Had tech Charlie out, I needed a new unit due to the hail damage, their install team of Chuck & Kenny were the fastest install team I have seen and unit is up working keeping it 75* in the house while it gets 100 * outside. The Badger 5 is definitely an upgrade from the WhirlAway (?) that came with our home in 2020.  I had never even heard of a WhirlAway but I have had an Insinkerator installed in my previous home and was happy with my purchase.  Anywho, when the blade broke on the WhirlAway, I immediately contacted our go-to plumber @DignityPlumbing.  Estevan was personable, professional, and well-educated in all things plumbing! I wanted the quieter version however, my husband and I could not justify the price difference for the noise factor.  So, after Estevan educated us on the different models of Evolution and Badger, taking various factors into consideration (HP, warranty, etc.), we decided on the Badger 5.  We have had the Badger for  two months and cook at home on a regular basis.  We are happy with the quality, it is quieter than our previous garbage disposal, and it didn't break the bank.  I registered our purchase via the product warranty card's QR code with ease and happy to know Insinkerator backs their quality products with a warranty to match.  If you're on the fence on which brand to go with, you cannot go wrong with any model of Insinkerator.  I definitely recommend to family and friends.

September 23, 2016- We had our brand new water heater from Lowe's give out after a few months and it flooded our garage.  We called Lawson and they sent their technician Tony Paredes who came to the rescue on a Friday afternoon. Tony went above and beyond even accompanying me to Lowe's to return the defective water heater and help choose a replacement.   He answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to best maintain a water heater by replacing the anode rod after a few years.  Tony was extremely knowledgeable and professional!  I have had the Lawson Family Plumbing card taped to my water heater in the event we ever needed plumbing services again.  Well guess what?!  I will be calling them in the morning to help me once again with another issue!  Thank you Tony and thank you Lawson Family Plumbing!

Mack did an A/C check up on our unit.  He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and why.  I purchased the maintenance plan!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

We had a minor plumbing problem however we didn't know that when I called Howard. Called him due to his Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. He came within the same week I called him fixed the issue less than an hour. Very professional and if you want an honest estimate and someone you can trust...save time call Howard.

Plumbers in this area should have the Skull & Crossbones on their trucks.  These guys are the first honest contractors we have had in 3 years.  Showed up on time & did a good job for the quoted price.  Definitely will use them again!

We called Talbot Plumbing after we had a bad experience with our home builder's recommended plumber when they came out to fix an emergency pipe leak. Talbot Plumbing came out within a day and were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the fix, which was also very reasonably priced. They also inspected our plumbing for free and found some things that we could bring up with our builder to fix. For as long as we live in their service area, we will only be calling them to come out for anything plumbing related. 100% recommend.

Ron quoted me a price for a water heater. The price was the least expensive for a gas heater, plus his 10% off coupon made it an excellent deal. When I called back for the delivery appointment, Ron said my price was actually for an electric heater, not gas (which is much more $$$). He stood by his original quote and did the installation, adding my requested drain valve upgrade and drip pan with PVP pipe overflow, custom built. All this for the original quote, with no extra cost! Hard to find a good, HONEST plumber nowadays. Thank you, Ron!

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

If you want a plumber who will accurately and HONESTLY diagnose all your plumbing issues and correct them at an affordable price... look no further.

I had a bad leak that turned into a terrible leak. Spencer was able to come out very quickly for the initial diagnosis. He and Jason fixed both problems with good work, excellent knowledge, and friendly faces. I would definitely use them again

If I could give them zero stars I would. Found them via Google for a clogged kitchen drain and the website said buy one drain claiming, get one free for $69.95. When the technician showed up he told us it would be $400 to unclog the kitchen drain. When asked about the special, he said, oh that's another type of drain. Of course we told him no way on the $400... and we ended up having to pay $50 diagnostic. I could have told him what was wrong! We didn't need a diagnostic!

What a total rip off. Avoid this company.
