They came to put the system in my home so happy with the technicians that came it was Joe T and Adam they were very profesionales and explain everything very well to me.... The water tastes great and the system looks very nice in my garage and under the sink !!

Called about a problem under the house.  Told to expect the tech between 8 and 10 (2 days later), he showed up at 7:30.  Then told me they don't go under houses, or on roofs, so he couldn't help me and left.  At least he didn't charge me anything.   Another company came within 3 hours and got it done.

Great service from David and the team. They installed a whole house filtration system, water softener, and reverse osmosis. Pricing was reasonable and they were very easy to work with. Not aggressive at all compared to other companies I received quotes from. They did a clean job and always willing to answer any of my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend them!

Thank goodness for Yelp and J&J.  I had some shower clogging issues at my house which I believe was related to other plumbing in my home.  I got on Yelp saw the reviews from others and made a decision to go with J&J.  I made the right decision.  
The problem was determined, explained to me and fixed in a timely manner.  The customer service was awesome and I truly appreciate that!  Whenever I have an issue I will use these guys and will refer them to anyone who needs them.

Their pricing is fair and competitive. I also appreciate that they operate with a focus on the customer experience. I met with the owner Julio and was put at ease because he spends time explaining the issue, options, and process. He is also very thorough on his examination of the property which made me feel more comfortable. In my case, my place had a huge leak behind a wall that went undetected for a couple of days as nobody was home - they were able to detect the leak right away even though water was spread everywhere (bedroom, hallways, living area, kitchen...) They did an excellent job from start to finish in putting it to a stop. I would highly recommend this business to anyone out there looking to hire a good quality plumber.

Marco was very professional and helpful.  He crawled under the house in an incredibly tight space to check for leaks in my washer drain pipe in an effort to locate the source of a bad smell. No leaks so narrow it down to a problem with the washer itself properly not draining completely. (Need appliance person probably) But he located the probable problem. Also secured bidet to the floor with bolts after the original installer had evidently only chalked it to his floor.

Art and RV repaired the leak in on of our pipes in our front yard and were very detailed with what they were doing. Art and RV immediately knew where the leak was coming from and came up with a plan and promptly scheduled an appointment for us the next morning. Art kept in touch with us to let us know when he was on his way and when he needed to pick up a new part that was needed for the repair. Art and RV came back with the new piece that was needed to finish the job the following day. They stayed to make sure our water was working in all faucets and showers before they left. We are definitely saving Castillo plumpings number for any plumbing needs we have and we 100% recommend them for any of your plumbing repairs. Thank you Art and RV for all your hard work.

We had an issue with low water pressure. Our water regulator was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the pressure issue in the kitchen. We decided to replace the faucet and still had an issue. Well, Ruben investigated some more and found a couple tiny gaskets  lodged in the water lines. How they got there? Who knows? Ruben truly saved the day. He is very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We recommend him 100%

Work is excellent. I am an architect and have worked with many contractors over 25 years, and Daniel's work is top notch!  Plus, he is reasonably priced, and very neat.  You won't have to clean up the jobsite afterwards which is atypical of contractors unless you insist.  I found Daniel to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and creative with problem solving.  I just recently had a water softener installed, and was concerned about anchoring it to the wall which required drilling and potentially cracking the existing siding which is a thin fiber cement board that is no longer available on the market.  He came up with a solution to bury the tanks which is nice and stable without touching the wall and will not corrode underground.  All copper piping is straight and joints well connected so I am very pleased with the installation.  Before the softener installation, he also performed the maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Again, he was very efficient and work well done.  I have complete confidence in Daniel and highly highly highly recommend him!  He will be my go to for all my future plumbing needs.
