These guys are excellent. From my initial contact to performing services, everything was really easy. I originally called about extending a dryer gas line, Shaun came out for an estimate and to see what parts he would need. He ordered them and we scheduled the service for another day.

The day of service came Shaun arrived and did the requested work in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by advising to replace some other older components as preventative maintenance, he had the parts on hand and did that as well which saved me a headache and another visit in the future. I really appreciated that. Then he helped install and test the dryer. I was super impressed with him and his work ethic. The quote was true to the final work cost as well which is always a good thing.

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Chris was awesome! He's very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do with most all concerns at hand. I called him at last minutes notice due to ARS Rescue Rooter couldn't make the scheduled appt they gave me after waiting all day. Chris arrived even quicker than he indicated, which was an A++ in my books, and he reccomened some other things I should do with my laundry room plumbing and was nice enough to say he'd do the work upon request. I'm very confidant he'd do a great job. He's extremely reasonable in his rates as well. I will most definantely use him again.

Great service from Jared and his assistant, also Jared! Installed our tankless water heater--and it wasn't an easy, straightforward installation. But Jared kept at it and solved the issues. Second time we've used these folks and it obviously won't be our last. Many thanks.

I just had CSR plumbing come out to check out a stinky problem we are having in our house and I couldn't be happier with the service I've experienced thus far. I had initially reached out to CSR on yelp to inquire about their services. All I was able to tell them was that I smelled sewage in one of our two bathrooms. Someone got back to me right away and set up a time for them to come out. Vince and Alan showed up at the scheduled time and immediately got to work trying to figure out the problem I was having. These guys had to some serious investigation and problem solving to figure out what was going on but they were able to come up with a solution and at what seems like a very fair price. They were so patient in explaining to me what was going on with our funky plumbing and even drew pictures and took a video of the plumbing under the house. These guys are so thorough, professional, and kind. I highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.

Constantine provided us the best service installing our reverse osmosis system this week! He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide us with the most superior service we could ask for. We could not be more satisfied! Thank you!!!

Disappointed. We used Joyce for several
years in our la mesa home and were always pleased. Recently we even recommended Joyce to the new owners of that home. We moved to mission hills and had him out to look at a couple of concerns. There was a repair that needed to be done in near future. The quote was never received but we kept getting emails for Sheldon's cafe (receipts and quotes). We never got our  estimate-when I messaged to tell him, he asked to call him. I didn't have time that day and I let it go figuring we would eventually get to it when we were ready to do the work (non urgent). I messaged him today for an urgent matter with a bit of background on the problem and to see if he was available. Response was simply I am not.

We have other bathrooms, had he responded I'm not available today but...... we may have waited for him or at least planned to keep as our main plumber.  

5 star work, poor communication.

Jack was on point.  When he came out he gave us an estimate and was easy to work with.  He arrived early and ready to take care of business.  ASAP was  highly recommend and we are glad we used them. Also, when Jack entered the house he was careful to leave everything clean.

Work completed:  ASAP fixed a cracked 2 old pipe.  

Bonus: Jack speaks French, he is knowledgeable in his trade and efficient.

We are planning on Using ASAP in our future plumbing needs.

I had really high water bill. My water bill is always around $75.00 and this month was about $289.00 . So I knew I had a leak someplace and I needed to find it.

Andy came out and found the problem in about 20 minutes. My toilet was running water . After that he made sure that was the problem by checking all other possible problems in the house. We wacht the water meter to make sure that was the problem . He even called the santee water district to make sure the meter was reading correctly.

Andy is very honest, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who us looking for a plumber.

Sprung a slab leak in my home. Since we have had several leaks in the past five years we decided it was time to re-- pipe. Contacted several companies. Toby from Americal was at my home within 1 hour. Provided a quote in less than 10 minutes for Pex material with 25 year warranty. I signed the contract right then. He was honest and very fair with his estimate.

Toby scheduled us ASAP. His crew showed up the next day at my house first thing in the morning. They re--piped my entire home in less than five hours. My home is a 2 story four bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1800 ft.² these guys were professional and really knew what they were doing. My water was back on and fully functional by midday.

The next day the patch and drywall crew were again at my doorstep first thing in the morning. These guys had all the holes in the drywall patched and textured and were done by end of day.

I highly recommend anyone looking to re-- pipe their home to get in touch with Toby at Americal. You will not be disappointed.

Funny enough my neighbor had same type of leak while we were in the middle of re-piping my home. I recommended Toby and he's doing their home.

I waited all day for ARS Plumbing, I got the run around. My time is valuable. I got tired of waiting and decided to try Mr. Rooter. They came within 30 minutes of the call, fixed my problem and cleaned up the  area all within 1 hour. I am very happy with the response time and quality of work. I will definitely  use them again.

My wooden floors started to crack which alerted me to a water issue.  Since I had to figure out what kind of leak it was before replacing the floor, I called Chris.  He showed up the next day and took a look at the damage and went over the plan.  He had an idea it wasn't a pipe leak but still went through all the due diligence to verify it.  He did moisture detection, pipe location, sound analysis and pressure verification.  In the end he was able to show me the different results supporting his conclusion.  Which was important since insurances cover specific items.  Chris is a nice guy and made sure I understood what he was doing.  I wouldn't hesitate to call his company again for future leak issues.

My boyfriend decided to repair our toilet at 8pm on our new house and it turned into a huge disaster! Water was overflowing everywhere and he couldn't manage to stop it. I stumbled across Best Choice on yelp and Angel managed to send someone out within the hour! What a life saver! Raul the plumber was awesome. Very knowledgable and managed to fix the problem very quickly. All in all it took about 2 hours for someone to be sent out and the problem to be fixed. I highly recommend Best Choice. Their pricing was also reasonable for a late night call.
