Working with Shaun was a great experience. He was friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He showed up in a mask and explained everything that he was going to do. He quickly got to work to fix some ghetto plumbing issues that were outside the drywall. Cleaned and re-routed everything so that I can drywall without any issues. I will definitely be calling again when I need help running a gas line to the BBQ.

The best to be expected. They were prompt, smart and knew exactly what my project needed with their knowledge. Plus they were very fair with the pricing.

I'm going to write a review. Why? Because I'm so tired of contractors coming out to my home after scheduling a time out of my precious days off from work only to have them not even give me a written quote. Maybe it's my airline pilot/engineering background that intimidates them into not wanting to work with me - that stereotypical difficult customer. Fine. Then tell me to find someone else. Chris came out to my house and gave me a verbal quote of around $4000 to upsize my gas line from 3/4 inch to 1 1/4 inch. Chris told me he'd follow up with a written proposal afterwards but nothing came of it. Not even a followup afterwards. We are in contract with another plumbing company, but I figured I would write a review to reflect the annoying lack of followup from companies that have established reputations with Yelp because they pay them more money to be placed at the top of the search list.

We had a semi-emergent leak issue and I called Plumbing Plus. They were out early the next morning. They expeditiously diagnosed and corrected the problem. This entailed correcting a leak under our kitchen floor requiring drilling through our foundation. The work was basically concluded within 10 hours of their arrival. Their employees were friendly, competent, and informative. I would not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing problems.

This company does a fantastic job at ensuring the customer is happy. I had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced, and Joe had someone out the next day working on the issue. Rene worked late into the evening ensuring everything was perfect before leaving. Couldn't have asked for a better company to fix my water heater issue. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, I can always rely on Joe and his team to get the job done.

Our plumber told us we have a slab leak so we called Acculine Leak Detection. They were able to make it out the same day. Chris the technician found our leak in the hallway, and was actually very thorough with the whole detection process.

Our toilet flooded today and I called Joyce Plumbing around 1:44 pm and John answered the call. I asked him if he did work out in the Alpine area and he said yes. I asked if he was available today to take a look and he was thankfully. He was out at my house by 2:20 pm and snaked my main line to my septic tank and was out of there by 3:10 pm. He and his son were very pleasant and professional. I felt he was honest and fair with his pricing. I would recommend him to any of my friends that needed plumbing services. Had a main line leak at the entry to the house and it was not in an easy location to fix. Harold came out the day of the call and came up with a fix that was done well with great quality.

We just had Andy come out to change our hot water heater and we have nothing but praise for his outstanding professionalism.  He came out and gave us an estimate which was much more competitive than anyone else and when he completed the work he stood by the estimate he gave us!  He came on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, and cleaned up the area he was working in.  We would highly recommend Andy and we would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

Nathan Ortiz, an independent owner of Mr. Rooter, is completely a nightmare to do business with him. He promised 3 months warranty for his service-high pressure water jet which is expensive $900 approximately. Once the job is done poorly and charged the amount, he did not honor the promise while we called him to come back to fix the problem that there are lots of oil come out from the drainage. There should not be any oil comes out from the drainage which means Nathan did not do a proper job from the beginning. And he refused to come back to fix the problem and even said he never said there is 3 months warranty for the job.

Absolutely a nightmare to do business with Mr. Rooter especially this individual owner Nathan Ortiz cause they lied to customers which is not acceptable at all.

I normally don't do online reviews for products or companies as I usually ask my wife for help in that area. However, because of the number of plumbers I've unfortunately had to reach out to over the years, as we have an older home, when you come across a great company, with great people, I felt I can take the time and leave a review myself.

I already had quotes in hand from other Plumbing companies to have Pipelining done on a 75ft sewer pipe. By chance, I reached out to Perry Plumbing to help fix a water supply line leak and they heard I was getting ready to do some Pipeling and they asked if they could also provide a quote. I of course said, no problem!

To try to shorten the story, Nathan came out and was very thorough and provided me with a quote in no time at all. Their costs were very reasonable, however, the reason I went with Perry Plumbing for our Pipelining was simply because of the trustworthiness I felt with them and the confidence they have in their product and warranty.

I definitely made the right decision. The pipelining process couldn't have gone smoother. Nathan was the Project Manager and his team that was onsite, led by Zach, were awesome. They were fine with me looking over their shoulders and asking questions all the time as the Pipelining process is pretty fascinating to me.

I still have another 80ft or so of Cast Iron sewer line that will need Pipelining and it feels good knowing that I've already been through the process and that I've got the right company doing the job. Trust me, if you need any plumbing services done give Perry Plumbing your business ... they have a great team over there!
