Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

Excellent and honest! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Starting with Heather who was friendly to speak with, and made a prompt appointment. Jason came out even earlier than the appointment time (after a phone call to confirm). He was super nice and knowledgeable with great equipment to diagnose the problems and to find a solution. He took the time and care needed to figure out some of the complexities involved. He even walked around the property at my request and found a lot of issues that weren't in his realm of expertise, but still knew great referrals to help me out. Very reasonable, and somehow seemed like a human being who cares about his work and not a cold company concerned only about the bottom line. This is how companies should be.

We had a small leak in a shower drain on 3rd floor. I called G & M because their site indicated they are a family owned company and I knew with this type of job it required a company that will care about the needs of homeowners with small but important jobs, as well as the larger projects they handle. Brian came over and assessed the work, and told me it was a fairly simple job. Another plumber i called told me I needed to rip out the bathroom, shower tray and glass doors and re-do the entire tile/tray set up. Brian came over a couple of days later, and fixed the problem within 2 hours. He was congenial, professional, efficient and clean. I highly recommend calling G & M for your needs.

When our hot water heater died after the May 2020 flooding, Wheeland Plumbing came out soon after we called to install a new one. Because of Covid-19, the tech wore a mask. He also wore booties and adhered to our request that he go directly to and from the basement and not be near us. This was a stressful time, and we are grateful to Wheeland Plumbing for providing such quick, excellent service to restore our hot water.

I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a free look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!
Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

I just want to write and let everyone know this was my first experience with Eco Plumbers, and I was so pleased with the phenomenal customer service.
Nick helped us explore our options and I felt I already new him from the reviews I had read earlier, and he lived up to the exceptional customer service that the reviews gave.Nick was prompt, professional and gave on-time service! After making the decision to purchase the waterless tank, along came Adam and Hayder in a timely manner to install our new tank. They too were very professional and they took the time to go over everything they did. They cleaned up as they left. I can't say enough great things about all 3 of them!!! I would highly recommend this company for any issues you might have with your plumbing. Thank you Nick , Adam and Hayder for making this a exceptional experience.

Not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional plumbing company I've dealt with. The owner who came by for the estimate was extremely easy-going and friendly. He walked me through the job from beginning to end, and they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling.

We called to have them replace a sump pump that wasn't working. They had a tech come out to replace it, on May 28. We thought everything was ok until my husband went downstairs, 2+ weeks ago and recovered our basement flooded from all of the rain we had during that time. Has incurred thousands of dollars due to, and I quote the owner of the business, he installed the wrong pump. the tech come back out, replaced the pump with the appropitiate pump. The techs response was you have too much water!
We are now in week 3 of this nightmare and have learned the damage includes our water heater.
this was our family room, that had over 25 years of furniture, my deceased parents items, etc.
Now, the damage includes our water heater.
On top of the original thousands of dollars in damage.

They came out to determine where a shower was leaking. they found 2 spots and mr handyman made the fixes. according to ald they have a 30 day guarantee. what they don't tell you is it's only guaranteed if they come back and find additional issues. so my shower still leaks and there is no 30 day guarantee. $425 down the drain.

Calhoun used to be an excellent company and we used them a number of times with good outcomes. However. my last experience with them left me with over $10K in damage and the realization that the management of this company has all but disappeared.
Calhoun was called out to replace a sink trap and clear out the clog from the drain line in a second floor bathroom. In attempting to clear the line, pipe located behind the wall was gouged. I was told they would need to return the next day to repair it. Come next day, I called the office to see what time the plumbers would be returning to find out that no one there was aware that this had occurred. When the plumbers finally did return, they determined the only way to fix what they broke was to remove my toilet, cut a hole in the drywall and attach the drain line to the main stack. They felt this solution was very clever. Unfortunately, this solution also broke piping joints further down the line and the first shower of the following day emptied out right into my kitchen ceiling (apparently they did not think to check all the additional water lines after they made their fix). It took them over a week to repair this damage AND had the gall to charge me for it. Each time I called the office to ensure people were coming to complete the repairs, I was met with confusion. No one there seemed to have any idea what was going on in my house and that I expected people to return to repair the damage!
Meanwhile, in all this time, none of the plumbers had ever chased the water they were leaking all over my house and, as such, it was pooling in my basement bathroom. When we finally noticed the smell, the dry wall was so saturated you could easily stick a finger through it.
In order to fix the mess Calhoun had created I had to make an insurance claim and my insurer felt it necessary to send out a damage remediation and restoration company. It took almost 4 weeks and $12K to repair what Calhoun did to my house. I would not wish that kind of negligence on any one.

charged us to snake the main line, broke the sewer line, wanted to charge for more work, we agreed, then they were no call no show. lost money and ended up with broken pipe. Promised several times they would be out and finish work that day, when they never showed we called and called and they never answered or returned calls. Other reviews say no contractor license, wish we had saw that before.
