I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

We were without water and I Yelped 24 plumber CML among other names came up but reviewing all the comments I knew CML was going to be the one I will call. Chris came around 9:30pm left around midnight and fixed our leak. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend Chris and his CML company. Chris thank you again.

I called Plumbing Plus to find a mystery leak in my house. The Plumbing Plus Technicians were prompt. professional and tenacious. They stayed with the problem until they located the leak and corrected it. They succeeded where a professional leak detection company failed. This is the 2nd time I've called Plumbing Plus. The first time was to repair a leaky gas line coming into my home. I called on a Saturday and they responded within an hour---and the owner came out to help and was out there digging in the mud himself to help fix the problem. I'll call these folks anytime I'vr got a plumbing issue.

I'm glad I called CSR plumbing, they were fast and I had an appointment right away. Mike did a great job coming by and fixed my 2 valves. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs! They also gave me a Military discount A+

We twice had serious problems after purchasing a new rental property. The first time we didn't know whom to call, after calling at least 2 companies, one didn't show up, and the other rep plumber said he had to leave and would come back with a tool he forgot (a tool to measure water pressure!) and didn't come back for hours while we were waiting for him... He became upset because we told him that he was gone a long time... So we went with Above and Beyond Drains & Plumbing referred to us, my husband met Joe I believe he is the owner of that company. Joe took care of that very serious problem so very well, even calling the City Inspector to OK the work. Again a few days ago we had another very serious problem at another property, we called again, this time Ben came in worked hard, and passed the whole day with his assistant working in 2 units to fix another very serious problem. I truly can say that Above and Beyond did absolutely go Above and Beyond w for sure working to help us and our Tenants as well as being very patient with with all questions we had. I called their office several times, and the Lady that is there and answering the phone was able to answer my questions each time very kindly/ I am so sorry I forgot her name because she too was above and beyond, she absolutely was most kind and courteous and so patient. We for sure will go back to Joe's Above and Beyond Business for help when ever needed. We are most satisfied with that company!

John came by on time to assess an issue I had with a gas line and quickly gave quotes on some improvements.  He is clearly knowledgeable and efficient.  I'd recommend you contact John if your not an expert with plumbing or gas.  He will explain things to you in a way that leaves you feeling good about the upcoming work.

I called ASAP in the morning and they had a plumber out to my place the same day at 4:00 pm. I had a very bad back up in our kitchen sink and the service person Omed was great! Never gave up kept working at it for over an hour and over 65'of snake. He never once complained just kept working very hard. Omed was professional, polite and knowledgeable! My new go to plumbing company...

Service was amazing. I thought we had a big problem but Blaine (new owner of the Company) came over to check it out and diagnosed the issue in no time. He fixed our issue on same day at a very reasonable price.
He is by far the best plumber I have hired. He even took the time to explain and show me what he was fixing along the way and cleaned up after. Bottom line, he is outstanding. A gentleman. Knows everything there is to know in the plumbing business. Highly professional, extremely courteous, prompt and always had a smile on his face. Loved his work ethic and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. Haven't had great service like this in ages. I cannot say enough good things about America-Cal and their customer service. We had our house re piped at the beginning of summer, along with an instant hot water pump. Everyone in CA should have one- it is the best purchase ever and saves so much water. From the very beginning of our experience, Toby was amazing- very quick to respond to our questions and very knowledgeable. Fast forward a few months and we are still equally impressed. We recently began having pressure issues with our irrigation and Toby, once again, did not disappoint- he sent someone right out to fix the problem.  I would highly recommend Ameri-Cal to anyone in the San Diego area!

I waited all day for ARS Plumbing, I got the run around. My time is valuable. I got tired of waiting and decided to try Mr. Rooter. They came within 30 minutes of the call, fixed my problem and cleaned up the  area all within 1 hour. I am very happy with the response time and quality of work. I will definitely  use them again.

Perry fixed my deaf daughter's A/C.  We were lucky that Fernando had finished a job early and was available to come to the house in 20 minutes.  He was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure all was working before he left. He was very honest in telling us what the problem was and what he had to do to fix it.  He had another tech on their way back to the shop drop off the needed part so all was fixed in one visit.  Superb service and I have recommended Perry to our friends!!  Dave Rannells
