Dixon Plumbing is a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies who priced the job out of this world. I contacted Dixon after finding them on Yelp. They sent someone out the same day to quote the job where able to start and finish the work one day later. They did and amazing job. The next time I need some work done they will be the only company I call.

We have used this company a few times with no issues. However, there was an issue on the last job they did. All has been resolved to our satisfaction. They have done a good job overall and they aim to please so I recommend Feichtner Plumbing to others.

I had a simple job (run a 240 line for car charger). They gave great service even though it was a small project and had no issues with inspection. Very happy with them.

I work with contractors for my job on a daily basis. It was soooo refreshing to see how RBS conducted business. Great people. Great hearts. And cared about a job done right. Thank you

Matt was great from start to finish.
-Always responsive throughout the process (getting a quote, scheduling the service, and even following-up after to make sure everything is running smoothly)
-Practical (we had 4 different companies give quotes -- he seemed like the most knowledgeable and came up with what seemed like the most logical and cost-effective approach to the problem. He still provided various detailed quotes for many different options and left the decision up to us. )
-Integrity (he just wanted to help us fix the problem, was never trying to upsell, and was invested in getting the problem fixed the right way).
He followed up after fixing the problem (which had been a broken AC) and I let him know our heater was not working a month later (typical Cincinnati weather). He was concerned it was related to their work (it wasn't), and came out to check things out and diagnosed it for us for free.
Having just moved into our very old house and already encountered countless problems and contractors, Matt was definitely the best we've worked with. We will be using him for many years to come.

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it. Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

I needed a garbage disposal removed and sink repaired, so I called several places. All estimates were about the same, but G&K seemed the most friendly and professional on the phone, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he said he would, and his work was great. It ended up costing less that the estimate. I plan to call them again if I ever need plumbing work in the future.

Water was backing up called them and got a same day appointment on a late holiday weekend. They were great and here immediately to fix the issue.

I called two other recommended plumbers for my urgent leak, one could come in 7 days and one could could come in the morning as my basement continued to flood.
Called roto rooter and I could barely make it home from work before they got there. Amazing speed and service. Quoted and paid $180 for a new toilet water line, $1 over my wife's estimate and hundreds less than I thought I was in for.
Kudos to this great company!

I had CME Sewer to come out to look at a broken sewer line. The Sales Manager was friendly. He took my email address to send me an estimate. That's been 2 weeks ago. So I called a couple of days ago he said he would get it to me and I'm still waiting. Time to move on to another company. I guess they don't need or want my business. I really liked what he had to say and wanted them to do my work. Very disappointed!!!!!!

This review is well over due! Our experience with Midwestern Plumbing was nothing but positive.
The members of our family were enjoying lukewarm showers for about a week before I took action. After doing some major research which consumed 6 whole minutes of my Saturday evening I diagnosed the problem. The heating element of our water heater finally gave up the ghost and had to be replaced. After having a company, which I will not disclose, come out and fix our cold shower situation, we left for a 8 day family vacation. We returned home from vacation to find a water bill of $285 which is usually $35 and a electric bill of $800 and still no hot water. I was convinced, with out a doubt, that our generous donation to Clermont county and Duke energy was a result of the heating element in our water heater not being installed correctly. The company sent out a different employee to inspect the previous service person's handy work. The second service person started the investigation with questions like has your electric bill gone up recently and what does your water bill look like. After a 30 second question and answer session, he informed us we had a water leak and the company he represented did not offer that service.
That day I spent a little more time doing some of my world famous research and contacted 4 plumbers. I explained to all four our situation, we live in a house built on a slab with no crawl space and we have a water leak. It was then explained to me that before they could help I needed to reach out to American leak detection to find where in the slab the leak was located. To no fault of their own, American Leak Detection came out and because of possible multiple breaks couldn't pin point where the leak was! The silver lining is we didn't get charged but the down side was we had no idea where the leak was. The gentleman that came out gave us Midwestern Plumbing's name and contact information. I reached out to Midwestern and the previous 4 companies. After giving these 5 companies the new found details of our already fantastic story I was given some less than fantastic news. Two companies tapped out early in round 2. One company was super confident that they did not need to come over and just gave me an estimate, that seemed too low to be true, over the phone. The fourth company told me he couldn't give me an estimate until after he started the work. The fifth company, Midwestern Plumbing, set up an appointment with me to look at the job. John Von Holle was out the next day. He was on time and handled himself professionally. A couple days later he emailed us a quote. We went with Midwestern Plumbing because they were the most professional out of the five and seemed very knowledgeable. The two plumbers from their company were clean cut, personable and knew what they were doing. They found the leak quickly and fixed it without doing half of the work the other companies were planning on doing. It's been three months and everything is still great. Hopefully we won't need a plumber any time soon but if we do there isn't any other company I would call. I highly recommend Midwestern Plumbing.

