I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Yet another plumbing problem and involving my bathroom subfloor prompted me to call CML plumbing to come to the rescue. As I said in my previous yelp, I really trust CML; the owner Chris is now part of my service provider team and I am a lifer.

Chris really goes above and beyond to help his customers. My subfloor problem prompted me to talk to him about a new bathroom I am adding. He gave me excellent advice about the location I was considering, advising me not to do it in that area due to how my plumbing is in the crawl space. This changed my whole remodel idea to a less expensive, and more doable design.

On top of all that, when I told him of the subfloor bids for the existing bathroom, for which he was fixing the toilet leak, he referred me to a good contractor he works with to do the demo part of my subfloor at a price significantly less than what I had bids for.

I highly recommend Chris, and would trust his expert advice.

I called at 0830 for a hydrojetting. Xavier and Ryan we're here by 10 and gone by 1245. They were amazing and honest. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me along the way and helped ease my mind about the procedure/findings! I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I called this company to replace my water heater and shutoff valve and regulator for the main. This guys are not the cheapest but, they go the extra mile, very friendly, presentable, well mannered, professional and very knowledgeable. I had to call them back for a minor adjustment, and they responded right away. I will be using this company for anything in my house.

I had a pretty decent experience with these guys. I had a mainline drain clog that occurred after hours (7 PM) and needed someone to help me get it unclogged. They were the only ones on a Friday night who had any availability for us, and so for that I give them most of their stars. The service tech, Cesar, was pretty nice, although I think he was stretched very thin with other jobs so it was a little bit rushed. Be aware that I paid $258 per hour for their after hours service, which is not the cheapest by any means. But again, if you need them, they're there. I knocked one star off for the price and for the dispatcher not being super pleasant to deal with. But the tech was pretty good

Andy is friendly and professional. We've had him do multiple services in our home from clearing a shower drain and backed up kitchen line to putting in a new faucet in our bathroom and water heater in our laundry room. Every time he's been very efficient and affordable.

I had a hot water slab leak detected in my family room and the best solution was to re-pipe my home.  I contacted AMERI-CAL, and Toby came to my home the very next day and gave me the estimate to repipe my home.  He explained everything that would happen and provided me with a folder full of information.  He also turned off the hot water lever from the hot water tank to stop the flow.  I was given the option of Copper or PEX pipe and chose PEX.  The workers were very professional and prepped everywhere they were going to make a mess.  The job was done in one day and had hot water that very night.  The next day the dry wall workers did an outstanding job with the texture and I just had to prime and paint. They also recommended I change out the old shower/bath fixtures and faucets since my home was 17 years old.  My home has had a softener the whole time but with the copper piping the water would still be corrosive so changing the fixtures was a great solution.  I received great customer service with Toby and would recommend the company if you need to have a repipe done to your home.

Really?  Joe and Damion. I'm only reviewing my experience. I'm sure are you're great plumbers. I had no experience with your business because no one called me back. You can clearly see in the photos I posted, I called on 6/13 at 11:54 am and left a 2 minute message. Yes, your response to my review says I went on a calling frenzy. You're absolutely right. I needed help. I posted bad reviews to multiple plumbers as none of them called me back. Proof of actual service used?  What?  Really. My husband and I rented a snake and did it ourselves. Thank you very much.
