I must say......you CANT go wrong with BDP services! This company is everything and more. I have a gas water heater and was give a price quote for both gas and tankless and I just had to go with a tankless water heater thanks to the knowledge and expertise of this company.

Chris really pulled through in my time of need. I called after dark about a sewer blockage, and he came after finishing a job, after working all day. He offered me a free quote, advice, and even a little labor. He called a friend of his and they made a quick fix to get me through the night. They did all this without charging me an arm and a leg. Chris is good, and reasonably priced, so he is busy. He was not able to help complete my project for a few days so I had to, regretfully, hire someone else to finish the job. Isaiah from Plumbing Plus came out yesterday for maintenance call to flush the hot water heater.  Isaiah had installed the hot water heater about a year ago and I requested that he do the maintenance this year based on my positive experience with him the prior year.  Plumbing Plus has been great company to work with.  Isaiah was on time, professional, and always happy to answer my questions.

CSR Plumbing is by far the most honest, most professional and knowledgeable plumbing company I've ever worked with.  I was recommended to CSR by a friend after having a very high and surprising quote by another company.  I spoke with Huyen over the phone, who quickly made me feel comfortable and ensured that they would be out to give a quote.  He also encouraged me to get as many quotes as necessary to feel absolutely comfortable with the process.  

Ray and Jay came out to the house.  After I told them what the previous company found, they quickly got to work.  Not only did they save me a tremendous amount of money, they were extremely honest with me.  They spent several hours at my home making sure that everything was done absolutely right.  Ray also gave me a very honest assessment of what type of work I will need to have done in the future (I have a 60 year old house) so we won't be surprised and can plan down the line.

What I thought was going to be a disaster ended up being a pleasant surprise and I now have a go-to company when I need a repair.  If you need a plumber, please don't hesitate to contact CSR plumbing. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I hired Andy to do a pretty big and pretty complex plumbing job in December 2020 and I highly, highly recommend him. He replumbed/retrofitted/repaired the entire plumbing system on a 100 year old house in North Park that I'd just purchased. Over the years, various fixes of dubious quality had been done, and a lot of the plumbing was still original but leaking and at the end of its life. This isn't the kind of job that I think just any plumber could tackle, and I interviewed 4 different plumbing outfits before hiring Andy (and his price was right in the middle of the range). What impressed me about him was his knowledge and practical attitude: he was able to work with the situation at hand, repurpose what didn't need fixing, and didn't break the bank, but brought what needed addressing up to a highly reliable level. He spend a lot of time explaining his assessment and his solutions, and offering the pros and con's of various options (when we had them!). He never at any point tried to upsell me. I can't say enough about how happy I was to have worked him -- I'm confident it was a job well done, and for a fair price. On top of that, he is a very straightforward, courteous and professional tradesperson (he and his crew). If you get him for a small repair, you are lucky, and if you need him for a big job, you'll be in great hands.

I had a hot water slab leak detected in my family room and the best solution was to re-pipe my home.  I contacted AMERI-CAL, and Toby came to my home the very next day and gave me the estimate to repipe my home.  He explained everything that would happen and provided me with a folder full of information.  He also turned off the hot water lever from the hot water tank to stop the flow.  I was given the option of Copper or PEX pipe and chose PEX.  The workers were very professional and prepped everywhere they were going to make a mess.  The job was done in one day and had hot water that very night.  The next day the dry wall workers did an outstanding job with the texture and I just had to prime and paint. They also recommended I change out the old shower/bath fixtures and faucets since my home was 17 years old.  My home has had a softener the whole time but with the copper piping the water would still be corrosive so changing the fixtures was a great solution.  I received great customer service with Toby and would recommend the company if you need to have a repipe done to your home.