I own a 1 year old home and I had an issue with sewage coming into the basement. Gentry was brought to the home by the builder to find the issue, first day he came out completely with a snake to remove the clog but it was to far for it to reach. He came back a day later with a scope and larger snake so that he could see where the issue was, inspect the pipe per my request, and remove any clogs. He snaked the drain and left, and as I was not home and remotely gave him access, he was in contact with me the entire time. I did have a couple very minor grievances about the experience, but ultimately were very manageable by myself and not worth harming the reputation of Gentry or it's employees. Their prices are fair, not the best but fair. They are informative and got the job done in a timely manor.

I had a sewer ventilation leak. They came out....did not repair the issue, however charged me $500. You might want to steer clear of these thieves.

After several HVAC companies, we finally found a keeper. Not just fair and honest, but they take the time to so thoroughly check absolutely everything. (example: code came up as faulty gas switch. Over $600 just for the part. Josh took over an hour and 1/2 to run diagnostics and check every little part and wire to see if there was an alternative to buying a whole new switch. Turned out there was, and it was over $500 less. Any one else could've just run the code and been done with it.) And, I appreciate how he walked me through and explained what each part is, what the function is, how one relays to the other, etc. This is the 2nd time I've called them out, 1st was for AC last year, and same thing - honest and reliable service. They are so respectful of the fact that money is tight for some people - you want to know where it's going, and you want to save as much as you can. I would never call anyone else.

We have used Geiler twice in 14 years for some pretty serious plumbing issues. Believe it or not, Matt, a master plumber at Geiler did both of our jobs for us (which says something about the company if their employees stick around). in 2003, they replaced old clay pipes that had broken and developed roots throughout. They dug down 10-12 feet, and replaced the full line from our house to the street. Not something a new homeowner wanted to deal with, but Geiler was honest and the work was done right. Never had a problem after that.
Until, we moved! I thought we had paid our dues in our first home, and our new home was new construction. While very unlikely to get roots in PVC pipes, some shoddy work by the builder, and boom, same problem, all over again 14 years later! Once again, Geiler to the rescue. Matt is an awesome plumber and knows his stuff. He prioritized our work (we had limited use of water in our house otherwise) and got the job done quickly, with quality work. He provided a full write-up so we could take it to the builder to try and get some recourse. I highly recommend!

Great job, very prompt, showed up within 3 hours as promised. Then they price gouged me. 15 minutes of work, a $5 pvc elbow $470. Thanks, but I'll check elsewhere next time. I didn't read the reviews prior to calling these guys, but I wish I had. He commented on our cars (we have two nice cars), so I totally believe he jacked up the price. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought the charges would be that much....so I never asked up front. Buyer beware.

This plumbing service would receive a zero rating if possible. The staff is unprofessional and their charges are completely out of line with other plumbers. We have had several situations in which we used there services.
The first time we used their service, we have a leak in a wall. They came out and gave us an estimate. They were late to this appointment and were very unprofessional. We used them anyway because they were available to fix the problem immediately. Upon fixing the problem we received a bill for almost twice them amount of the estimate even though no additional work was required.
The second time we used them was a complete disaster. They sent an individual to fix a leak under our house. This individual showed up with no coveralls (trip number one, he had to drive to his house to get the coveralls). When he finally began working, he didn't have any couplings to fix the water leak (trip number two, he had to go to Lowes to get supplies). He didn't appear to know what he was talking about and was heard cursing like a sailor under the floor of our house. After ranting and raving about how difficult a job it was and how much it was going to cost, he left a third time (trip three to Lowes) to get more supplies.
He was at our home for approximately 7 hours and accomplished an hour of actual work. After all of this we decided to call in another plumber. Willouhgby wanted us to pay $110 per hour for time for work that was not being completed. This plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He also completed the job in less than an hour. His cost was less and he was excellent.
Our advice is not to use this plumbing service. You will overpay and they are unprofessional.
