We knew we had a leak outside of our house but didn't know how extensive it was.  Our gardener dug the hole and discovered the leak was coming from our water main.  By then, it was almost 4pm.  We called countless companies, but none of them could send someone out to us that day (some said maybe a week later?!)!  We already had our water turned off inside the house and desperately needed someone to come fix it today!  Thankfully, one company was busy but referred us to BDP Services.  We called Darin at BDP Services, and he said he will check with his crew in the field and get back to me right away.  Within minutes, he said the plumber Shaun could stop by.  We were so elated and thankful.  Shaun arrived within 30 mins, wearing a mask, and was able to assess the situation and quoted us a reasonable price. By the time he returned from buying the replacement parts, the sun had set, and he did all of the repair work illuminated by his truck headlights.  Within 2 hours or so, he fixed the leak!  We really appreciated that Darin and Shaun really cared enough to help us that day, even if it meant staying late and fixing the pipe at night.  The other plumbing companies wanted to defer us a few days or even a week!  Shaun was very professional and did a stellar job.  We will definitely consider BDP Services for future plumbing work and will not hesitate to recommend their services to our family and friends!  A+++

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I spoke with the owner, Huyen, on Tues about my chronic sewer lateral issued which was backed up again and I requested he replace the bad section and install a cleanout. He scheduled the work for Fri, at a very reasonable price. In the mean time Huyen went out of his way to juggle his appointment and send out Alan, Wed morning, to snake and CCTV the line to get the flow moving again, and at no additional cost. Alan, was super personable and professional, and did a great job, which I could see in the narrated CCTV video Huyen sent to me.

After couple years I finally decided to get a water filtration system installed at my place. I looked up few companies online and contacted them to get some more information. I was pleasantly surprised by the Water Purification Systems representative. He kindly explained me the benefits of different drinking systems and suggested to go with a Reverse osmosis system. The price for the water drinking system was very reasonable and decided to proceed with an installation. Couple days later I have their technician right on time. He was very professional and did the whole installation in about 2 hours. After he kindly explained how the reverse osmosis worked and about the maintenance required. I have been enjoying the high quality water since. It does taste amazing.

Attempted to repair the toilet with a Quick and Easy repair kit. After several unsuccessful attempts and flooding the bathroom three times, I couldn't get the water to shut off.
I needed a plumber ASAP. Above & Beyond had a plumber at my house in 30 minutes, repairs completed within the hour!! Jorge was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He quickly assessed the situation and did the necessary repairs, all the while keeping me well informed.

Wonderful service. Called late on a Friday afternoon and also the start of a holiday Labor Day weekend. Mr. Joyce still came to my house, found the leak and made it where my water could at least be turned back on. He will return next week. I had a slab leak in my condo and Diego's experience was instrumental in finding the source of leak because hot water recirculators can confuse the normal leak detection process, but he quickly identified and diagnosed the issue that others had failed to. He was incredibly polite, patient, and pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and did high quality work. I would absolutely call him back for any future plumbing jobs!

My outdoor spicket started gushing and I couldn't stop it.  I contacted Andy and he was great.  He setup an appointment after hours and came right over.  He's so friendly and knowledgeable.  He fixed the issue promptly and life is back to normal.  He is my plumber for life.  I plan to have him install new toilets next month.

Sprung a slab leak in my home. Since we have had several leaks in the past five years we decided it was time to re-- pipe. Contacted several companies. Toby from Americal was at my home within 1 hour. Provided a quote in less than 10 minutes for Pex material with 25 year warranty. I signed the contract right then. He was honest and very fair with his estimate.

Toby scheduled us ASAP. His crew showed up the next day at my house first thing in the morning. They re--piped my entire home in less than five hours. My home is a 2 story four bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1800 ft.² these guys were professional and really knew what they were doing. My water was back on and fully functional by midday.

The next day the patch and drywall crew were again at my doorstep first thing in the morning. These guys had all the holes in the drywall patched and textured and were done by end of day.

I highly recommend anyone looking to re-- pipe their home to get in touch with Toby at Americal. You will not be disappointed.

Funny enough my neighbor had same type of leak while we were in the middle of re-piping my home. I recommended Toby and he's doing their home.

This place was recommended to me, I called Friday afternoon and they said they could come out that day. They didn't, instead rescheduled for Saturday.  Saturday came with 2 additional push backs of my appointment only to be rescheduled again for Sunday morning. Sunday was an out right no show. I called and calmly asked the person on the phone if they were going to be able to make it out and that person recommended that I call someone else.
Do not call these guys unless you have a few days to wait. Not an emergency option, I have no idea if they do good work or not...

Chris responded very quickly to my request to find the mystery water leak on our private drive.  He went above and beyond to locate the leak and when we discovered we had a second leak, he responded quickly to locate that one.  Having a water leak is a stressful situation and Chris understands the urgency, unlike other companies I contacted.. He is very professional, and has pleasant personality...I highly recommended Acculine if you need leak detection.

Joe and his team are always happy to help and everytime I have called for a problem they show up on time(or earlier) and get the job done(right!). Joe is always courteous and kind no matter what time of day I call. His team is fantastic. I would definitely recommend to all commercial and residential customers. I'm always having problems with my old garbage disposal, old bath tub and toilet. Best choice comes faster than you'd expect and fixes my problems.
