Jake was quick to respond to my initial request. He was able to get out the same day and have everything done in a short time. His quote was accurate and better than just about everyone else in the area. He was friendly and efficient. I plan on utilizing him again soon. Fully recommend.

Had a great experience with BDP. They came later in the day around 5pm and finished in about 20 min. The problem was not as I described and turned out it was less than what was quoted. Overall helpful and nice!

Most home owners can relate to the anxiety of trying to find quotes for when something goes wrong. Research, comparative shopping, assessing trustworthiness, etc. it's all a big hassle.

I was about to start this circus for my water heater and Original Plumbing was the first to come through. Immediate impression was they were very professional, respectful of the home, offered to wear a mask, put on booties b4 entering the home. Solid at every turn.

With respect to the actual service. The final price was in line with the quote, the situation was explained succinctly and plainly. (I knew what was wrong but I don't have the skills to b messing with plumbing). So it was reassuring that they were not trying to take advantage of any possible ignorance I might have had. I had no need to see anyone else and I pretty much found my plumber - hopefully nothing else breaks for a while.

After contacting other handymen and finding out their hrly rate advertised was not what they were actually going to charge, I contacted Q to give me an estimate to do bunch of miscellaneous jobs at our home in the Eastlake area. I liked that he lives in the community as I'd prefer to work with someone local. After he showed up, on time, and gave us an estimate to do the work, he got to work right away and knocked it all out in a short time. I could tell he has been doing this work for a long time as he figured out a couple of items that we had no idea how to fix them. Everything looked perfect, side gate post replaced and gate fixed, TV mounted with wires concealed, ceiling fans replaced, some drywall patches fixed, and a damaged door and door jamb fixed etc. We were amazed how he fixed the door jamb, like it never happened he said and he was right. We were expecting the whole door to need replacing but he saved us time and money by repairing it like new. I'm glad we ignored negative reviews as we work in the service industry and know some people are never happy no matter what.  We are glad we hired him and was happy to pay the amount he quoted us as we knew exactly how much we were going to pay up front instead of someone taking their time to get more money out of the jobs. Element Construction and Restoration repaired my bathroom after a slow toilet leak of 1.5 years. Dealing with Paul and his employees were by far beyond my wildest dreams. Paul is amazing to work with. He does exactly what he says he is going to do, from showing up on time, to giving you an estimate, to completing the job. Paul was there every step of the way from the beginning to the end, he made sure the job was done right. I've never had anyone in the construction industry be as honest and upfront as Paul is. He helped me with the insurance company and making sure they paid me for the true damage I incurred. I didn't pay a dime out of pocket and it was all because of Paul and his expertise in the field. I asked Paul about why he started his own company and he said it was because he was tired of the BS in the construction industry. If you are looking to work with a detail oriented contractor (with both the finished work product and the paperwork) look no further than Paul and Element Construction. I am looking to have more work done at may house and I won't hesitate to call Element. And he will definitely be my first call in an emergency. I hope Element grows and flourishes. I'd like to see someone of Paul's integrity and character succeed in an industry that doesn't always value those traits.

Its like Utopia of customer service.    I expected the bland service that I always get from service providers like cox cable, termite inspectors, and especially deliverly guys.   I thought it would be worse from plumbers.   But NOT CSR plumbing!   Its customer service on steroids!  Heres why I say this:

I needed a dedicated valve for a water line to my new fridge.   I went to look on yelp and saw the reviews on them.  I didn't see ONE single negative comment about them.  So I called CSR.   Ray and Allen greeted me with a smile and handshake.  I asked them if they can remove their shoes.  They immediately put on booties.   There are some idiots that put on booties outside the house then they go in.   Ray and Allen knew the purpose of how they suppose to work.  When they had to step out of the house, they remove them.  Vice versa when the come in.   After the job, they cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of debri.   They didn't seem to have a problem of me watching them.  Even asking questions while they worked and Ray seemed more than happy to answer.   Ray referred me to some good connections like electrians and other techs.  

Two days later they went in for another job and the experience the same.   The work CSR does are not sloopy and looks very professional.   I would prefer CSR to anyone.

