issues were not solved, to no one's fault but bad weather, I'll definitely be calling these guys to fix my bad-weather piping issue long-term when the weather gives us an opportunity to do so.

I had an emergency toilet back-up that flooded my floors & part of my basement with gross stuff. I couldn't get anyone to come out for at least 24 hours. I kept calling plumbers & finally got a referral to Chester Miller at A & M sewer service. He arrived within an HOUR!! (That isn't always the case he said) he brought in his magic auger (much bigger than mine) & was able to clear the drain in less than an hour, & it was a filthy job. He was so friendly & professional & the price was less than the others I called just to come LOOK at my situation. He saved the day!! He gave me some helpful suggestions to keep this from happening again. (I dropped a hairspray lid in the toilet and it disappeared down the pipes) I can't recommend him highly enough. So happy!

oz was super patient with all of my questions and offered help with any follow up items that I may need. I had a ton of anxieties as my previous experiences had me skeptical. I would definitely continue business as he eased my mind on many of things with our business transaction!

IPS was able to set up an urgent appointment (aren't plumbing issues always urgent) and the plumber called to let me know when he was on his way; arrived prepared and made the repair efficiently and quickly, cleaning up well before  he left.  I would highly recommend this plumbing service.  Lynne

Called Planet Plumbing to clear a sewer line. They gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled at my convenience. Mike Steedo came out on time, was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. A very good experience.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I got Justin's name from next-door where he was referred by several of my neighbors. He was prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using his servfrom now on!

First I want to start by saying Marci has to be one of the nicest most delightful people I have ever dealt with. She is upfront, honest  and gave me very reasonable price quotes for the jobs I requested. The day I had scheduled for my repairs I noticed my garbage disposal had just stopped working so I contacted Marci and asked if it was too late to add the disposal replacement. Marci was so kind, she advised me that it could be added on and this price quote she gave for the disposal was reasonable too. She also said I could possibly find a disposal on sale at our local hardware store or they could provide one, she emailed a link with the one they provide to me so I could see reviews and price, after this experience I completely trust her. The two Jim's arrived and were very professional and polite. I had garbage disposal replacement, main line rooter, toilet wax ring replaced with new bolts with caulking and bathtub drain cleaning. Another thing I appreciate about both of these gentlemen is that they are perfectionist in their craft. Thank you

I made an appointment 6 days ago for today after having a major issue they started on but then needed us to have the mess from the backup cleaned up. We did that made this appointment now they are three hours late and when we call they don't answer and we get the message that their mailbox is full. I have been without plumbing for over three weeks now and they are not only not treating it like an emergency I feel like they are ignoring us. I don't know what to do at this point since they started the work I don't know if I should bring in another plumber or not. I would just think twice about using them if you have a true emergency.

There is no one better than Jarrod with Royal Flush. We have used him repeatedly in various houses we have owned. He makes himself available even on short notice, is courteous, clean, and most importantly.... can fix just about anything. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues. But when it does happen, he's the man to call.

When I first moved to this area I hired a local plumber to install my water filtration system. After waiting a month for the appointment, they called and cancelled it!
Day Plumbing came when they said they would and did a very professional job.
Now I have clean sterilized drinking water.

They're always helpful and responsive . They call if they're going to be early or late.

Had a leaking Backflow valve. Neil was here lightning fast and made the repair quickly. He even had the parts with him in the truck. Competent and fairly priced. Thumbs up.

Andrew is great! My water heater went out over the weekend so as soon as Monday hit I called around. Andrew ended up finding a way to figure out what I needed, came over after he finished the job he was working on that day and got me back with hot water. His price was under what everyone else was quoting. I was very happy with everything.

So, after having to run off a guy from Precision Plumbing for trying to rip me off by overcharging me by $160.00 I called American Rooter. I asked him on the phone how much he would charge me for clearing a clogged toillet and he told me $98.00. I asked him to come by. He came over and within 5 minutes cleared the toilet and then wrote me an invoice that came out to an even $100. He was professional, did not try to upsell me, did not try to BS me in any way, and just fixed the problem, charged me what he told me it was going to cost, and left. What a refreshing experience. I will call on these guys anytime I need anything done, and will refer him to everyone I can. As for Precision Plumbing...........my advice to everyone is to stay away from them. What they tell you on the phone is not what I was told, and even when the guy came out and I rejected his first offer to clear my toilet for $260, then he told me he had to go call his boss to see if he could do better. He came back in in less than a minute and told me he would do it for $160. This, all after they dispatcher told me it would be $59 plus parts......

Go with American Rooter, they are honest, and fair!!!

Two hose bibs (outdoor faucets) needed replacing. I provided the new ones. I was told I needed to pay $420 for replacing each one. $7 a minute (each hose bib would take an hour).
then, when I wasn't stupid enough to be taken advantage of, they wanted to charge me $39 for showing up and telling me they didn't know how to do what I asked, but a technician would come and do it.
Then... they WROTE MY CREDIT CARD INFO INCLUDING VERIFICATION NUMBER AND EXPIRATION DOWN...IN TRIPLICATE... ON A PAPER stored in a file....
at least they have a file of credit card numbers they can abuse whenever they wanthin violation of PCI compliance...

I had a simple bathroom repair the very friendly and helpful Dakota booked the job and then Justin F showed up on time and quickly performed the task. He was also friendly and helpful. Most importantly the job was quickly resolved and I will definitely use this business again. I really appreciate the quality of work both in their office and on the job site at my condo. A+++!
