Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

I have used CSR plumbing in the past and have been happy with their services. Today, Julio came out and unclogged my drains. He was very professional and competent. Unlike other companies that try to upsell you or make unneeded repairs, there was none of that.   I was very happy with the service provided by Julio.

It's been 4 months since we got the water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Best decision ever through this company. Constantin was responsive through Yelp, paid a visit to explain the difference between their options, and answered any questions we had. I'm glad I didn't get a water conditioner because the benefits aren't the same compared to a water softener. I wanted my installation to be clean with minimal wires/pipes and they did a great job. The water line to my fridge ran from under the kitchen sink they connected the RO system to a small faucet that was installed on my kitchen countertop and the fridge. No more calcium buildup on the faucets!

They were the third plumber we used and they were the only ones that was able to fix our kitchen sink. Joe was such an outstanding guy - very knowledgeable and efficient. I told him about my concern and how we have already dealt with two other plumbing companies. He was able determine the issue right away and fix, not only our kitchen sink, but also our slow drain bathroom in less than an hour. The other guys wasted 2-4 hrs snaking and hydrojetting just the kitchen sink and they weren't even able to resolve the issue. So grateful I was able to connect and they were able to resolve our sink issues. We will be referring him to friends and family 100%

John is literally the best. He came out to our house because we had a smell coming from our bathroom. It ended up not being a plumbing issue, but actually a rodent issue (gross). John didn't charge us anything even though he spent a lot of time with us. Call this guy...you won't regret it.

ASAP is a stand up company. They stood by their 30day warranty on a repair that didn't hold up. Their techs, Omed and Diego are friendly and skilled. I would recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about America-Cal and their customer service. We had our house re piped at the beginning of summer, along with an instant hot water pump. Everyone in CA should have one- it is the best purchase ever and saves so much water. From the very beginning of our experience, Toby was amazing- very quick to respond to our questions and very knowledgeable. Fast forward a few months and we are still equally impressed. We recently began having pressure issues with our irrigation and Toby, once again, did not disappoint- he sent someone right out to fix the problem.  I would highly recommend Ameri-Cal to anyone in the San Diego area!

So far I'm happy with the work they have done.  They were here to fix an issue that a competing company just did work on about 2 months and never properly resolved.  Once this was explained to the plumber, he immediately called his supervisor, who personally came out and inspected everything again before any work was done to make sure it was done properly this time.  Our plumber Jose was easy to work with and kept us up to date every step of the way. A special thanks to him and their operations manager Noe for making sure everything was taken care of properly and to our satisfaction.

I recently had some major work done with Best Choice. It ended up being a two day project. Normally, having major plumbing work done is incredibly stressful, but Angel and Kiki made my project as smooth as possible. I explained my problems and our long history with a particular issue and they gave me a wide range of options. They were always professional and always timely which is extremely important to me. On the 2nd day of the project my daughter actually had to go to the hospital with serious issues.