Let's face it, no one likes to call a plumber because you know it's going to be expensive! I had a clog in my kitchen drain and after several attempts to unclog it, I was unsuccessful. I reached out to Yelp and saw all the positive reviews from former customers and decided to give Above and Beyond Plumbing a call. I spoke to Maria, who was very friendly, and she told me the technician would be at my house in a few hours. She called back within a few minutes and informed me the technician would be over right away. Kevin arrived and I told him all the troubleshooting things I attempted to unclog the drain with no success. Next step was to snake the pipe. Kevin quoted me the price of $99.00 and began working on the drain. Kevin made several attempts to clear the pipe from one access point under the sink, but was unable to clear the pipe. He tried another access point from a hidden cleanout in our room addition and snaked the pipe from that location. Kevin was very careful and meticulous not to stain the carpet. Kevin was patient and calm throughout the process. After running the snake through the pipe, Kevin was able to successfully clear the pipe! Kevin is to be commended for his professionalism, job knowledge, and caring attitude. If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy plumbing company, I highly recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing!

Over the years Zack Smith Plumbing has worked on several jobs for me (at three different homes) and they have always been fair.  For instance Zack told me there was no reason to purchase a part to fix my Moen shower control since Moen offers a life time free replacement of parts for some of their products.

Recently we were working on our rental property to upgrade it and put it up for sale.  I called late in the afternoon when we discover the toilet was missing a hold down bolt and we were in a bit of a crises.   Zack Smith was able to send a guy out 1st thing the next day and he replaced the toilet mounting flange (which was a real challenge in this case) and installed a new toilet.

Chris came even on a holiday weekend. He was able to detect the water leak efficiently and explained very clearly to us the issues. He is very reliable, professional, honest, family oriented and cares about his customer. He helped us contact plumber and water mitigation company and even willing to support for after care services. I highly recommend Joyce Plumbing. Denver did a great job fixing a clog in my drain line after a couple of hours of trouble shooting.....very professional and a good price. I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

I hired Andy to do a pretty big and pretty complex plumbing job in December 2020 and I highly, highly recommend him. He replumbed/retrofitted/repaired the entire plumbing system on a 100 year old house in North Park that I'd just purchased. Over the years, various fixes of dubious quality had been done, and a lot of the plumbing was still original but leaking and at the end of its life. This isn't the kind of job that I think just any plumber could tackle, and I interviewed 4 different plumbing outfits before hiring Andy (and his price was right in the middle of the range). What impressed me about him was his knowledge and practical attitude: he was able to work with the situation at hand, repurpose what didn't need fixing, and didn't break the bank, but brought what needed addressing up to a highly reliable level. He spend a lot of time explaining his assessment and his solutions, and offering the pros and con's of various options (when we had them!). He never at any point tried to upsell me. I can't say enough about how happy I was to have worked him -- I'm confident it was a job well done, and for a fair price. On top of that, he is a very straightforward, courteous and professional tradesperson (he and his crew). If you get him for a small repair, you are lucky, and if you need him for a big job, you'll be in great hands.

Having just renovated my house, and knowing that I would one day have a slab leak (as have many neighbors), I decided to proactively repipe my house to have all plumbing moved above ground.  I conducted evaluations of several potential plumbing companies, and ultimately chose Ameri-Cal Repipe, which turned out to be an excellent decision.   From the first engagement with Toby and the folks at Ameri-Cal, I was impressed.  Toby's initial walk through and estimate was very thorough; he provided me with details of exactly what, how, and when everything would be done.  In the following days as I had more questions, Toby responded to my text messages immediately with answers and reassurance that the job would be done right.  Throughout the process, Toby was extremely polite and professional.   Upon initiating the work, the process proceeded as follows.  On the first day, four plumbers repiped our entire house with PEX.  On the second day we had an inspection, and on the third and fourth days drywallers repaired dozens of holes in the walls.  Each and everyone I interacted with from Ameri-Cal Repipe, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism.  I am extremely pleased that I chose Ameri-Cal to do this work and would definitely recommend them for repipe work, as you can be assured they will be respectful of you and your home and do a great job.

Sergio of Mr. Rooter Plumbing was able to fix our slow draining kitchen sink on short notice. I needed a plumber to come the same day since my wife was hosting a party the next morning. He and the office kept me informed on when he would arrive throughout the afternoon. Definitely will use them again if needed.
