I had a very old water heater outdoors that needed to be replaced and BDP was very responsive providing a competitive estimate.  I needed the work done as soon as possible and Shaun was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule. Communication throughout the process was excellent from scheduling the estimate to completion of the work.  They did great job installing a larger water heater and bringing it to code. Pleased with overall service.

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

CML ...most notably Chris and his son... came to my water rescue in a very timely manner. He even made time to pop over to my elderly neighbor who was also have some water issues. He put me in contact with a restoration company (wait for their review Flood Busters. haha) and am so pleased with what could of been a disaster in my home. He then came back and finished the temp fix and didn't charge me a armandaleg!! Thank you Chris and CML. Highy recommend this company for your plumming needs.

I would like to give a shot-out and thanks to Ray and Chu Sau Rooter for saving my family an expensive headache regarding a clogged shower drain. On Tuesday (5/17) I called Bill Howe Plumbing Inc. to inspect the problem. After an hour attempt of snaking the shower from both inside the bathroom and rooftop, the technician was unable to fix the problem. He stated that there might be a collapsed tube line for reasons why he couldn't get through. He estimated that it would cost me $151/hr + part cost over a two-day period to break some concrete and drywall to expose the pipe in order fix the problem. This would've cost anywhere between $1250 to $2250. Money that I do not have let alone - wanting to break down some concrete and drywall.

I told my aunt about the situation the next day and she recommended Chu Sau Rooter. Within an hour, Ray was at the house. It only took Ray  1/2 hour to clear up my clogged drain. His skills and expertise of utilizing a smaller head on the snake from the rooftop was the break through that saved the day and me a lot of money.  So I would definitely recommend Chu Sau Rooter for anyone looking for a skilled plumber. I had a sewage backup catastrophe at my condo and after calling a dozen plumbers on a Sunday, I found John who was one of the few who bothered to call me back.  I could tell on the phone that he cares about his work and likes to solve problems.

 When he arrived I could tell that he is a sincere person and not one of those rush-in rush-out kind of repairmen.  He spent the time to assess the problem, spoke with the building manager, explained the pros and cons of different approaches, and spent several hours at the site.  When he had to go out to get a part he did not charge me for that time.  

I'm lucky I came across him when looking for a plumber!

Having just renovated my house, and knowing that I would one day have a slab leak (as have many neighbors), I decided to proactively repipe my house to have all plumbing moved above ground.  I conducted evaluations of several potential plumbing companies, and ultimately chose Ameri-Cal Repipe, which turned out to be an excellent decision.   From the first engagement with Toby and the folks at Ameri-Cal, I was impressed.  Toby's initial walk through and estimate was very thorough; he provided me with details of exactly what, how, and when everything would be done.  In the following days as I had more questions, Toby responded to my text messages immediately with answers and reassurance that the job would be done right.  Throughout the process, Toby was extremely polite and professional.   Upon initiating the work, the process proceeded as follows.  On the first day, four plumbers repiped our entire house with PEX.  On the second day we had an inspection, and on the third and fourth days drywallers repaired dozens of holes in the walls.  Each and everyone I interacted with from Ameri-Cal Repipe, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism.  I am extremely pleased that I chose Ameri-Cal to do this work and would definitely recommend them for repipe work, as you can be assured they will be respectful of you and your home and do a great job.

Ricardo came out to put in a main pressure regulator as we did not have one and main pressure from the street was way too high.  This is not the first time I have used Perry plumbing and as always, they were professional and courteous and knew what they were doing.  The job got done with minimal fuss after communicating exactly what he was going to do.  I will continue to call Perry in the future
