I just finished washing dishes, then turned on my garbage disposal and all this water started to spray out from my cabinet doors. Since it was 730pm, I had to call a 24/7 plumber. Found Above & Beyond Drains and Plumbing. Excellent customer service over the phone and was able to schedule a plumber for me within the hour. Raul showed up in less than 20 minutes. Took one look at the pipes under my sink and said this is all wrong, who installed this. I said that would have to be the Hubby. Yup definitely a Bill Cosby job (for those of you old enough to understand that). Raul replaced it in no time. Professional and a funny guy, 2 great qualities. I was very pleased and to top it off, the plumbing under my sink looks right now and works like a charm. Lesson learned: Don't let the hubby anywhere near the plumbing ;).

Jake was quick to respond to my initial request. He was able to get out the same day and have everything done in a short time. His quote was accurate and better than just about everyone else in the area. He was friendly and efficient. I plan on utilizing him again soon. Fully recommend.

My tenant notified me Fri evening that her toilet was leaking. Sat morning, I request quotes via Yelp from a few plumbers. 3 stated that they were available starting Mon (either they don't work weekends (?!) or were booked. John Joyce (owner!) calls me back relatively quickly to say he can swing by in about 2 hours. My tenant was cool with that.
He ended up getting there even earlier, called me soon after to give me the estimate. Although it was a little higher than I anticipated, without actually receiving quotes from other places, I don't know for sure if it was more expensive or not. Regardless, he said he was able to take care of it then and there, and would send me an email with an invoice (as opposed to needing a CC right away) so I said, YES PLEASE!
Received a text from my tenant about an hour or so later saying John was pleasant, and everything was working perfectly. If we did pay a little more than competitors, it was worth it because he was professional, available, and efficient! Joyce Plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumber for our East County rental unit. Although hopefully we won't have plumbing issues for quite some time!

What a joke! We had an appointment for a drain cleaning, but they didn't show up in the 2 hour window so I called after 30 minutes and talked to Bethany to get an ETA and she said that she will call the service technician and call me right back.  She never called back and the service tech never showed up. No excuse for such poor service.  So many plumbing and drain companies that really want your business.  Do not call this company.  Very poor service!

I cannot say enough good things about America-Cal and their customer service. We had our house re piped at the beginning of summer, along with an instant hot water pump. Everyone in CA should have one- it is the best purchase ever and saves so much water. From the very beginning of our experience, Toby was amazing- very quick to respond to our questions and very knowledgeable. Fast forward a few months and we are still equally impressed. We recently began having pressure issues with our irrigation and Toby, once again, did not disappoint- he sent someone right out to fix the problem.  I would highly recommend Ameri-Cal to anyone in the San Diego area!

I called Best Choice Plumbing to come and unclog my kitchen drain. They left my kitchen cabinet dirty full of grease and sludge all over walls. They dirtied my carpet with their equipment and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. Honestly it was a horrible choice I did by calling them.

I called Go Plumbing to install a water pressure regulator for my house.  Owner Edgar Godinez showed up right on time the next morning to do the job himself. He did a great job, quick, professional, quality work. Highly recommended.

Got a quote for installing a dishwasher and bathroom faucet. About $250 for the faucet and $595 for the dishwasher. They got an estimator out very quickly but the prices were just egregious! Paying $600 to install an $800 dishwasher just doesn't make sense. Ended up going with another company. I hope Mr Rooter offers Cadillac-level service for the prices they charge.

Delbert came out today (within a couple of hours of calling) to help us with a clogged toilet. He was so professional and friendly!  I will absolutely use them again and refer them to friends and family!  Thank you Perry Plumbing!!

When the air conditioner broke during this heatwave, I was pleased someone at American Ace answered his phone, much less promised a same day appointment.  But Fred actually had my air conditioning unit fully serviced and running only 2 hours later.   Yes, it was some lucky timing, but Fred also charged a fair price, explained service options without any sales pressure, and tested the system was functioning its best before leaving.  He even installed the new filters I'd bought but not put in yet.  I have to agree with the reviews, this company provides great customer service.
