Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Cleveland OH

I'd give them a 10 if they had that rating.  Extremely professional.  Focused on doing the work the right way.  Not in a hurry - just focused on quality work.  They've installed a replacement shower faucet(not easy) and 2 hot water tanks.  Completely satisifed.  I've lived in my house for 30 years and have many plumbers in and out.  I will only call Mike for any future work.

Joe (plumbing) is great!  Dependable and hard working. He's done great work for us; installing a sink snd 2 toilets. He insists on doing things the right way the first time, to avoid potential problems down the road. We highly recommend him.

We recently hired Bob and his team to run a new gas line and install a gas log insert into our existing fireplace. Bob came out to get an estimate and came up with a plan that worked really well for our old Cleveland Height house. Greg and Craig came out this week to do the installation. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we are so happy to finally enjoy our fireplace. Additionally,  its excellent to know that we have plumbers that we can trust.

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone.  He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here.  He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone.  And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient.  I will definitely use Jay again.

We hired Jeff and his handsome pup Seldon to install our swimspa.  LOL.   Jeff was half the price of the big companies.   He did a great job, and we would highly recommend them!!!!

I called for a service due to a 30 psi valve not sealing. I did not receive a quote until the valve and expansion tank were removed. I was charged 400 for changing a 20 dollar valve and a 30 dollar tank. Total time on job 1 hour. I was ripped off. I asked for a ball park quote 3 times before the system was taken apart. I didn't get one until after. I will never call this company again. I am going to fill out a negative BBB complaint. I am a senior citizen and a retired veteran. The replacement of the tank involved removing 1 nut and the replacement of the valve required the removal of 2 nuts.

So unprofessional. I dont see how some people have businesses and if they do how they keep them. Unresponsive. Would not recommend to anyone.

I recently moved into a new home and the sump pump was definitely a do-it-yourself job that I had no faith in. I tried to give it a go, and it was keeping up pretty well with all the rain we've been getting. That was until yesterday morning, when I woke up and a problem surfaced. I called around in a panic to find someone who could come out and service/install a sump pump that day before the rains came again. I called the office, talked to a rep and they said a tech can come out and service/replace the unit before lunchtime. She even gave me a $50 off coupon even though I didn't know to ask for it. Jamal came out before noon, assessed the job, and only installed what I needed; he didn't try to oversell me. The workmanship was good quality, and he even fixed a leaky pipe in another area of my basement without charging extra. The price of a new installed sump pump was very high compared to just the price of the pump, but I considered it a necessary evil because they came out right away and put it in. I recommend WyattWorks and will use them again.

My tenant reported a backed up sink and toilet. They were very nice on the phone. The team got in and fixed the clog quickly. May tenant was very happy with the service.

I used Beck for quite a few things in a house and apartment I purchased this spring. Easily spent $15k-$20K with them. New generator, wiring updates, phone line installation, ceiling fan installations.  They were out here close to 10 times.  Lots of positive experiences.  Some minor issues early on that Josh made allowances for which was much appreciated, but some negative ones that were sent to Josh via email to which he has decided to not respond.  The good -Installation and wiring is largely professional. -Staff is polite -Josh pretty responsive -Office staff is great to deal with  Struggles -Left gate open, letting dogs out to roam for hours, no apology acknowledgement. -Generator breaker box looks like a beaver chewed it, no offer to fix -Trim on house not re-secured properly when installing phone lines -No show/no call for appointment -$150 travel charge every time that is not credited to work done (I live close to the office not sure how that $150 is justified) -Cross wired a switch box that was a fire hazard.  I don't want to hammer Josh too hard here, as he has done some good work and made efforts to fix mistakes, but I really work to support small businesses and when the owner shuts me down, declines to respond to my concerns when I call him, he creates a frustrated customer.

This company is AWESOME!  Honest with the situation and what our options were to get the job done quickly and correctly.   Price was exactly what I expected to pay - reasonable and worth every $  Thanks again for the great job.

this place is terrible!  have a brand new home and they didn't hook anything up correctly plus made me wait all day and then didn't show up to do the job!  on top of it, their people are rude and obnoxious and they are way overpriced!

BUYER BEWARE.  I called this Minority owned company, Brown and Son, on or around 03/24/23, in good faith,  to come out and fix an electric baseboard heater where it was not working.  Brown and Son came out charged me $85.00 just to come out and find that the baseboard heater needed a thermostat.    It took a week for Brown and Son to order and receive the thermostat .   When Brown and Son came out, the thermostat which they replaced was wrong color, and wrong size. and the knobs fall off when you turn the heater on.   I called Brown and Son on 03/30/23 and requested the original thermostat because it matched what was taken off the  system and a perfect fit.  David Brown stated they threw it away and could not find.  I went to use the heater on 04/03/23 and the knobs fell off and when you touch the replacement part, the whole thing sinks in.  I called Mr. David Brown to explain to Mr. Brown the problem, and David Brown was RUDE, IRATE, and HUNG UP, and BLAMED The consumer for the problem.  As a professional, business owner,  this is a disgrace.

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

Wife called as we live right down the street for a dryer repair.  On the phone were very rude. Asked the year of our dryer we were not sure and got up in arms about knowing. Honestly, how are you still in business? Take your money elsewhere.
