ABE Plumbing Services beat out all the other estimates on a project I had to replace two faucets and two sinks. Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have!

Jake was quick to respond to my initial request. He was able to get out the same day and have everything done in a short time. His quote was accurate and better than just about everyone else in the area. He was friendly and efficient. I plan on utilizing him again soon. Fully recommend.

These guys are excellent. From my initial contact to performing services, everything was really easy. I originally called about extending a dryer gas line, Shaun came out for an estimate and to see what parts he would need. He ordered them and we scheduled the service for another day.

The day of service came Shaun arrived and did the requested work in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by advising to replace some other older components as preventative maintenance, he had the parts on hand and did that as well which saved me a headache and another visit in the future. I really appreciated that. Then he helped install and test the dryer. I was super impressed with him and his work ethic. The quote was true to the final work cost as well which is always a good thing.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

I totally recommend Chris. He answered a late night call when our shower wouldn't shut off. He double checked on parts before he agreed to come out so he didn't waste either of ours time or money. He was prompt and got our shower fixed very quickly.

Everything absolutely perfect. Particularly the exemplary work done by Joe Triddle, their installer - a master perfectionist at pipe work. Would recommend Rayne San Diego highly!

Got charged $60 for a dispatch fee to get a quote to run a single 1/2 gas pipe for 12ft in length. That literally took less than 10 mins. Shoot the technician even complemented how clean the area was for the job I am requesting. The quote itself was ridiculous they wanted $959 to run it outside, or for cleaner look $1200 inside the studs. Mind you I couldn't of have made the job easier, I have zero drywall or insulation on the wall for them to rip or manipulate. The main gas-line is literally on the otherside of the same wall!
Reason for 2 stars is because the Technician was nice and very polite. I understand its not his rules. I will never recommend Plumbing Plus to anyone especially for a service dispatch fee of $60 to for a quote. But wait theyll refund you the service fee if you choose them!

Great work, good communication, flexible scheduling. All things on the list completed days before a housewarming party. Came early on the day of the event to finish a last minute task. Much appreciated Q.

Paul, the owner showed up ready to make my vision happen.  I was put off by a few other contractors who wanted to come in and tell me what they were going to do, I wanted to be heard and I found the right company in Element Construction!  Having never dealt with water damage and all that it entails, I was grateful for Paul's experience and how he dealt with my insurance company.  He wrote a detailed report refuting the initial adjusters estimate of damage to the point that they more than doubled the cost they were initially going to pay out.  

Paul provided me with vendors so I was not confined to what Home Depot or Lowes had to offer, he gave me a starting point on how much I could spend (insurance money) before we went into out of pocket.  He worked hard to make my dream come true and was very transparent to additional costs when I chose to upgrade.  All in all I would say that after the initial shock of having to deal with two bathroom remodels, this has been a very positive experience.  I would gladly recommend Paul and his team for any work you might be looking at in your home.  

Once again, thank you Paul for your attention to detail and for always getting back to me with all of my e-mails, text messages and phone calls.  You obviously care about your customers!

The cliff notes version (or else I would be writing for days)

I had a major issue with my condo, Huyen and Alex came out and handled the difficult owner upstairs, who is an arrogent so and so, and basically told him what the problem was. The owner didn't believe him. But listen to his advice and fixed his plumbing.  Huyen and Alex came back yesterday and ran some tests on the washers in both units. In 30 minutes we confirmed Huyen's original assessment. (Take that guy upstairs!)

Mike came out and replaced some water valves (you know the things that connect the washer to the water source) He did it in no time, clean, professional, made suggestions for improvement  (very helpful considering the plumbing is 40 years old).

Summary -

Huyen - know his stuff, is polite and to the point, no BS, will tell you how it is and what needs to be done to fix it. No salesmen well you might need this or you might need that.. VERY REFRESHING and Professional.

Alex - Polite, knowledgable and effecient, does what he needs to get the job done. Professional.

Mike - Effecient, early and honest, All of the reviews have pretty much summed it up. He is the bomb,com. (yes I said bomb.com).

Huyen, Alex and Mike are fantastic! I will highly recommend the guys at CSR  to anyone and will continue to use them!
If you get any of these 3 guys then you are golden. If I could give them more stars I would.

I already had a RO purchased from Amazon, and I called WPS up to install the unit for me.  Very reasonable price!  The installation even included drill my kitchen granite counter top.  Other places I checked they charged $175 alone just to drill the granite.  The person arrived on time and did his job in a very professional manner.  I high recommend this company.

I live in the ground floor unit and my new upstairs neighbors plugged the shared drain in the wall plumbing. I called Anytyme plumbing first, and they were not very helpful and basically pushed me off to someone else. My HOA contacted ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing, and they were incredibly professional and helpful. Ramon C and Gonzalo were on time, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The owner of the company is Blaine, and he has got to be the nicest, most reliable, reasonable get it done right no matter if it takes longer and no extra charges, professional Plumber in the history of San Diego!!!!!
Blaine removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new one.  Oh, and BTW he hauled away our old one (extra$) but well worth it!
