Our water heater failed on the weekend. Queen city was the most responsive of the seven plumbers that I contacted. Their price was the best. Their workmanship was absolutely superb. I could not recommend a more highly.

The guys with drain smith are amazing. Fair pricing that you would trust sending them to your moms house. They came very quickly and tried for almost 1&1/2 hrs to unclog my main line. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend them!  They also offer great rates on drain lining instead of digging. I'll be using them for this in the future.

I have used him several times at multiple properties and Jeremy has never failed to get the job job completed quickly and at a fair price.  I always know when he is on the job my problems will soon be gone. Thanks for always giving 100 percent every time I need you!

When you call them for a smaller job they come out and give you a price 3x higher than any other plumber will charge. Then they charge you 55$ for coming out and grossly over quoting you.

Had a 40 gallon gas water heater installed the other day at their LOW FLAT RATE PRICING.
Quote was $1200.00.  Gave me 50.00 dollars off for not having to haul it off. If that sounds
LOW to you please get at least two other quotes. Oh by the way they did drop another $50.00
off the bill just to make me feel like I got a good deal. It didn't work.I couldn't change the stars. Two at best.

Over priced by $300 to evaluate the plumbing issue. Tried to come up with other issues on their evaluation. Declined all options they were trying to sell me on. Hours later, they sent a cleanup crew for an extra expense without notice. EXTREMELY a overpriced and unprofessional. Price gauging!

I have used AHP on over half a dozen occasions between my home and for my mom's place. I have mixed emotions about this business.

Pros:
- Local family owned business
- They do quality work

Cons:
- Unless you have an emergency, expect a wait of up to a week for service. On more than one occasion I had to choose a different plumber because I needed service sooner than they could arrive.
- They are a bit expensive based on other services I have used. And make sure you check the time the workers arrive, I once was almost charged an extra half hour of labor until I challenged the bill.

You simply cannot do better than Lonneman plumbing. I have used them for over 6 years and trust them completely. I recently had a water pipe burst in my basement and they were on site within 30 minutes of my call.  Work is excellent and pricing more than fair.

This was my first time using such a service so didn't have anything to compare it to. With that said, i do prefer any one coming into my house who's there to work wear boot covers when walking on my floors especially my brand new carpet. i was impressed with the amount of dust, dirt and filth the vent cleaning service yielded i was not so thrilled when i learned all but one of the vents were cleaned. i learned this after the fact and didnt mention it so thats on me. i think.  Ryan the guy who made my appointment was helpful in informing me what was going to be done and i would recommend these guys and id use them again. (next time ill remember the vent behind the couch)

We CME install a sewer liner, and they were exceptional. Very highly recommend CME if you never want to worry about your sewer line ever again. The entire crew was incredibly efficient, and it was a pleasure working with Craig and Jake. They made the experience completely stress-and-hassle-free. Craig even offered to do some light internal plumbing free of charge for us! The CME crews are all seasoned liner installers who have specialized in this and honed the craft. It definitely shows.

Scheduled an appointment to replace an aging but still functional water heater approximately ten days in advance.  Received a courtesy call from the company the evening before reminding me of the appointment and the time at which I could expect the plumber (Josh) to arrive.  Josh arrived on time and completed the installation in just under the estimated time I was given when scheduling the service.  The job required re-routing both the gas and water lines, which Josh handled with ease.  He was prompt, efficient, very friendly and highly professional.  Upon completion of the work, Josh took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the operation of the water heater in great detail and in layman's terminology.  A true professional.  Could not have expected more or been more pleased with his service.  The next time I need a plumber, be assured that I will be calling Geiler and asking for Josh!

I had a frozen pipe on New Years Day... I had major problems finding anyone who could help in a timely manner.  Contacted Plumb Tite, spoke to Keith, who was very helpful and calming.  He set up an appointment within a couple hours to have a plumber at my house.  Fortunately, my water started working after in began to get warmer outside.  I called Keith and canceled my appointment.  Chad, the plumber who was scheduled to my house, contacted me and gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again.  This company is fantastic!  They went above and beyond to help me, even without getting a dime from me.

Give these guys a wide berth.  We were new to the Cincinnati when we made the mistake of giving them a call to fix some plumbing issues in our home.  That was a major newcomer's mistake.  The first time, they sent out a plumber to unclog two drains, and a clogged, and leaking toilet.  After paying around $400, the drains seemed to work, but the toilet continued to leak, and was still stopped up.  I called, and asked them to send the plumber back to fix the toilet.  They sent a different guy, who arrived over an hour late.  Then, he looked, and told us he didn't bring the necessary equipment to unclog the toilet.  He left, to go back to the office, and fetch it.  He was gone for over an hour and a half.  When he got back, he used his equipment to snake out the line.  Altogether, he was at our house for less than one hour.  Two days later, we received a bill for almost $500.  They expected us to pay for the hour he was late, and the hour and a half that he spent fetching the proper equipment.  When I called to speak to the owner, I was told by an extremely rude receptionist that the owner would not talk to us, and if we didn't pay promptly, they would put us into collections (we had only received the bill that day).  These people are strictly out to grab your wallet.  It turns out there are competent plumbers and professional plumbers in the Cincinnati area, it's just not these guys.

We recently had A-Able out to do some electrical work...our electrician's name was Caleb and he did an absolutely amazing job!  Service was quick, friendly and professional.  Most importantly was the fact that when he was done, he made sure that everything was working and that we were satisfied with the results.  We will definitely use them again!!!!

They sent out a plumber to look at my water heater. Without running any tests or even touching my water heater he told me I would need a rebuild that would require a special thermostat to be ordered and would cost $1200. I went and bought everything that was needed for $45 from a plumbing supply store (nothing special about the thermostat) and did the rebuild myself. This didn't fix the problem because there wasn't anything wrong with the water heater in the first place. It was an electrical issue inside the breaker box.

So in short, this company tried to charge me $1200 for a job that took less than an hour and that didn't even need to be done. Beware.
