Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. Getting estimate and scheduling for our shower valve & fixtures install was a breeze and both Darin & Sean were very pleasant to deal with.  They provided quick accurate quote and followed through.  Sean went above and beyond to proactively address other concerns (water hoses connected to two valves we had them replace at the same time).  Recieved an estimate while he was here for another home project we plan on scheduling soon!

This company scheduled a visit by a plumber to come service a toilet at my home.  He was on time, courteous, took very little time getting the part he didn't happen to have.  Made no mess, and cleaned up after himself.

Their phone scheduler, Bonita, was extremely courteous as well, scheduling the appointment for the first thing the next morning.  When we got disconnected she immediately called back to continue the set up.

I was sent  an email containing a photo of the plumber who came out to ensure the right person was easily identified.  Great guy!

Will definitely use their company again.

Rude. Spoke to a lady named Emily regarding a 30 day warranty. They were hired and hydro-jetted the sewer line, then came back out 2 days later to snake the main line then gave an estimate on Friday the 16th to repair the problem which they stated were the roots at the septic tank connection.  However, 9am Monday the 19th sewage backed up again- they charged $125 for that service call. My question was- is the sewer line the same as the main line?... and she said yes. And if its the same wouldn't it be covered under the warranty? I manage this property and wanted to be able to explain it to my owner when he saw the invoice. When I asked about the 30 day warranty, she said that's not how it works and we had time to approve the estimate to fix the problem... really? So 30 days isn't really 30 days and an estimate presented on Friday then new sewage back up on Monday morning was enough time to get an approval? How rude! Oh and she said she would waive the $125 if we approved the work. The estimate was for $9700; however, that wasn't my issue. She also said she's not going to keep sending her guys out there. Rude! Just Rude! Is this how you treat your clients? Isn't this what you do? Isn't this your business? If we're bothering you- we will call someone else. Thank you.

We hired Andy to remove our old, outdated tub and showers from our condo and had him install a new tub and shower pan. Andy was beyond professional and didn't hide anything from us.  His quote for the work was very reasonable. He not only brought the plumbing up to code, he also explained to what was going on and if any adjustments had to be made.   Just a really honest, professional job all around and  someone I am happy to refer to others with plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about America-Cal and their customer service. We had our house re piped at the beginning of summer, along with an instant hot water pump. Everyone in CA should have one- it is the best purchase ever and saves so much water. From the very beginning of our experience, Toby was amazing- very quick to respond to our questions and very knowledgeable. Fast forward a few months and we are still equally impressed. Sergio of Mr. Rooter Plumbing was able to fix our slow draining kitchen sink on short notice. I needed a plumber to come the same day since my wife was hosting a party the next morning. He and the office kept me informed on when he would arrive throughout the afternoon. Definitely will use them again if needed.

Very disappointing. They started off strong but then quickly faltered. Their prices kept going up as they worked too. They seem very entitled and put out by any discussion over billing. I would strongly recommend against using this company.
