Best Heater Repair in Cleveland OH

I hired Buckeye plumbing to install a kitchen sink and faucet set I bought from Costco (whose quality of products I find to be excellent) for my 83 year old mother in her home in Akron. Because of poor communication on their part, I thought I would let others know their policies
(1) they charge a $75 fee for coming out, and if you accept their bid to do the work, it is not credited to the job. Based on this lack of information up front, they agreed to refund us $37.50 of that show up fee.
(2) Although when my 4'10 95 lb mother found a week later that when she turned on the hot water it leaked - she made the normal assumption that it was a problem from the previous week installation. However, Buckeye plumbing insists on charging $75 to come back out regardless of what the origin of the problem is.
(3) Even though they agreed to do the installation - which in our case they charged $350 for installing the sink/faucet we supplied- they only guarantee the complete job if you buy the materials from them. Hence they assume that anything that goes wrong is the materials and not their plumbing work unless you can prove to them otherwise.

In summary, they answer the phone promptly, they show up when they say they will, and the owner called me back to explain all of the above -after the fact. I gave a 2 star rating because they should explain everything up front, I think over $450 in the end to install a sink/faucet is too expensive, and they charge extra for basic customer service.

Stan was polite and professional until he received my money then he became rude and uncooperative about fixing his mess. Many of the items that were incomplete were code issues. He rushed to get the job done in one day, not only did he leave many important items undone, he caused extensive water damage to my kitchen ceiling which ultimately had to be replaced. Never would I recommend this man. Honestly, I feel ripped off and if I didn't have to apply one star I would give none!

We had a leak from plumbing connected to our tub&shower. The leak caused damage to our 1st-floor kitchen ceiling. Thanks to  Bob McHugh for responding to our call &scheduling the repair. The leak was serious.  Greg and Craig arrived on time & fixed the leak as if they were superheroes.,well organized and so efficient. Had a strange leak. John showed up and diagnosed it. It wasn't easy to diagnose but he stuck with it. Had to cut wall to verify and he was right on the mark. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I thought it was the shower. He said it was the sink drain. He was right

Our main stack had a large crack and needed replaced. Andrew and Tim were here right on schedule and did the job right. They were meticulous and careful to not create a mess. Andrew explained every step and also showed us some other potential problems but nothing to scary. I highly recommend Plumb Nation!

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a plumber! They went above and beyond to get my pipes back in order. I have always used my cities sewer department and Roto Rooter in the past, the 24hr availability is nice but the pricing can get outrageous and the last visit at my house the professionalism was seriously lacking and inappropriate. I got honest answers and realistic prices and will be using them in the future for all my repairs and maintenance.

Hired Geisel to install some fixtures and fix some mistakes another company made. Geisel got the job done, showed up when they said they would, and were respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. If you want it done right the first time - call Geisel.

The technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and polite! I selected a two year furnace and A/C plan and they have not missed calling me to set up my spring and fall checkups!

Hired to install a utility sink in the laundry room. Very polite and wore a mask the entire time he worked. Flexible in his thinking and willing to go with an unorthodox set-up to make our plumbing situation work. Reasonable with pricing even though the job took longer than expected as he needed to buy some extra parts. Will definitely hire again to do some plumbing work for my mom.

We used VIP plumbing during a major home renovation and throughout the whole process the entire team was professional, skilled and timely.  They were immediately responsive to any follow up requests as well.  Recently we experienced major issues with our sewer line and the team responded to both situations within an hour and worked diligently to repair and replace a 60 year old system that presented many challenges without a glitch during rain, snow and tons of mud.  My husband and I have appreciated their hard work throughout all of our projects, I can't say enough positive things about the entire crew and we have worked with every single team member.  Thank you VIP for getting our home in top notch shape and taking such great care of us!

Great service. Fast, on time. He helped to troubleshoot an issue with my smart thermostat not working. Discovered it is indeed a defective thermostat and not the connections or wiring. And showed me how to hot-wire the AC to stay on until I receive a replacement thermostat device. Highly recommend!

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Called them to replace a toilet at a rental that was not working while I was out of town. No call no show TWICE! To make it better the following week (out of town for a wedding again and probably more than I would be able to do myself anyway) downstairs tenant had a leak coming through the ceiling call about 10 plumbing places on Saturday 4 pm and they are the only one I can get ahold of... reluctantly I decided to give them another chance and made it known the previous week they were a no call no show.. someone was supposed to show up between 10 am and 2 pm... I called 3 times throughout the day, Noon was told someone would be there around 2. I called again at 2 and they said they were finishing another job and we're headed there shortly, I called again at 3:30 and again got that someone would be there shortly. Save your time and call someone else bc they won't show up anyway.
