Best Electric Furnace Installation in Charlotte NC

We wanted to replace the 15 year old halogen under cabinet lights in our kitchen. Chris took the LED's we purchased and had all four in place and looking fantastic In less than an hour.

We had our HVAC hit by lightning and Allstate was trying to weasel out of paying us.  Bob from Aspire was amazing - very thoughtful and trustworthy.  Bob provided quotes, repairs, evaluations, and everything else our insurance company asked for and QUICKLY!

They came over and replaced our HVAC systems and everything looks professionally installed and the systems have been running GREAT!  Aspire also dealt with the City Inspector after the work was done and came back for minor fixes.  Outstanding!

I would highly recommend Aspire for all your Heating and Cooling needs.  Great company.  Common sense.  Trustworthy.  Ran by an owner you can count on.  Thank you!

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

Used them several times and was way overcharged. They look good and professional however in speaking to several of the techs, some are limited in their knowledge. The owners are not professional and although they might arrive quick, their charging is the most expensive around. Plumbing and heating companies are all over the area and I would  not recommend nor use these people!  They are way over priced.

I called and made an appointment, prior to appointment I received a call asking if I would mind changing from Friday to Monday. Since my plumbing problem was not urgent I agreed.
Well monday came and at nood when I not received call I called them and the lady I talked too didn't seem to know about my service request but said she would contact plumber. I didn't hear from plumber and they simply were a no show. I would not suggest use of this service

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.

He was very friendly, professional, and did a very clean professional job. I highly recommend him. I will most definitely use his services again if required.

No matter who I speak with at Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling, the customer service is bar none the best! Like many others in the area, we have been slowly remodeling a home on a budget. After getting many quotes,  Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling came in with the upmost respect to our plans, needs and budget. I can't say enough about the efficiency of their work to help us get our house comfortable. We had one hiccup ON A HOLIDAY EVENING due to the overbearing summer heat and user error...I placed a call to the office, not expecting a call back until the following evening. Within an hour, one of the Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling guys was at my house and worked until past midnight to help us then returned at 8am to make sure we were comfortable. Waldrop grossly overcharged me for two easy jobs that took all of twenty minutes to fix. The first job consisted of a shower handle that just needed to be taken apart and put back together again. I was charged $327.00 for this. The second was my garbage disposal was clogged and didn't work. It took him about 5 minutes to fix it. I was charged $170.00. Waldrop Plumbing you took advantage of a senior citizen and that was just wrong. I hope you don't screw all of your customers like this.

Austin came and service my AC for its spring cleaning.  He explained everything fully so that I could understand.  Very respectful and knowledgeable.  Gladly have him back.

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

Gary T was fantastic.  He arrived quickly, and identified the issue.  He quickly resolved the issue, and notified the restoration company to help with the clean up.

BE WARE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT ! MY WARRANTY SENT THEM TO REPLACE AN A.C UNIT. MY FIRST CONCERN WAS THE VERY YOUNG MEN ONE WHO COULD HARDLY GET A WORD OUT WITH RED EYES. I WAS TOLD THE JOB WOULD TAKE 8 HOURS. AFTER 3.5 HOURS THEY WERE GONE. IMMEDIATELY I NOTICED MY NEW UNIT WAS NOT COOLING AND NOW A SEPERATE UNIT THAT WAS FINE WAS NOW NOT WORKING. WHILE GOING TO THE BOILER ROOM I WAS HIT WITH SHOCK. LEAKS CVC PIPES HANGING ON BY MY HUSBAND'S TAPE THEY GOT OUT OF HIS TOOL BOX FROZEN PIPES SCREWS FILTERS BASICALLY EVERYTHING LEFT IN SHAMBLES . NOW I HAVE NO AC AT ALL. I CALLED MULTIPLE.TIMES AS THE LEAKS WERE GOING INTO MY FINISHED BASEMENT . FINALLY, AFTER TWO DAYS I WAS UPSET THEY TRANSFERED ME TO THE owner WHO INSISTED I WAS LYING. THEN WHEN I LET HIM KNOW I WOULD BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB-sueing him unless they fixed the issue that day , he said he would not send anyone here because I was threatening him all the while he was screaming and cursing at me a mom with small children in a house with no AC after 8,000$ . I just had another verified company come out to access the damage and his team set up the coils on a unit that was not supposed to be touched and because they left all the parts off it froze up the perfectly good unit. DILLINGS HEATING AND AIR saved the day . They came out that morning  spent hours redoing all of accent comforts backwards wrong work, repiped everything,  put all the parts back together  unfroze the coil before it broke and only charged me their diagnostic fee of 80$ ! My suggestion is call Dillings heating and air where their fair and know what their doing , NOT accent air where the owner yells at woman  calls you a phyco for being mad about your property left damaged and both ac units not working after 8k! They stand behind their brand take your money go through your personal stuff and break what's there. After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee.  WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).

$875.00 for a 2 hour job unclogging a drain pipe. Really? If a  person promotes themselves as a Christian that is a moral and fair minded person, as Randy Scribner did to me, they are not. Learn from my expensive mistake and move on to another service provider. Buyer beware. Dave Cope, Stanley, NC

Companies like this are why I DIY as much as possible.  I should have paid more attention to other Yelp reviews.  I can't stand dishonest people or companies.  But not confident in my own electrical abilities.

First, this was for electric services.  I had two exterior outlets which were not working.  Lady on the phone told me there was a small $49 service fee which can be credited to work completed.  OK.  Shane comes out, spends an hour trying to determine the issue, doesn't know for sure but believes a connection was never made to service the front two outlets when the home was originally built in 2015 (I'm the second owner).  Then asks for $215 for the diagnostic.  What happened to the $49?  Oh, there's another $166 for a troubleshoot fee.  Wasn't disclosed.  So $49 gets you to my house and then if I want to know what's wrong, I have to pay more?  Shady tactic.

Then Shane tells me it'll be $350 for the repair which will require 12 holes in my wall to run a new line from the circuit breaker through my garage.  Can't do it same day because he doesn't have spackle to close up the holes.

Next day comes back and had an epiphany overnight that he wouldn't need to run a new line, he could connect through another room.  Job which would have taken considerable amount of time now suddenly takes about an hour.

Shady upfront pricing comments, shady repair tactics, shady company.  Do yourself a favor and try to find an honest company as IRV is anything but.
