Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Element Construction and Restoration repaired my bathroom after a slow toilet leak of 1.5 years. Dealing with Paul and his employees were by far beyond my wildest dreams. Paul is amazing to work with. He does exactly what he says he is going to do, from showing up on time, to giving you an estimate, to completing the job. Paul was there every step of the way from the beginning to the end, he made sure the job was done right. I've never had anyone in the construction industry be as honest and upfront as Paul is. He helped me with the insurance company and making sure they paid me for the true damage I incurred. I didn't pay a dime out of pocket and it was all because of Paul and his expertise in the field. I asked Paul about why he started his own company and he said it was because he was tired of the BS in the construction industry. If you are looking to work with a detail oriented contractor (with both the finished work product and the paperwork) look no further than Paul and Element Construction. I am looking to have more work done at may house and I won't hesitate to call Element. And he will definitely be my first call in an emergency. I hope Element grows and flourishes. I'd like to see someone of Paul's integrity and character succeed in an industry that doesn't always value those traits.

We recently bought an older home and plumbing was one of the first things we did to get it inspected since it's cast iron pipes. We reached out to multiple plumbing companies and it wasn't until we met Joe that we knew we wanted to go with them. Called John on a Sunday morning and he was at my residence before 12 noon... What an effort on his part, I am truly grateful.  The main water supply pipe to my house blew apart and there were no parts available to fix it immediately.  John managed the situation with great expertise and the problem was fixed first thing Monday morning as soon as he was able to purchase the needed parts.  Simply a GREAT effort and I highly recommend John to everyone in east San Diego county.  Dave S.

Honest and great work.  Had him do a job for us and was very prompt on time and trustable.

We had, what we thought was, a relatively small plumbing situation.  Mr. Rooter came out and contacted a flood company on our behalf.  Well thank goodness for that because they showed up just a short time later and things had gotten much worse.  Long story short, we ended up replacing all remaining underground cast iron plumbing (Mr. Rooter had done a 40' trenchless ABS replacement previously in 2005).  Jesus (Oper. Mngr.) did a great job of touching bases with us all along the way, keeping us informed and giving us options.  Jose and the rest of the team members were hard workers & friendly.  Everyone made sure the job was done right.
