This is a bit overdue but I couldn't let my day go by without taking a moment to write a well deserved review of our experience with CSR Plumbing. Ray, Huyen, Alan and rest of the CSR Plumbing crew were superb! Like many other reviews, they have earned our loyalty given their expertise, patience., customer service and fair pricing. We recently had what we thought a minor clog that turned out to be major roots in our pipes and an improper fitting from the prior owner that connected to our washer and dryer, which Ray and Huyen pointed out to us at the initial inspection. We were given several options to consider: from doing a jet flush, redoing the pipes and fixing the fitting to a 'complete' fix which included changing out our old cast iron pipes, fixing the fitting and pipe lining vs bursting. After long thought process, we decided to go for the 'complete' package. The crew worked long hours and was essentially done with the core portion of changing all our pipes and lining within a day! The overall process with knocking down concrete and putting new concrete to dry took about 3 days so overall it was done promptly. When all was done, one of his employee pointed out a potential hazard with how our pipes/lines was connected and recommended some type of spacers. I apologize I can't recall the exact terminology as this was several months ago. I asked if Ray could go ahead and help us with that as it was not related to what they were doing for us. Ray gave the okay to 2 of his employees to get back into our crawlspace to attach the separators without charging us. Although, the materials/separators were inexpensive, but for him to recognize something unrelated to what he was doing for us could pose potential hazard, pointed it out and took care of it is above and beyond what companies do these days. In our economy, people are quick to cut back or overcharge for smaller portions, but with CSR Plumbing, we felt like they were operating with customer service in mind and that good old fashioned family-oriented business mentality that is rare and hard to find in our society today. Sometimes it's the little things in life that really touch us and we were definitely impressed and touched by CSR Plumbing. We highly recommend CSR Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

P.S.. We still call Ray sometimes when we have questions about plumbing- related matters and he is always quick to respond and making himself available for us. We truly appreciate everything!

My master bedroom bathroom toilet broke due to rust on the tank and it cracked. My insurance cover the water damage but not a toilet replacement so I was looking for a replacement and at a loss. I reached out to several contractors and Mariana was the first to reach out and assist in the questions I had. After comparing a few contractors, she was the best choice. Being a small business, I always want to help out and AWO plumbing did not disappoint!! Not to mention that she being a female plumber in a male dominated industry; she was very professional and knowledgeable. This made my wife comfortable with the process.

Prior to hiring, we discuss the work and the price was fair and reasonable. She was available for the job and would work on our schedule.

I love these guys!  This is a father and son team (Chase, Jason, & Justin) and they have been wonderful to work with. They always answer the phone, and are typically available within 36 hours, if not the same day.  I have two older homes here in San Diego, and it seems that something is constantly in need of repair. J&J has replaced two hot water heaters, a faucet, a garbage disposal, an outdoor spigot, and a water pressure regulator, in addition to numerous other repairs.  Their customer service and prices are the best I have seen, and I recommend these guys to everyone.  I agree with the previous post, as I too have found my plumbers for life!! I called Discount Plumbing for a leaky pipe on the side of my house. Jose was my plumber and he kept in touch to let me know when he would be here. He was professional, nice, and explained in detail the repair he would do. He also gave me a quote before, and amended the quote to let me know the job was more extensive than he thought. Jose did an excellent repair job and worked very quickly in a very tight space. I would definitely recommend Discount Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I plan to use them next time I need service.

There are not enough great things that can be said about Nathan!  He answers his phone immediately. He comes out quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable. His completes the job quickly and efficiently. Comes right back if you have a new service request. Is very neat and tidy. Very reasonably priced. Very personable and is totally customer service oriented!  He will definitely be our new plumber for life!

Paul was GREAT! He fixed our kitchen sink and toilet very quickly and even made recommendations.  We recommend him and will be using him again.

Miguel of Mickey's Plumbing came by and took a look at the property along with so many different estimators. He appeared very knowledgeable and was able to schedule this repair quickly.
Miguel said that he would be here at 9:00 this morning and he did arrive on time. He had the items he needed to repair the line. I asked him to also install a removable key @ the water spigot.

Well, had a slight issue with the repair. Either the replacement piece had a flaw or the connection didn't quite seal. I noticed a leak at the repair site though much smaller.
No problem. Miguel arrived 30 minutes after I notified him of the issue, and everything looks good now.

I wanted a high efficiency electric Heat-Pump Water Heater, Josh was one of the few plumbers who knew about them, including making sure I got the $500 rebate.  

He responded quickly, gave me a much more affordable bid than another company, and got it done very quickly.  Great communication on scheduling, progress, final results.

This was a bit more complicated because I wanted a larger tank, and it didn't fit in the old space (a closet).  He relocated it outside and put a simple enclosure around it.
