I will remain a devoted customer to Buckeye Plumbing.  (a few years ago) They had facilitated a replacement well, which is never a good thing.  They were able to work with me and do some sort of financing.  Very pleased with the service we received.

Stan and Kevin did a great job on a leak in the bathtub pipes. Thought this was going to be a disaster but thanks to theses gentlemen it was handled within a reasonable amount of time much to our satisfaction for an affordable price.  I would definitely call this company for my future plumbing needs.

Owner, Bob, came out after a few days of calling, and he's come out before. One plumber I called said, in two weeks. Unfortunately, the singing and gurgling sink didn't  make a peep when Bob was here. But he did see that the compression tank over the hot water heater was leaning because it was full. So a few days later he sent two other plumbers, Jake and Cam, to replace the tank. It was a quick job. Again tho, the sink didn't sing. So five stars for promptness and concern for my plumbing issue.

Had a strange leak. John showed up and diagnosed it. It wasn't easy to diagnose but he stuck with it. Had to cut wall to verify and he was right on the mark. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I thought it was the shower. He said it was the sink drain. He was right

Our main stack had a large crack and needed replaced. Andrew and Tim were here right on schedule and did the job right. They were meticulous and careful to not create a mess. Andrew explained every step and also showed us some other potential problems but nothing to scary. I highly recommend Plumb Nation!

My last experience with Plumbing Source was not positive but they made efforts to rectify the situation. I appreciate that and am satisfied with the outcome.

Dave (from Hann) came out today to install a water heater. arrived on time and without issue (despite the Opening Day nonsense in the Gateway District). Dave was super-professional and kept us updated as he worked and kept his workspace clean and tidy.

We really didn't shop price, so I can't speak to what their charges are compared to others, but I was pleased by Hann's (Dave's) workmanship and professionalism.

I'll definitely call Hann first if I need HVAC/ plumbing service in the future.

Hired to install a utility sink in the laundry room. Very polite and wore a mask the entire time he worked. Flexible in his thinking and willing to go with an unorthodox set-up to make our plumbing situation work. Reasonable with pricing even though the job took longer than expected as he needed to buy some extra parts. Will definitely hire again to do some plumbing work for my mom.

Huge ripped off, my shower head broke and I can not turn it off so I called VIP plumbing. The guy came same day afternoon fixed it&replaced the filter and billed me $269. I should ask a quite ahead because I never expect they will asking that much... He spend half hour and one part( worth $30) top and charged $268. Don't get them!

My husband and I made an appointment at Litt's for February 22, 2022 to look and pick out a kitchen sink and faucet.  We had a young girl who appeared fairly new she had to stop and ask other's question while helping us. We were there at least 2 hours picked out the sink and faucet. She wrote down what we picked out and handed it to us. I said dont you need to make a copy and take our name and number and she laughed and said Yes Of Course and then said she would give to owner and 'someone will call you'.
Today is April 16,2022 and no-one has called us. I understand if you are backed on orders and busy but no-one can call and say anything like we didn't forget you and we want your business? .
No I didn't call them I wanted to see how long or if they ever would. In the meantime we took our business elsewhere and already have the sink and faucet.

When our AC unit went down the day before the forecast called for a heatwave, I went into panic mode. After about a dozen calls to companies that wouldn't be available until July (!!!) I was relieved to hear back from Anthony through Yelp, telling me he would be available the next day. He was on-time, professional and persistent in solving all the various issues that sprouted up due to the neglected state of the air conditioning unit. I appreciated that he did not immediately (or at all) try to up-sell me on a new unit or upgrades. My rooftop AC was a pain to get to and my building is difficult to navigate, but he maintained a positive attitude and sense of humor throughout the process. When we were unable to get it all sorted out during his initial visit, he vowed to return the next morning (before the heatwave struck) and then told me he had been troubleshooting it in his head throughout the night. After being forced to spend entirely too much time with me, both on the roof and in my crawl space, Anthony nailed down all the problems and remained to make sure the unit was up and running properly. His prices were incredibly reasonable and the results of his work, perfection! As I sit here in my comfortably cool apartment unit while the sun burns down outside, I am grateful to Anthony and happy to recommend him to anyone in need of AC repair!

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Called them to replace a toilet at a rental that was not working while I was out of town. No call no show TWICE! To make it better the following week (out of town for a wedding again and probably more than I would be able to do myself anyway) downstairs tenant had a leak coming through the ceiling call about 10 plumbing places on Saturday 4 pm and they are the only one I can get ahold of... reluctantly I decided to give them another chance and made it known the previous week they were a no call no show.. someone was supposed to show up between 10 am and 2 pm... I called 3 times throughout the day, Noon was told someone would be there around 2. I called again at 2 and they said they were finishing another job and we're headed there shortly, I called again at 3:30 and again got that someone would be there shortly. Save your time and call someone else bc they won't show up anyway.
