Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Cleveland OH
LIFESAVERS! Charlie's drain service checks so many great boxes!
- Timely! We had an after hours emergency situation with a basement flooded with sewage. We called Allen's Drain Service first based on a recommendation. They said they would call back within an hour. Over an hour later, no call. Called them back and again they said it would be soon. We gave up and looked up Charlie's. They called back within 20 minutes, told us exactly what we needed to do until they could get their, and were there ASAP!
- Professional! Very nice people and super easy to work with.
- PRICED RIGHT! They did an excellent job on the drains, and the cost was HALF of what I thought it would be. Worth every penny for the service you get.
I will not use anyone else except Charlie's for any plumbing issues! Highly recommended!

Had a strange leak. John showed up and diagnosed it. It wasn't easy to diagnose but he stuck with it. Had to cut wall to verify and he was right on the mark. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I thought it was the shower. He said it was the sink drain. He was right

We had moved to the area from not only a week earlier and had no idea of who to call when we had a plumbing issue. I decide to use yelp and in reading the reviews we selected to call Plumbing Excellence. Anthony was friendly and immediately provided a sense of confidence that he'd be here and our issue resolved. He managed our expectations with regards to his timing and upon arrival assessed the situation and made the repairs. He provided insights into our new home and some of the unique systems we were not used to as well as referrals to those who specialize in those systems. Being a hospitality professional for over 25 years, I'd rate his service as beyond expectations and excellent!

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone. He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here. He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone. And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient. I will definitely use Jay again.

I needed a 10' outdoor gas line run for a future generator, and hired Geisel HVAC to do the work.
On Day 1, two technicians came from Geisel HVAC in Elyria (one did all the work and the second tech was a go-fer) they spent 1 hour trying to break loose the couplings on the gas meter. I was told to call Columbia Gas Co., and have them replace the meter. Columbia Gas replaced the meter and locked it out until the work from Geisel was completed.
On Day 2, Geisel worked for 5 hours, completing the pipe work and a leak check; they found a leak at the furnace gas valve. The furnace was installed (by them) 2 years earlier and was still under full warranty, and repair was completed. I called Columbia Gas to have them inspect and turn on the gas. Columbia Gas noted that the Geisel job failed to 1)install to-code a pipe sleeve through the house wall for the gas line, and 2)still needed to paint the outdoor above-ground pipeline. So, the work was red-tagged, and we were still without gas service.
On Day 3, Geisel came back to fix the code violations that required cutting out the new line they had just installed going into the house, and putting a sleeve over that new gas line plus paint the outdoor line. They worked 3 1/2 hours. After completing all work I was presented with a bill that listed 12 hours total of labor. After reviewing my security cameras for time (start/finish) I disputed their labor quote, pointing out the 3rd day of work was done because Geisel's techs didn't follow code, and had to re-do their work. Speaking with Zach, the tech's manager, plus his supervisor, they adamantly refused to adjust the total labor charge.
This is just a heads-up, that Geisel doesn't seem to know the plumbing codes or reconsider their error in charging for labor. I have read reviews on Geisel in the past that were negative, but Geisel would respond to the reviewer to make you think it was the customer's fault. Well, you can decide, next time you hire them and they inflate the price to cover their mistakes.
Update: Within a week of this review Geisel HVAC operations manager reached out to me after seeing this YELP review and refunded me a dollar amount relative to six hours of the labor charge. I feel this is a satisfactory adjustment.

Our boiler was running continuously and then all of a sudden it shut off. Troy came to look. Said we needed a part and a clean. We were misquoted for the cleaning. At the diagnostic appointment , Troy said it would be around $90 and the next day it was like 200 and something. Two weeks after we had completed a $500+ repair the issue started back up again. I called back to see if he could come back and Josh (owner I assume) was very pleasant and said he could send someone back and he remembered the job but didn't confirm my address. I called him back within hours and text him to see if he could come sooner but I never heard back from him. A different company was able to come and diagnose the issue saying that a valve wasn't completely closed and that there was water going into the boiler which had to be drained which was the source of my issue. It cost us $150. Very dissatisfied.

