I recently got a bid to do a pipe reline from a competitor.  They told me it should be done and then gave me a bid of 10k to do it.  Feeling a bit overwhelmed, I called Ray at CSR.  He came out to take a look at the pipes and told me they were fine!  That I did not need to reline them at all.  These guys are probably one of the most honest plumbers I have come into contact with. I am a Realtor so I work with trade companies more then most.  They charge by the job, not the hour!! Plus, if he did the job it would have cost significantly less then 10k.  If you are concerned about a bid from another company and want a second opinion, call these guys. They are great!

We just bought a house and ran into some plumbing issues shortly after the sale. We called several companies to come out and take a look at the problem. Above and Beyond was one of those companies. Some other plumbers didn't even show up at the scheduled time. Above and Beyond was very professional. They took a video of the pipes to show us exactly what was going on. Having just bought a house we were a little tight on cash. They not only worked with us to find a solution that worked for us and our budget, they did it quickly so that we can use our water. There was a lot of back and forth as we were trying to figure things out and everyone was courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend them. Found them on Yelp and my local Neighborhood site so I thought I would email them a request - first they did not reply in the 50 minutes as stated - second when they did reply it was with a can't service busy now

The best! Fast, fantastic & affordable Joshua V came out to my business and fixed up our sink in record time! We had a leak which he fixed and he also was very good at letting me know preventative measures to help with drainage for the future. Sink is running smooth and not only that but he left the area very clean and was so nice! Thank you Joshua!

We just had Andy come out to change our hot water heater and we have nothing but praise for his outstanding professionalism.  He came out and gave us an estimate which was much more competitive than anyone else and when he completed the work he stood by the estimate he gave us!  He came on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, and cleaned up the area he was working in.  We would highly recommend Andy and we would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

Sprung a slab leak in my home. Since we have had several leaks in the past five years we decided it was time to re-- pipe. Contacted several companies. Toby from Americal was at my home within 1 hour. Provided a quote in less than 10 minutes for Pex material with 25 year warranty. I signed the contract right then. He was honest and very fair with his estimate.

Toby scheduled us ASAP. His crew showed up the next day at my house first thing in the morning. They re--piped my entire home in less than five hours. My home is a 2 story four bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1800 ft.² these guys were professional and really knew what they were doing. My water was back on and fully functional by midday.

The next day the patch and drywall crew were again at my doorstep first thing in the morning. These guys had all the holes in the drywall patched and textured and were done by end of day.

Funny enough my neighbor had same type of leak while we were in the middle of re-piping my home. I recommended Toby and he's doing their home.

10 minutes Auger and determined there's a problem with my toilet. Wanted almost $700 to buy and install toilet after charging me $175 for determining I need a new toilet. I went to Home Depot bought a toilet for $179 and installed in less than 1/2 hour. The troubleshooting Auger $175 WOULD NOT GO TOWARDS COST

My kitchen pipes clogged and water flooded my kitchen floor. I needed a plumber so I checked yelp for a good one. The best one they have is Best Choice Drains and Plumbing. I called them and they were very courteous and professional. They sent their plumber Esteban and he fixed the pipes right away. He even gave us tips on how to avoid getting our pipes clooged again. It was a very good service especially for our first time calling a plumber. The experience is all good and we highly recommend this plumbing service company.
