Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have!

Water heater failed and flooded my garage. Got a quote that was a couple hundred less than everyone else and in about two hours had a plumber at my house. Shaun was the plumber. He was very polite and friendly, explained my options and went to work. He did an excellent job and left the work area very clean. I have no reason to give anything but a 5 star rating.

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

If I could give Chris 100 stars I would. He will be my go-to plumber forever. He is beyond knowledgeable, professional, honest, and personable. He was quick to respond and fit me in even though he was busy. He knew what I needed just by me describing what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend using CML Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

Had been having problems with my tankless water heater for a while now. If we needed HOT water, i had to come down stairs, turn off the power and turn it back ON.  

We later found out that the previous plumber we used, had done  descaling  incorrectly.

JOE IS THE BEST!!! I can't say enough good things about Joe, Peter and Viviana. We just used their team for repair of a corroded sewer line and liner install. This is not the first time we have used them either. We previously had used them for a kitchen slab leak. Yes it's been a rough year lol, but thankfully we had Joe. Joe and his team have delivered time and time again. He showed up on time to give a quote and then came the next day to do the work. They were great at communicating what they were doing every step of the way; and taking lots of pictures and videos, and patiently explaining everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I needed my main shut off valve replaced from an old gate valve to a ball valve.  The technician that they sent was professional and very personable. The job went well without any real issues and he cleaned up the mess when he was done. It's nice to know I have a reliable honest company I can call if something else comes up.

I had a great experience with ASAP.  They responded to my request for appointment in a timely manner and I was able to make an appointment with only a 2 hour window.  My window was from 9 to 11 and Clifford was there at 9am!  I needed my garbage disposal fixed and had wanted to have my sinks snaked.  Clifford checked my sinks and told me that they did not need to be snaked yet.  He didn't want me to have to spend more money on something that I did not need.  That shows me that this company is not just out to get your money.  He was able to fix the garbage disposal and now it works great!  I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!  Thanks Clifford and the Drain Guys!

Andy is friendly and professional. We've had him do multiple services in our home from clearing a shower drain and backed up kitchen line to putting in a new faucet in our bathroom and water heater in our laundry room. Every time he's been very efficient and affordable.

Having just renovated my house, and knowing that I would one day have a slab leak (as have many neighbors), I decided to proactively repipe my house to have all plumbing moved above ground.  I conducted evaluations of several potential plumbing companies, and ultimately chose Ameri-Cal Repipe, which turned out to be an excellent decision.   From the first engagement with Toby and the folks at Ameri-Cal, I was impressed.  Toby's initial walk through and estimate was very thorough; he provided me with details of exactly what, how, and when everything would be done.  In the following days as I had more questions, Toby responded to my text messages immediately with answers and reassurance that the job would be done right.  Throughout the process, Toby was extremely polite and professional.   Upon initiating the work, the process proceeded as follows.  On the first day, four plumbers repiped our entire house with PEX.  On the second day we had an inspection, and on the third and fourth days drywallers repaired dozens of holes in the walls.  Each and everyone I interacted with from Ameri-Cal Repipe, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism.  I am extremely pleased that I chose Ameri-Cal to do this work and would definitely recommend them for repipe work, as you can be assured they will be respectful of you and your home and do a great job.

Javier came to our house to address several plumbing issues.  He was very knowledge and helpful.  He really cared about saving us money.  We will definitely call again if we ever need service again.

My wooden floors started to crack which alerted me to a water issue.  Since I had to figure out what kind of leak it was before replacing the floor, I called Chris.  He showed up the next day and took a look at the damage and went over the plan.  He had an idea it wasn't a pipe leak but still went through all the due diligence to verify it.  He did moisture detection, pipe location, sound analysis and pressure verification.  In the end he was able to show me the different results supporting his conclusion.  Which was important since insurances cover specific items.  Chris is a nice guy and made sure I understood what he was doing.  I wouldn't hesitate to call his company again for future leak issues.

This review is based on employee conduct only. As I have never, and after this Interaction will never use them. These guys came to my complex to do do some work on my neighbors house. Guy was parked on one of my reserved spots. I had the common courtesy of calling the company to give him the heads up. After calling it took them 10min to come out and move it and both guys had an attitude and made a big joke out of it, to the point where it got almost confrontational. Super unprofessional, that might suggest their behavior while working on your home. Next time I won't make the mistake of being courteous and I'll just have them towed.