I had a leaking shower with holiday guests arriving in two days. Patrick was able to meet my need in time for guests! Professional! Great guy! Great service! Cleaned up! Reasonable price!!! Highly recommend! He's now my go-to guy for plumbing and gas needs.

They came out and quoted a hot water tank replacement. The pricing was decent but the technician was not wearing a mask when he came to my door so I had to request him to put one on. Please take Covid-19 Seriously as I am an elder.

I just had Wyatt Works come out to my home to address a water backup emergency in our new home. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with their immediate response and how professional their technicians are. Ben C. was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and gave great advice to help mitigate any future issues. I would highly recommend this company (and Ben!!) and will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs!!

Called Killeen Plumbing 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon regarding a mishap with a pair of glasses being flushed down a toilet. Terry arrived within the hour and was kind, polite, conscientious and went above and beyond just getting those glasses dislodged from the pipe. Highly recommend Killeen, and if possible, request Terry.

We were made to use these plumbers from our home insurance to fix 3 low pressure faucets. 2 technicians came. One technician fixed the 2 faucets with no issue. However the other technician Kevin in trying to asses the low pressure issue with the kitchen faucet proceeded to snap and break off the pull-out spray handle using Channellock type pliers. If that was not enough he then allowed the spray hose to fall back into the main unit spout where it became stuck. He then spent 30 minutes using needle nose pliers and a flathead screwdriver in a futile attempt to retrieve the broken off connector and spray hose, scratching up the main unit in the process. Eventually he gave up, declared that he broke it, and that the company will cover the cost for the same or comparable brand model. The model is discontinued from the manufacturer. We contacted the owner/manager TOM who never apologized, WAS VERY RUDE TO MY WIFE, NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS and sent in a fraudulent report to our insurance that this is normal wear and tear. KEVIN BROKE IT BEFORE KNOWING WHAT THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM WAS. Our insurance will cover a basic and cheapest replacement unit. TOM and Axis Plumbing refused to cover the difference for the comparable model despite us reaching out to him through phone and emails. Tom is knowingly lying to the insurance protect his own interest which is FRAUD. We spent $75 for the service call for them to break our faucet and now we have to buy a new one for their mistake. TOTAL COST OF THEIR MISTAKE APPROXIMATELY $1000.
Do NOT ever use these plumbers. Late to appointment, extremely arrogant, broke our property, now refusing to fix it or make it right.
Attached are photos of KEVIN breaking our faucet, the broken spray handle with damage to the main unit, and the last photo showing a non-broken, working spray handle from our matching other unit for comparison.

Amazing service. My AC unit wasn't working so I got on Yelp to find a company and A's heating and cooling was one of 4 options. A's heating and cooling company was the quickest to respond and actually show up on time as he promised Anthony you were great thank you for fixing my AC unit so fast and showing up my house even faster.

I just replaced the washer and dryer in my Mom's house; when we ran the first load, water backed up on the floor. Called (based on a recommendation) to ask for help.
We might be able to get someone out by Friday.
It's Wednesday, so this is a problem. Can you recommend someone good who might be able to come out quicker?
I couldn't tell you how busy anyone else might be.
Could you give me a name?
I'm down a plumber, I have to go, I'm sorry I can't help you.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Called them to replace a toilet at a rental that was not working while I was out of town. No call no show TWICE! To make it better the following week (out of town for a wedding again and probably more than I would be able to do myself anyway) downstairs tenant had a leak coming through the ceiling call about 10 plumbing places on Saturday 4 pm and they are the only one I can get ahold of... reluctantly I decided to give them another chance and made it known the previous week they were a no call no show.. someone was supposed to show up between 10 am and 2 pm... I called 3 times throughout the day, Noon was told someone would be there around 2. I called again at 2 and they said they were finishing another job and we're headed there shortly, I called again at 3:30 and again got that someone would be there shortly. Save your time and call someone else bc they won't show up anyway.

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....
