We had such a positive experience with BDP! Our water heat spring a leak Monday evening and after cleaning up the mess I sent a price quote request on Yelp to several companies. Darin was the second company to respond and he was professional and helpful from the start. My husband and I had questions about replacing with another tank vs. tankless and Darin was great with his answers. We felt like the choice was truly ours and even though he mentioned tankless can be a bit easier to install, he didn't push us either way. BDP had a water heater delivered to our house later that morning and the plumbers arrived EARLIER THAN EXPECTED for install that afternoon! My husband wasn't even finished with building a new platform for the tank to sit on and their team was super understanding and professional. We had a great experience and had hot water back within 24 hours of it going out. Thank you so much!! Oh, and did I mention their quote was almost half the cost of a larger company that also responded?? No need to gauge the customer...thank you for that!

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

My family and I moved to the area and needed a plumbing company to install some pipes and record some footage for permits. We weren't familiar with any companies, but found Chris on Yelp. He definitely lives up to his 5 star rating. He is honest, reliable, and extremely responsive.

We contacted him again regarding a gas line we needed moved for a wall heater and he let us know that the job would probably cost more than installing a mini split unit. He discussed all of the options with us and gave us his honest feedback. Thank you so much!

They do really good work, very thorough. They are eye-wateringly expensive though. I was quoted $650 dollars to install a pressure regulator the cost of which was $190. They also have a $160 MINIMUM service charge. So if they come out, and you don't sign up for the work they recommend, you're charged $160 dollars. Two hour minimum charge?

CSR was just what I was looking for. I had a leak in my crawlspace and needed it repaired right away. Ray came for a free estimate and was so thorough about all the details and discussed different options to help make it as affordable as possible. He also was very patient and helped me make an appointment asap even though I was still looking for quotes so that it would be available if I needed it.
Vincent came out and did the actual repair and scoped the line for me and he was great at communicating and was very quick and efficient.
Ray got back to me a few days later to discuss the results of the scope and make sure everything was alright. I really appreciate having a neighborhood plumbing company who is reliable and kind to help whenever it's needed. Thank you CSR!

From start to finish -- was exactly what we had hoped for in having a drinking water reverse osmosis system installed in our home.  David was very responsive, professional, and friendly in all communication and follow-up.  He was patient in answering our questions, as this was new for us and we needed an education to make the best choice.  Scheduling was easy and convenient.  Eugene, the installer, arrived on-time.  He was professional, friendly, and very thorough.  The best part is that my husband *loves* the taste of the water -- even without the alkaline filter!  I was worried about that, as we have been lugging 5-gallon bottles of water purchased from the water store for years and years -- finally Hubby does not have to do this inconvenient, time-consuming, expensive, and physically taxing chore any more -- free at last, with our new reverse osmosis system from WPS.  Life-changing!  Thank you.

10/20/16 Technician Jorge B. Was great....after having called five different plumbers. With no response. I was so happy to find you. We were told 30 minutes. They were true to their word. We thank you and will send any in need of great service your way. Thank you again. So 10/31/16 had to call back. We had been told we had a warranty. I believe 30 days. Not pleased to be charged again. So yeah very nice..... But stand by your work. Charging again kind of take away from your otherwise great service.

Called Joyce Plumbing for a backed up sink, and they were out within a day to fix. Ended up just needing a snake from a roof vent. He also fixed a sink faucet that was low flowing.

Worst service I've ever gotten. The guys who work here are rude, condescending and like to claim their mistakes as acts of God. Called these guys out here to assist a resident of mine, not only did they not fix it and had to come back, the guy knocked out the pilot light by sawing right next to it, then wanted to charge me almost $200 to come out and relight it. The issue was a leak, and the resident had hot water. After these guys left we still had a leak but no hot water. Called to speak to someone the next day and got this woman on the phone who claimed to be the assistant owner, but after researching on their page found out she is just a simple manager. Emailed the owner to let him know we were unhappy and he never responded. These guys take no pride in their work and are quick to dismiss responsibility for their mistakes. Call all American plumbing they actually care and come out for free without charging hundreds of dollars. asap is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Horrible service and company.

Andy and crew came out for an emergency toilet repair job. They pulled the toilet, adjusted for the uneven floor, replaced the flange, and reinstalled the toilet. Did all the work on a last minute emergency call right before the weekend and charged a reasonable price. Very professional and responsive, would call Andy and Team again in the future.

After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

People that care about doing a professional job but realize and understand the realities of working families.  Omar, Noe, Javier and all the guys who worked on the unexpected and major project were informative, reliable and  careful with the surrounding areas.  They kept the project as clean as could be expected and kept it safe for kids nearby when they were done each day.  Much appreciated.

Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection saved the day for me.  I had a bad water leak under my house that was costing me $100s a day from the gas and water department.  He came out the day I called him and gave me a competitive bid.  He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and I trusted him immediately.  I am disabled in a wheelchair on a low income and a severe emergency for me as I had to turn the water off.  He came the next day with the equipment to find the leaks and checked the entire house.   He started work that day with an assistant and they worked two full days to reroute the pipes through the attic which also saved me much money.  It was in El Cajon, CA which is extremely hot so it was a very difficult job.  He is friendly, kind, caring, very respectful, He is  professional and really knows his trade. His written bill spells out his warranty so I feel secure about the transaction.  He is the epitome of a professional and I highly recommend him!  J. H. El Cajon
