I had a list of a few things that I needed electrician help with, some of which were issues that I created myself. Darrell was patient and detailed when explaining what was wrong when he was doing the walk through for the estimate. He presented me a few options to minimize the amount of drywall that had to be cut out to install a new outlet in my kitchen, which I greatly appreciate. However, if it comes to that he has a good dry wall guy he recommends.  What was supposed to be just an estimate Darrell stayed longer to help cover up the mistakes I made so that my dining room had lights for when my in-laws came into town the next day. Without a doubt I will be calling Darrell in the near future to take care of a few more things. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the service I received from 24/7 Service Team.  Jesse was very responsive and I didn't have to call, I was able to schedule it all through Yelp. I scheduled late Friday afternoon and had service scheduled for first thing Monday morning.

Jose and his team did an amazing job installing the faucet and were respectful and informative.  They wore covers on their shoes and worked fast and accurately.

I will definitely use 24/7 Service Team again in the future and recommend anyone in the area do so as well.

He was right on time the day of the work in our condo bldg.  He installed a new bath sink faucet and shower head that we had purchased. We also needed new shut off valves that he ran out to the hardware store because we didn't know what size we needed.. He did a great job and was pleasant to work with. Very happy we hired him.

Martin was phenomenal!! He was very patient with the whole process. My boyfriend got the wrong wall mount unit, and Martin waited for him to run next door to get the right wall mount. He was very quick with the installation and once we got the right unit the tv was up within 30 mins. He then spent about 15 minutes making sure everything is nice and neat. He bounded all the cables together with electrical tape and wiped down the area after he was done. Absolutely a great experience!! Highly recommended!!

We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and I wasn't sure what the cause was so I went into the Yelp portal and found Easy Work (Jon). He was very responsive and after showing pics and video, he gave me a quote and came over the next day to take care of the issue. He was on time, answered calls/texts, and very professional. Nick is great at what he does. He was easy to get in touch with and was at my house within a week. He completed all the electrical and plumbing projects I wanted done, and gave suggestions on the remainder of the work. He is even checking on parts for a broken screen door and gave me names of other contractors to contact if the project was not his specialty. He explained what went wrong on some items, so I got an education as well as things repaired or replaced. I will definitely be using his service again. Thanks.

I requested a second stair rail for safety. He made a duplicate of the original oak rail in shape and color. So impressive!

Pete was very responsive to my late-night online inquiry about my plumbing problem and since I had the water off in the house he actually responded by email in the middle of the night AND called me first thing in the morning to follow up.  We shared some photos and he was at my house by 9 and done before within the hour.  I would not hesitate to call Burr Oak again.
Pete also had a discussion about antiques with my wife which made them both excited. : )

A new washing machine supply valve was replaced behind the wall.

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Christmas night my dishwasher started backing up.  Monday morning reached out to plumbers through yelp and received a nice steady response of replies, very few contained prices and the ones that did were pretty high.  In the meantime tried some professional drain cleaner, seemed to fix it for a while.  Finally, Wednesday I was willing to admit defeat, this is when I received an email from good plumbing stating he would reduce the price due to him getting back to me a little late.  It was still a little more then groupon or angies list deals but when asked if he could come out today (weds.)  He stated yes.  Dominick showed up around 4 and by 4:30 I had my dishwasher back.  They did a great job, fast, courteous and priced fairly.  If I need a plumber again, I will make sure to call them.

The job was small but the professionalism was huge.  Gus was prepared and masked up for safety.  Within the quoted time he replaced the bathroom faucet and drain assemble.  Done on time, no leaks and feeling safe was a perfect experience.  THANKS GUS!

Loved working with Don and his son! I had a broken dishwasher, and I thought I would have to spend almost $1k to replace it. But Don & son saved the day! They were fast, efficient, and price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs.
