Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

I have had plumbing problems for many years due to root intrusion in my sewer main line. I had several plumbing companies out to bid the job and after learning how costly this job would be, I decided to keep searching for someone more affordable. I called Chris at CML, he came out, gave me a quote and explained the entire job to me. After talking to him I knew he was the man for my big job. He stood out from the rest. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident that he could do the job. His price was very reasonable compared to the other outrageous quotes I received.
We scheduled the work and everything went as planned. He replaced my entire sewer line (110 ft). Without any hangups. There were no hidden cost or surprises that came up. He went above and beyond including working after dark to make sure I wasn't without a bathroom or running water. I will use CML for all my future plumbing needs.

Company promised 30 text before tech showed up. Got the text after he was here and I was talking to him. Tech was nice and did put on booties to protect the floor.

The job was to install a faucet that I had purchased in my bathroom sink. The area under the sink was all cleaned out and ready. The tech looked at it and gave me 2 prices. As I remember it was $450 for the faucet install, but he suggested replacing the valves in the wall and that was an additional $400.

I found another person who did the install without replacing the valves for $145.

Way over priced.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ray and CSR Plumbing. I had a nightmare situation with a HOA that didn't know what they were doing -- which required multiple trips to the property for Ray and his helper, and he took it all in stride. More than one frustrating call between us and the HOA's building maintenance supervisor and yet Ray didn't give up, he knew exactly what to ask for and what needed to be done to complete the work.

I was absolutely floored by his professionalism and the fact that even after all the hassle and wasted time for both him and I, he didn't stick me with a massive bill! His final total was more than fair. I won't hesitate to call him again and in fact just referred him to a friend yesterday. Five stars all the way.

We recently moved to a new house and inherited an old water softener that didn't work anymore. I contacted WPS to get a quote. They got back to me immediately, responded very patiently to all my questions, and were very quick in setting up an in-home consultation. David laid out all our options and provided useful information on the differences between them. They came to install the whole house filtration system + drinking water system a couple of weeks after the initial consultation. It's been almost two weeks and we are very happy so far. The water quality has significantly improved and we notice a huge difference now when we run the dishwasher or the washing machine. After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

Jio and Luis were very professional and prompt. Came exactly when I was told they would and took care of the drainage issue I was having. I also fixed the drainage issue with another bathroom and even had them redo my kitchen sink pipes all in one visit. Very thankful!
