Jake was quick to respond to my initial request. He was able to get out the same day and have everything done in a short time. His quote was accurate and better than just about everyone else in the area. He was friendly and efficient. I plan on utilizing him again soon. Fully recommend.

Called Darin to do some water heater work for me and he was reasonably priced, extremely responsive (something very important to me) and did excellent work. I've already asked him back to do some more.

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

He was prompt, masked, and professional when I first had him out .. and when I called him again regarding a different issue, he strategized what I could try on my own rather than just coming out and charging me for another service. My tank-less broke because the company that installed it (Tarpy) failed to make sure there was a pressure regulator on the house.  It went out on 12/18, we called Plumbing Plus because they are a certified repair company for the tank-less.  Isahiah was sent to do the repair.  He was fantastic!  He was very knowledgeable and helpful.  He wasn't able to complete the repair immediately because he had to order the parts.  Well the first time he came out there were other issues from leakage and he wasn't able to complete it then either.  
Christmas/weekend happened and still no parts were sent from the tank-less company.  So they finally arrived and he was successful! Isahiah went above and beyond to help us.  He showed me how to clean out the screens in the kitchen faucets too.  I highly recommend Plumbing Plus.

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen and after a few hours of trying to snake it myself with no luck I called CSR.  Ray arrived on the scene and was able to assess the problem start working on it immediately.  He had the drain unclogged in no time and even fixed another issue with our sink.  Ray was polite and professional and provided by far the best plumbing experience i've had in San Diego. CSR will be my go-to company for any future plumbing work.

We just bought a house and ran into some plumbing issues shortly after the sale. We called several companies to come out and take a look at the problem. Above and Beyond was one of those companies. Some other plumbers didn't even show up at the scheduled time. Above and Beyond was very professional. They took a video of the pipes to show us exactly what was going on. Having just bought a house we were a little tight on cash. They not only worked with us to find a solution that worked for us and our budget, they did it quickly so that we can use our water. There was a lot of back and forth as we were trying to figure things out and everyone was courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend them. As their name suggests, they went above and beyond with us!

I live in a condo complex.   ASAP Drain Guys came out and shut down the water to the entire complex when they needed to shut water off to one building.

A neighbor asked what's going on, he said, in between cigarette puffs, that he needed to shut down the water to work on one unit.   Despite other plumbers successfully having done work in the past and needing to shut the water down in only that building.  

We're in our sixth hour of no water with no notice, thanks to ASAP Drain Guys.

After a pipe in my bathroom burst I contacted Andy from Andy's plumbing. He seemed very nice on the phone, but I wasn't sold yet. When he came out I knew I made the right decision. Andy was incredibly professional, and found the source of the problem very fast. He had an immediate call to action, and already had the supplies ready to fix the pipe.

The turtle wins the race, but this was not the case. Not only was it done well, it was done fast. We have had no issues in the 3 months since he repaired the pipe. In fact, we have had a few other plumbing issues that we have called him about and he did just as good of a job.

Andy is truly a professional, honest, and fair plumber...and in an industry where some people just try to make a quick buck it is refreshing to see someone who is passionate about doing things well!

Recently we had a slab leak in our house, and determined that a full repipe was necessary. After receiving bids from numerous repipe companies in the San Diego area, we decided to go with Ameri-Cal for a few key reasons:
1) Price. The bid from Ameri-Cal was comprehensive - new Uponor PEX pipes with a 25 year warranty, all new hose bibs, pressure regulator, drywall patch and texture, and stucco patch, and they still came in at the lowest price. All the
2) Track record. They are licensed, bonded, and insured, but don't let the low number of Yelp reviews for their Carlsbad office concern you - their main office is up in Buena Park, and they have over 150 five-star reviews. They also specialize in repiping.
3) Ease of communication. I asked for a quote over Yelp and was connected with their associate Toby, who was friendly, straightforward, and responsive over Yelp message and text. He was able to give a quote over text message rather than having to schedule a visit, which made the process much easier. I had a lot of questions both before and during the repipe process, and he was always quick to respond and professionally courteous.

The repipe took one day to install the pipes (8am-4pm) and one day the following week for the drywall and stucco patch (9am-3pm or so) and went very smoothly. They utilized our attic (1 story home) to route the new pipes, requiring minimal holes in the bathroom and kitchen. They were also able to repipe to the shower valves without requiring new escutcheons, which is great. The new pipes have been functioning well, and the drywall and stucco patch and texture look great. I'm glad I went with Ameri-Cal and would definitely recommend them for repiping.

I wish I read these reviews before I called them.  They said is would be $89 to clean my drain.  when they got here they said it would be $290 for 2 drains because I didnt have an cleaning outlet outside.  Then he said he had to replace the the pipes under the sink and it would be $690.  Then he said he couldnt clean it and he would have to put a new pipe all the way out to the road.  I called another plumber and he came and cleared my drain for $80.  Omar and Noe were the culprits.  I got most of my money back but when I spoke to the Mr Rooter rep he defended them so maybe the whole company is messed up.  I feel violated.

Need plumbing services and a quick turnaround then you must try them. Great customer service and very professional.

This is my first time with Perry plumbing.  The reason I select them because they have good review. I am happy with the job well done. They installed cold and hot valves for washer/dryer.  The technicians (Sean & Kaeleb) were professional and completed the job meeting my expectation. They are friendly and easy to talk to. They pay attention to details of their works. They clean up the mess after they done. I definitely come back again for then next coming up job.
