Had a toilet mishap over this past week. Issue was fixed very fast and cost effective. Mackin and Sons will be the first on my list to call if I ever need additional help.

Came out for a estimate in June 2020. Nate the sales representative was very short and spent maybe 5 minutes in my home. Threw a verbal quote of $3k for a furnace and offered to do a gas line relocation for free if I agreed to the job. He hurried and had no interest in listening to me. Said he would call me and send me an email with estimate. Never heard a thing for over 2 months. Called the office today to see why I never received a quote as I am if I am finalizing my estimates before winter. Turns out he did not have my name, number, and email right in the system. Was told by the representative that answered the phone I would receive a quote by email. For once the quote actually came and was not $3k. Poor customer service and cannot ever keep their quotes correct.

McHugh's Plumbing is awesome! Professional and courtious.  Had an issue with our sump pump and got service the same day.  All fixed in record time.

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone.  He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here.  He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone.  And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient.  I will definitely use Jay again.

I've recently started a kitchen renovation project and found myself a little out of my element. After ripping down my cabinets and soffits I was left with a bunch of giant holes in the wall and an electrical mess behind the scenes. I reached out to PICH Company on Yelp and Joe responded that he could help me out with some patch work and a new light above the sink.

I'm really happy I ended up reaching out for him to come help me out. He came over and ended up running a dedicated line into my kitchen before adding a few extra outlets and a light box above the sink that I wanted. Because he's a licensed plumber, he was also able to fix a leaky gas line as well as the sink waste pipe that was quite old and leaky. The patch work turned out excellent also despite the mixed, awkward depth of plastering that he had to match up with.

The work is excellent and the basic, patch work I needed turned into something even better with me having far more faith in what was previously a very dated kitchen. Thanks, Joe!

Hired them to caulk the shower in our bathroom. After about 3 months half the caulk in the shower didn't hold and needed to be fixed again. They said it would be the same price as what I paid originally as they only have a 30 day warranty. What happened to doing the job right the first time....

We have used them for sewer clean out, plumbing stoppage, and boiler repair & maintenance. But the key is they are always willing to come out when you need them. We had a flood just as Pandemic began and everything was shut down, but our basement was filling up fast and at 4am they came out and fixed issue fast!! Love these guys.

Super nice guy. But in the end he wrongly Installed a boiler. I paid him $3000 and I paid someone else to correct it for another $3000. I asked him to rectify it have not heard anything back

My tenant reported a backed up sink and toilet. They were very nice on the phone. The team got in and fixed the clog quickly. May tenant was very happy with the service.

I called Beck electric to get an estimate on some work I needed done (about a 7k dollar job). They came out to give me an estimate. The guy looked over what I needed done and said he'd have an estimate for me in a couple days. A week passed and I called the office to see if they had my estimate yet and they said they'll get right back to me with it. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. Don't waste your time IMO.

Response; You guys did not mail or email me my estimate. You came out on 4/20/22 with a technician named J. Reed. I followed up on 4/26 or 4/27 with the office, (CANT remember exact date) and was told I would hear from you guys shortly. NEVER GOT ANOTHER RESPONSE. Maybe this event is an outlier but this is my experience. I still have the text messages in my phone from when you came out if you can't find me in your system. I just hate to have my time wasted and that's really all my experience with you guys have been.

This company is AWESOME!  Honest with the situation and what our options were to get the job done quickly and correctly.   Price was exactly what I expected to pay - reasonable and worth every $  Thanks again for the great job.

Have been giving the run around for months. It's now 105 degrees inside our business and they still keep giving us different days they're going to come. Extremely unprofessional and the customer service reps, aside from Rose, are extremely rude and unhelpful. Literally go anywhere else.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Able to come out with short notice to manage an electrical outage. Strongly recommend.

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

Wife called as we live right down the street for a dryer repair.  On the phone were very rude. Asked the year of our dryer we were not sure and got up in arms about knowing. Honestly, how are you still in business? Take your money elsewhere.
