Darin and Sean are great. We were looking for a new plumbing service because our toilet broke and our former plumber refused to wear a mask in our house. Got a quote from BDP through Yelp in under 15 minutes. Gave Darin a call and he confirmed they follow all social distancing guidelines as well as wearing masks and gloves. Sean came out the very next day and not only was he on time but their communication is great. When he opened up the box for the new Kohler toilet we had ordered (separately through Home Depot) it was completely broken. Sean drove back to his plumbing supply store and got us a much higher quality Toto toilet and brought it back and completed the install in no time. Would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

The best to be expected. They were prompt, smart and knew exactly what my project needed with their knowledge. Plus they were very fair with the pricing.

COMPETENCE MATTERS A LOT!

I sent a message to Plumbing Plus on Monday morning inquiring about our clogged kitchen sink and requesting for an estimate.  I received a quick response by the owner.  My husband called to set an appointment at 8:40 am that morning and they stated they'll be there between 9-11.  

At 8:53 Scott Fantauzzo from Plumbing Plus was knocking on our door.  Scott walked in with a great big smile on his face and you can just tell he's a veteran at what he does and loves it too.  We showed him the problem and he wasted no time and started working.  

Scott asked where the exterior drain pipe was to the kitchen sink and we showed him.  He found the exterior drainage pipe cap corroded and jammed so he had to drill a hole through the cap to drain the water out.  There after he used an electric saw to cut off the cap and ultimately replaced it was a plastic cap. (So in the event this happens again in the future, it'll be much easier to open the drain pipe with the plastic cap.)  It took Scott 30 minutes to just work on the cap but he did it with all smiles and it was super HOT that day too.  He snaked our kitchen sink through the exterior drain pipe and fixed the problem.  

When it was time to pay - I anticipated to pay a good amount for the service call.  I was charged a very reasonable amount and I was actually surprised and relieved at the same time.  Scott gave me his business card and I told him that I will definitely be asking for him again if we need a plumber.  

Scott also mentioned that he just started working for Plumbing Plus 6 months ago and loves working for his employer.  He could not say enough good things about the owner and the company.  I strongly believe a company/owner is a reflection of their employees and it definitely shows through Scott.  I guarantee that all their employees are top notch like Scott.  

Being a homeowner has its ups and downs and I will say that we stressed about getting our sink repaired.  Truthfully, Plumbing Plus made our experience extremely stress free and I know this may sound silly, but it was a great overall experience.

We have been using CSR Plumbing for years - fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets and toilets.  They were always prompt, professional, and very reasonablly priced.  They always explain the options that you have.  They leave a work site clean. But it was not until a few years ago when we needed to change out the piping in our house that we realize what a great plumber we had.  This work involved dealing with our insurance company and took days to complete.  They followed the insurance company's guidelines with no issues.  The price they gave for the job was unbeatable.  And having the opportunity to observe their work over days really cemented my regard for them as one of the best plumbers out there in terms of knowledge, trustworthiness,and professionalism.  I would never use another company for my plumbing needs.

Quick response and quick appointment scheduling. My only complaint was that the price felt steep, $100 to replace a sink filter, which took about 5 minutes. I still very much appreciate the help!

Zack Smith Plumbing did the work on installing a vintage 1952 Chambers stove that others had refused to touch. Zack and his crew are easy to talk to, professional, and friendly.  He did the research, had to locate unusual parts, and seemed to be unfazed by the extra effort involved in getting our beautiful 450 pound appliance properly and safely installed.Later I discovered that he, too, owns a vintage stove and swears by it.  He also suggested a few minor electrical additions to our kitchen and stunned us with how fast he managed to have them all done. His pricing is reasonable and I breathe easier now knowing that I can call someone that I can trust when plumbing, gas lines or electrical issues come up that need addressing. I can't recommend him more highly.

We were having problems with our hot water and went through several plumbers until Jason came to the rescue.  He replaced the water heater, brazed and replumbed the lines and stayed late into the night trying to find a solution.  After he suggested we call SDG&E, we found out we had a gas problem and the gas lines to our house would all have to be dug up and replaced; without missing a beat Jason assured us he'd be out first thing in the morning to get the job done (on a Saturday)!  True to his word he and Derrick (sp?) we're out to get everything taken care of so we could have gas-service restored that Monday, and again these two stalwart defenders of the civilized world were out first thing Monday morning to make sure all was in order so we could have (both) heat and hot water for Christmas.  I've not seen dedication to duty, professionalism and customer service like this in ANY experience I've had at any stage of life!

Honest and great work.  Had him do a job for us and was very prompt on time and trustable.

Having just renovated my house, and knowing that I would one day have a slab leak (as have many neighbors), I decided to proactively repipe my house to have all plumbing moved above ground.  I conducted evaluations of several potential plumbing companies, and ultimately chose Ameri-Cal Repipe, which turned out to be an excellent decision.   From the first engagement with Toby and the folks at Ameri-Cal, I was impressed.  Toby's initial walk through and estimate was very thorough; he provided me with details of exactly what, how, and when everything would be done.  In the following days as I had more questions, Toby responded to my text messages immediately with answers and reassurance that the job would be done right.  Throughout the process, Toby was extremely polite and professional.   Upon initiating the work, the process proceeded as follows.  On the first day, four plumbers repiped our entire house with PEX.  On the second day we had an inspection, and on the third and fourth days drywallers repaired dozens of holes in the walls.  Each and everyone I interacted with from Ameri-Cal Repipe, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism.  I am extremely pleased that I chose Ameri-Cal to do this work and would definitely recommend them for repipe work, as you can be assured they will be respectful of you and your home and do a great job.

I called up Mr.Rooter for a clog in my toilet.They send Mr.Cody an hour before the scheduled time.I explained the problem and Cody understood and guessed the problem right away.It was a leaking Flange or something wrong the Flange.He removed the toilet and to surprise saw that the Flange is covered with roots. He removed the roots, put new Flange and cleaned everything and fixed a new toilet.
Great terrific work though it is little pricy...

I will recommend Mr.Rooter if you have complicated problems like this since they are the expertise especially Mr.Cody.
